Cm7 7.0.2 mods.

I am currently running cm7 7.0.2 and I love everything about this Tom but I can't find a way to mod or change how the battery and signal bars look. Are there any mods out there for this. If so please let me knw.

who's tom? lol
here is a link to find themes that will work with CM7. Just make sure it says theme chooser and the theme should be an apk and not a zip

Ok so I have CM7 a alternative form of course.. and I've been wondering 1. How can I customize it to my favor? I have Launcher Pro and was wondering what is good to go along with it and what is good for customization? Thanks.

I think theyres a purple one in the market that you can apply and make it all yellow and use minimalistic text and go crazy using it haha

CM7 Has theme chooser cooked in.

Have you looked at deviantart? Look in Customization/screenshots/handhelds....there is more to customize than you can even look at.

metamorph question?

so I'm tired of the gb/comb look and matted blues is the only minimal froyo theme out there for the charge do I decided to metamorph things individually. problem is, the 3g doesnt seem to want to be morphed completely and the battery won't change at all.
help?

all samsung phones use touch wiz. thats why we have themes.

[Theme_kh1] ver.2 Ghost of Sparta

Well here it is ver.2 of my theme. Fixed some issues with black on black text and volume bar.
Themed popup windows
Themed volume and download bars
Themed notifications pulldown
Installation: place file on your sdcard and flash through cwm or unzip file and push systemui.apk to system/app and frameworkres.apk to system/framework then reboot. And Enjoy

Nice, theme, too bad I'm on Froyo at the moment , by the way, how do you use UOT kitchen? Just upload the framework file? I'm on ICBINB.

For froyo u upload the framworkres.apk and the TWframework.apk.

im gonna cook it one more time tomorrow to fix a few things. I would like to do as much as possible I just need someone to fix the menu in the first pick, it still looks like gb. Thank you. If you would like you can edit and post however I just want it to have that God of war look.

what do you mean it still looks like GB. If you are talking about the pulldownl quick panel menu, I will edit it and send you one that looks more, like your theme.

yeah, that menu is part of the /system/app/systemui.apk

As long as the computer I use will play nice with my phones internet I will have a fixed version up today. Wish me luck.

try desktop virtualizer, lets you change app icons on the homescreen. (not in the drawer though)
you can also try using nova launcher which is like stock ics launcher but with extra options (including being able to change the icons)

I want to be able to change it permanently tho

I think you have to edit the .apk file to do that. Check the icons thread in the Android theme and apps sub forum.

Just rename .apk to .zip and replace image then rename to .apk put in system/app location also make sure it has same permissions as other system apps.
Also That pic above is .jpg it has to be
Transparent .png and has to be same width and height as old one
i did this a while back when i themed the MIUI torch from orange to blue

Also might effect updating from market but not like its been updated in a while
and it if you can and do update will have to change it again
Wish they would update the app to match the whole ics blue hate the orange touch focus

All you have to do is go into settings and change the display color.

If you go to settings and change it to simple it looks very nice. Noe I just need to get the correct PNG icon.

rename to splash for some reason imageshack is renaming it
