I take no response to any damage or whatsoever happens with your phone by flashing this ROM.

How to install this ROM
First of all you have to install the base ROM, the newest base ROM at this moment is v1.0.1!
At first you have to download the zip file of the ROM
After that you extract the .tar file from the .zip
Then you turn off your phone and put it in download mode (turn on with vol down + home button)
Open ODIN and select the file as "one package" and press start
After flashing the ROM is ready for use!!
Enjoy
To install the newest version, first install v1.0.1 and then install the newest version with an update.zip through CWM. Always flash v1.0.1 first!!

AOSP stands for "Android Open Source Project". It is directly from Android. You can search google for more info, right now I am on my phone.
With this AOSP Style ROM I want to achieve a ROM which looks excactly as AOSP is. This because I like the look and performance of it.

Not excactly, it is based on a Samsung release. But most of it is and will be deleted.

5.someone may reboot when connected to PC,but I never meet this BUG

Note : Input Keyboard (Hence the FC as installing keyboard my FC problem solved) and Android Market is missing in the ROM...
Copy the attached files to /system/app and change the permission to rw_r__r__ to have both (Keyboard & Market) working...

Does "I9001XXKPK" from this screenshot mean that this is not an AOSP built ROM?

well since there is still the touchwizz apk's in the app folder it is not based on aosp
i'm pretty sure that they built this rom with this tool

Hi guys, I ported JoyOS to our i9003. Don't know what JoyOS is?
It's android with many changes to it to look like iOS. Launcher has been changed,
many system applications have been changed with great iOS lookalikes.
It is currently CM7 based. I'm working on a new port based on CM9 currently .

Yes, everything is skinned to match iOS. There is a iOS lockscreen, iOS launcher, iOS theme, iOS-lookalike apps (iPod, Safari etc)
Update: Finally fixed, uploading now, will take a while because I have a ****ty upload speed.

Its in beta stage i.e.. it ain't stable. But still you can make phone calls, click photos, listen to music via file manager.
Graphics, hmmm... red/blue swapped. But when you take a screenshot and upload it on your PC it shows true color , no miss match.
I had replaced gralloc.default.so from stock rom to MIUI (to fix red/blue swapped bug) but the phone got stuck at the initial Samsung Logo. The phone vibrated twice and when I pressed the power, home and volume keys it did vibrate.

You have to flash it over stock rom duh !
First- flash MerrukTechnology Kernel 2.0 via Odin3 1.85
Then follow the instructions given above.
MIUI is only for hdpi devices. Our device is a ldpi device so it technically doesn't support MIUI. But Galaxy y has a really good hardware, so its able to run MIUI.

Bugs will get fixed when MadTeam releases its kernel for CyanogenMod 7

Anyway, as long as this one can make a call and send SMS, I can deal with it. The last MIUI port I tried, the SMS app gets FC's all the time and it can't get a signal.

Aroma App Package
We here at TeamMixMiui like to customize our Rom but we want to give everybody the possibility to choose which Apps they want to have installed and which ones they don't.
Soon we will be releasing a slimmer Rom with less preinstalled Apps.
There is no need for you to have a Facebook App preinstalled that you remove cause you don't have a Facebook Account.
For this reason I created this App Package.
You wont NEED it for the Rom to boot and its totally fine if you choose to not use it.

How to use:
simply flash the zip file in recovery
This AROMA-zip should work under ALL ICS/JB Roms and you are free to use it in other Roms as well but i cant offer support for each Rom out there.

Not sure if you're allowed, due to the forum rules but you may want to provide a link to ibotPeaches version of this ROM. It provides better translations and a some useful patches.

If you can find it ans get in touch with him go for it.
Edit: don't think ibotpeaches has a version of the mix-mash. Looking at his downloads they're all JB version Miui.
I may be wrong though.

I'm pretty sure the release he has for the DHD is based on this rom. It's on Goo.im

It provides the people who found it along with other mirrors.
Btw you can install any sense apk into it and it will work. (make sure to change the permissions.)

Looking forward to some screenshots to show the Sense features. I currently use and keep coming back to MIUI DHD 2.4.20 (GB). After recently testing and appreciating a couple of Sense roms, I'm curious about MIUI with Sense.

Yeh the camera works really well too, it feels lightweight with the beastmode kernel and has some of the sense features people love.....brilliant Idea!!!

Hey sorry, I scoured the development forum for it but couldn't find it so thought I should share it. Thanks for the info about the sense apk's though......Might have to play around with a few myself....

OP has been updated now. And by better ROM I mean it's been translated better etc and has a few nifty patches thanks to our friends at miuiandroid.
