Fjfalcon's ROM is better for me. CronosX doesn't support haptic feedback that I like and it has stock 2.1 gallery and camera ported, but not working well for me. Also I like the menu in CM7. There will not be General opinion because ones like the first one and others like the second and I suppose there are many people who don't accept any of them...

hhcat Shenqi V4 ! ! ! Rock Solid n stable like Stock ! ! Tried all the other CM versions n noting comes close to this

i like fj's ROM too

I really like fjfalcon's CM7 ROM. Never tried ChronosX, though I might now just for the heck of it.

So about cronosX no haptic feedback and what are other bad thinks ?

[Q] What is the best ICS ROM for DHD?

Okay so ICS ROMS have really taken off lately with the HTC Desire HD. I'm wanting to know what ROM you are using and which you think is the best and WHY? I want to know about GPS stability, how good your signal is etc.
I'll start it off by saying I'm using [ROM]22-01-2012|LC ICS 4.0.3 - 1.0.beta4 | AOSP + CM + COMMUNITY << This rom which can be found here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1450962&highlight=ics+lordmod
Everything seems to work in beta 4 but there has been a 4.5 release which has brought a few problems. Everything seems to be fast and smooth without any major problems (apart from bluetooth). Even the camera works with a 3rd party app but unfortunately no videos yet!
Let me know what you're using or planning on using!
cm 9 stable is best

a quick google search with xda on the end should do it

Not being funny, but how many times has this question been asked?= too many times! Without appearing rude, perhaps you should search a little through the Q&A threads & read the many answers people have posted to this ( many times asked! ) question!
Even better idea! Go to the devlopment section & download a few for yourself to try!
Try them out! That's the best way. I like codename android 1.4 with Matr1x kernel. Just to give you somewhere to start
Bugless beast
I use evilisto 4.0.4 port
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1474878
also Brainmasters stock 4.0.3 is really good i used that prior

You've got to just try them out. I started with gummynex..was good..i tried CyberGR-MOD...stuck to it for few weeks...also liked it..very stable everything working.. now i am using Nuhetri-reloaded v 3.01...it seems to be extremely stable..based on ICS 4.04 an I am using Air Kernel 3.3 and liking it a lot.. i am finding it's been the fastest / smoothest ROM i have tried to date...
go on...be a FLASH WHORE
the NexusMV roms are on the top of my list
My favorite is nuhetri-reloaded-v3.0.1 and for me it was very stable and smooth. I use nuhetri's rom since v2.3.0 without any issue. No lags and no reboots

If you don't trust these numbskulls, go check the forums for your phone and see which one has has the highest views/thread count. Those are usually your best bet for a good (stable) rom.
I tried 3-4 custom roms. Cyber GR is the best. Fast (though not fastest), stable, lots of useful features.
Bugless beast with air kernel 65fps

I suggest you try to flash ROMs and Kernels. Best ROM for me might not be the best for you it depends on how you use your phone. All ICS rooms in the dev section are stable since we have the official ICS update. BTW Im using cyberGr stormy 3 v8. Happy flashing...

You can check bedalus work on ICS ROMs:

I've used CyborGRv7, then Oddie's MIUI's ROM.
Now I am on nuhetri v3.0.1 and it's working flawlessly!! For now, it's option number 1 for me (but I haven't tried much either ).
everyone got their own opinions... it all comes down to ur preference ... personally. i m using aokp milestone 3...
itz feature packed and stable... follow my signature for details ...

[Q] Which is the best ROM?

Which is the best ROM to use right now?
The Cyanogen 9.0 ICS is pretty buggy.
I used the Beta 3 version.
I didn't really like the Cyanogen 7.5
I might try Fit droid 3.2, that looks nice.
I'm currently using the Chocobread.
I kinda actually like the Chocobread, but I don't like the colour in system.
Any suggestions?

Vish's CM 7.2.0 RC0 with Squad's 801 oc is the best for me and my Fit XWKT3. I haven't found any bug, with missing UKW-Radio I can live. Perhaps there is in a next version a data-connection-icon and a radio. But more important for me is the Vanilla-building without strange 3rd-party-apps - and without these (boot-)animation, which are often not changeable with my knowledge. Nevertheless I'll try Cocobread, there is a lot of good opinions. Can you make a specific difference between Chocobrad and Vish's CM?
i would say cm 7.2 rc0 by ty_style. included 844 oc kernel. evrything works. eaven radio.

Oxygen 2.3.2 is the most stable ROM I've ever used. I moved to CM9 kang a lil time ago but even that isn't as stable.
Check out Carbon Or Nexbreed is good too
Try Brainmaster's MIUI, it's a really nice rom, smooth and stable

Add another vote for Oxygen. Blandroid and Bugless Beast are also stock with a little more out of the box.
I'm usually partial to Peter Alfonso's ROMs, though I'm trying out CM9 at the moment.
You can dowload the 12-17 GB ROM here. I ran it for a long time and really liked it. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but VERY stable.
EDIT: Since you're on the 4G, and I don't know which would be best to flash, I'd just go to his download site and grab the latest. I'd imagine the 4G version is just as good as the 3G one.
Oxygen 2.3.2!

[Q] Most stable Android 4.0 ROM for Galaxy 3 to use everyday.

Hello, may I know what is the most stable ROM for Samsung Galaxy 3? I know there are many 4.0 ROMs now, but are still in development stage. MIUI, AOKP or CM9 is the most stable and can be used for daily?
I think MPics

Yes.
Or you wait for Stabilia.
ICS port for galaxy 3 is still incomplete! I highly recommend you to downgrade to CM7 or Froyo for now
btw, you can discuss here
Well, I am sad to say that even cm7 is not good enough atm for everyday use (to use it as main rom). At least for me

Kyorarom is not very stable. I think the best rom for a daily use is CM7 or Kyrillos ROM v10
There are several good ics roms at xda for G3 which can be used daily but many things in it are not working.
Well I've question that is it technically possible to fix those things?
Sent from my GT-I5800 using XDA
Hillbeast thinks it will be easy when we get the 3.0 kernel but says its a little bit hard with the kernel we got now so maybe we need to wait for the 3.0 kernel

i think miui v4 rom is very good, use daily, but not enough smooth and have so much defect
my favourite rom is aokp!
