Weird charging notice appeared on my lock screen after JVKPE. The weird thing with that notice, I'm not charging the phone and I don't plugged it to the USB as you can see in the attachment.
It appeared when my battery level went under 20.
Any idea?
Maybe it means its time to charge? I'm not sure
Cheers

It may. So you say, she's dreaming of a hot, juicy charge. I don't think that's the way It should be. Because of samsung I'm getting much older than I should be. Sigh...
I'm not really sure, never came across this

I tried. That doesnt work.
This should solve your problem
remove go locker and restart your phone.. download the latest version of go locker from google play and install it.. and if you still face the problem try using factory default settings

Okay so I got my Nexus S in December of 2011. It's worked just perfect, it's a real peach but yesterday I was trying to use it normally and it froze. Then it shut off. So I left it a few minutes and turned it on again. It starts up with the black screen with white letters that say "Google" and it never loads more so I wait with it for s few, then pull the battery and try again many, many times. Same result.
I really hope someone knows how to fix this without wiping the phone. Please Help!

I have actually tried that and it doesn't do anything sadly.
read into this thread seems to be same issue your having http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=928884
and last ditch effort maybe try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1397393
So this morning I installed SkyJellybean from seanzscreams. I've been using it all morning and into the afternoon. I've installed plenty of custom roms, i have CWM from skater and I've never had a problem... until now. I went on a walk with my girlfriend, phone in my pocket the entire time, when I got back I pulled my phone out and tried to unlock it. Nothing happened. I tried to reset it. Nothing. Pulled battery, tried to go into recovery, tried to go into download mode, absolutely NOTHING. My phone isn't responding whatsoever. Seems like a brick but before the walk the phone was working perfectly fine and now it's dead. I didn't do anything from the time I stopped using it to the time I got home. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. It doesn't even vibrate. What in God's name is going on here?
Tell me what you think.
No offense....but...dead battery?
maybe the battery is dead.
if that doesn't work try a jig USB_JIG

None taken. Thanks for the input. I'll check into that.
EDIT: It would be a fried battery, more like. Now to hit up all of my Android user friends for a compatible battery. If this works... I'll be mad.

Yeah absolutely nothing. I've kept it plugged in for quite some time now. Just in case. I'm thinking it's not the battery. I ended up calling AT&T and blamed KIES.

if u usb connect to the pc and pull battery to boot in dl mode and *the pc doesnt recognize it at all* use samsug kies to manually install the device drivers on the computer and odin will should find ur phone. the phone will be blank probably but the green light will turn on in odin. i have bricked this thing bad. sometimes it takes 3-4 days of being dead with no battery in it before it will boot into dl mode.

Thanks a lot. It certainly wasn't the battery. Your comments are nice but your avatar is ironic. lol
Phone details:
Samsung galaxy sl GT-I9003
stock rom DDLF2
Stock kernel
No root
No OC
Details of the issue:
i charged my phone overnight and when i turned it on,it came upto the samsung screen and the screen vanished and it hasnt been able to boot up since,i tried to drain the battery overnight but that didnt seem to help either, its stuck at this blank screen.
I tried reinstalling the battery too but the phone would automatically start up,i could manage to enter the download mode for like 3 secs ,i connected it to my pc via USB but it recognized it but couldnt install the drivers in such a short time, odin doesnt recognise it either
Here is what happened when i took it to the samsung service centre:
The service guy there told me that the hardware is perfectly normal and he checked it infront of me,he told me that the charging pin is slightly damaged but the phone charges without any issues, software couldnt be analyzed but the last time i checked it had the value pack DDLF2 installed so i dont think that would be the problem. The guy told me that the charger pin is connected to the motherboard and may prevent the kernel from booting which i think is just too DUMB even as an excuse .The phone automatically tries to turn on without me pressing the power key when i insert the battery.
I need help PLEASEEE
Thanks in advance
I think it's hardware-based problem. Better check it to legitimate samsung service center.

I cant flash any firmware, the screen fades away before odin can establish a decent connection
If the phone is getting automatically on there is some problem with the power button its pressed too much and I think the phone is restarting because there maybe some loose connection between your battery and the phone

if your phone automatically tries to power on as soon as you insert battery then it might be your Power button problem...
btw lets just consider this case.. what happens when your phone(battery inserted) is connected to charger... how does the screen behaves and what you see on the screen?

The service centre guy tried the power button as a few times and fixed it up by disassembling the device
When i connect the phone with battery into the charging port it behaves in the same manner ,it would automatically turn on and the screen logo (Samsung ....) would then disapper and there would be a blank screen in its place for like ever till it charges (i cant really tell when its charged)

First jump makes sense since it connected to the laptop. Now the 2nd one sounds like the other thread so need to wait for that kinda reboot and can you next time have it showing the other info like the other thread.

I'm gonna try logcat via terminal emulator again I need to capture this so we have a chance of finding the source of the problem! will charge over night & then set the logcat running before I leave for work by the way I have also suffered a reboot during a call! the reboots always happen when the battery is between 80 & 50% remaining & has never done so below 50% I wonder if the power management has something to do with it! never happened On ICS just a thought!
Some screenshots from better batt stats

Ya I just lost with this now guess your issue isnt the same as the other but that is a bit odd about the % thing.
I've managed to capture some logcats for these reboots I'd appreciate it if someone could look at these to see where the issue comes from its a bit above my knowledge! I've only posted the last couple of mins before the reboots captured via terminal emulator!
Thanks in advance!

I think I've finally resolved this issue as I've not yet had a reboot & have had phone on for over 13 hrs, it would seem that the app Juice Defender which I've always used causes a conflict with the power management in HTC's version of JB trying to reconnect wifi or data after JD has switched it off rebooting to take control! I was wandering if anyone else has tried running this app on JB or would try it to see if my findings are correct!
My tablet has recently decided to stop charging no matter what I try :/
I left it over night plugged in and it went from 0% to 1%.. but when unplugged it turned off straight away.
If i plug it in while turned off the screen becomes a sort of glitchy mess, with a yellow exclamation mark being glitched out on the screen ><
how can i fix this thanks ..
