for some reason the lg mytouch line thinks that this is their forum as well... i guess because they dont have one of their own...
I know that you guys don't have your own forum but i am still gonna say it, wrong forum bro. I don't think people can really help you here. Why don't you try posting in the Q&A section in the android forum, you might get a good response there.
Last time i checked, LG doesn't put a bootloader in the LG Mytouch4g. i had it before my htc MT4G and i could never get into the recovery nor bootloader. no other menu, besides turning the actual phone on itself.
There is a thread called "LG MyTouch and MyTouch Q Forum Section Coming???" Somewhere on xda (using my phone so I can't give you the link) . They can help you set it up.

You should be able to. Go in xda forums from desktop. Select your phone model from top middle-right corner, select android development forum, you will get information.
Make sure you read and understand what you are doing.

Hello, I found a rom that was not in xda but the person who made rom for the mytouch 4g quit. I guess he said he sold the phone, lol, but there is a blur 2.3.3 rom and wifi needs to be fixed, mounting sd card, and the bluetooth. I am not sure what but I can send you the link or you could help me fix it. Thanks!

It's most likely is rafy's website. He's the only one that I know of that even attempted to port Blur to the MT4G.

Did you try flashing a ROM from recovery?

Anyway, you need to give us more information to help you! Run a logcat when it boots, flash a different ROM. What ROM were you on? What did you do before it went into the boot loop?
The phone was (s-on ) & Stock ROM. my friend told me that he was just updating some apps. When the phone just got frozen. That's when it happen. He took the battery out to restart the phone but. Nothing just got stuck on my touch 4g screen. :-( :-( I already try recovery & factory reset but nothing :-(
