Unable to access Google play store

Dear forum:
I bought my GT-P7500 Tab in China and it didn’t come with Google play(android market ) installed on it .
As I am unable to download anything from the android market I download android market 3.5.16 .apk file from one of the suggested links and install it on the Tab
Get to Google Play site . Sign in with Google account went to apps to run. Got error saying “You haven’t accessed to the Google Play Store app”
Trying to run “Play Store app “ and got an message : “You must add an account to the device to continue Do you want to add one now”(YES/NO) Click Yes. Window disappears and nothing further happens. No option to enter application specific
Please help if Anyone can help me with this problem to connect and download apps from google play (android market in the past )
Model GT-P7500 (model is listed in Google play supposed models)
Baseband version p7500zckh2
Android version 3.1

1. This is not galaxy tab 10.1 / 8.9 forum.
2. Your tab is bought from China so you have to flash international rom.

Official Top 40 apk.

Samsung has released an app called official top 40 , its on Samsung Apps but i cant get it in my country , can someone install it and give me the APK?
Its also available on google play : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.chartsnow.samsung

If you have root you could try market enabler , it let's you change your play store country and carrier

i tried it but now is incompatible with my device.

Ho do you mean incompatible !? Anyways I will download it for you and attach it

Seems to be incompatible with every device I own. That's okay. There are more Top 40 apps on the market.

[Q] Google Play Update Issue

Hey brothers! I have a problem with Google Play Store. I have ported a rom to my device (MT6589) in this case, google play shows that i need to update some apps , i update them on google play, agan it shows that same apps need to be updated. i guess it shows that it's updating but it doesnt it. very complicated. any solutions? thanks in advance

I have motorola mt870 .
it is not supporting google play store and when i open this give application play store[com.android.vending] has stopped try again later
when i installed official firmware .there is no google play store in it and i install
first time it run and when i click to download any thing it stopped
my mobile also not supported any google apps like g search , gmail , g maps, g talk

I guess u need to flash gapps properly...
If u cant flash
Read the guide on how to install gapps manually without flashable zips...

i have installed google play manually in ubislate 7cz recently. google play is working fine but none of the app is downloading play store getting crash as i am trying to install any app

Play store needs more than just the phonesky.apk.
It also needs some Google Service/framework apps and libs.
You can check this thread: [GUIDE] Install Play Store only on Android 4.4 and caldav / carddav alternative.
Better to flash complete Gapps zip file in (custom) recovery.
