I honestly wouldn't do this if I didn't think it was great. Its literally the best music player that has come to the market in my opinion.
Not only does it sound cues for you to set up a custom equalizer to tailor your ears but the UI is nice and simple.
Unfortunately the equalizer is just a few bands and no other options.
But.. you can use a equalizer app like I do to make it sound better.
Why would I nominate this app?
Because it custom tailors the equalizer to your ears hearing from sound cues. One of the best features and music app should include from now on.

The music app is brand new to the market, its called Soundbest lite, they have a pro with widget support etc. So expect more features.
I promise you'll love it.
Note : this will pretty much only run on roms with I believe 2.3+ audio enhancement. I am using a modified version or Rocko's 3172012 beat audio enhancement that works.
If you want the .zip of the beats file I have please let me know.

The GoPro app crashes, lacks some features (android wear, material, volume rocker control...). I dont like it.
I made a unofficial app for GoPro cameras (works with H2/H3/H3+/H4). Is currently in alpha.
Features:
* HeroControl notification controller for the lockscreen and android wear watches
* Volume rocker control (up=trigger, down=stop)
* Phone audio recorder synced with GoPro video (the phone records mp3 file while GoPro records video, then sync in post)
* Profiles for easy configuration of the camera on the go (custom ones coming soon as suggested by /u/KruSion)
* FULL OFF: Turn WiFi+camera off with a single tap
* All GoPro settings
* Easy to navigate UI with big buttons
* HDR bracketing trigger for HERO4
* Timelapse calculator
* Stable as a rock, no crashes on my nexus 6 nor my friend's nexus 5

I have been tired of the low sound on my A30
After several attempts it turns out that when making mono sound instead of stereo
the sound improves dramatically
You can convert audio from stereo to mono

Adding to that there's an additional lifehack:
The speaker grill tends to clog up with grease and crap — use toothpick to gently clean the holes.
Can a button be placed on the quick access bar to change the audio from mono to stereo quickly? Thank you!
thanks
Still the same. Volume problem
Tried your method and... Same problem. Audio still drops when playing games.
