[Q]IS my phone bricked? - LG Optimus 3D

Hey guys.
I just felt that i had to write because i have done everything in my power and searched my ass off with no success.
----
To the problem.
My computer cannot find my phone, it does detect it but the phone doesn't show me any "activate USB mode" screen. The phone just does nothing.
This all happened very suddenly, and it specially happened after installing chainfire3D.
Anyone there who knows what i should do in order to fix this problem? and my main goal is to remove the "superuser" app in the menu so that i can at least get my warranty back.
---
It seems that the phone is half rooted and half not.
When updating superuser binary it tells me that there is no "su" path and it does not update.
Z4root freezes and dies
Superoneclick doesn't detect phone
Check root tells me that i am not rooted.
i am still on stock room, i just rooted it for some apps that i wanted like chain-fire and so on.
Please guys help me if you can would be much appreciated.

This should work: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17177547&postcount=2

[Q] App update failed after root.

Hey there!
I've got a brand new SGS2 and I've installed a few apps on it, rooted it this morning after the installations and now, for some reason, I can't seem to update some of the apps I downloaded.
Whenever I try, it downloads the update and clicking on it says the app is not installed.
Luckily, the default apps have no problem.
Is this a common problem or did I screw something up during root?
(I do remember Odin or something had a button that allowed installation of apps or something, but I did not click it, was that needed?)
EDIT:
The button in question is in SuperOneClick and it says: "Allow Non-Market apps".
I hooked up my phone, tried clicking on it and the program hangs.
Tried it in download and Recovery mode, still hangs.
I have it on admin mode but it still doesn't work...
What can I do, please!?
(I posted this here as I did not see any support section, if I missed it, please move it over there, thanks and sorry!)
Realized the damn thing kept crashing because I kept forgetting to enable the USB Debugging mode, clicked the allow non-market apps and the process ran smoothly.
restarted the device (I've got a yellow triangle with an exclamation point on the first screen on boot, is that bad?)
Turned off debugging and it's still a no go!
I'm out of ideas, PLEASE HELP!!!

Help! I think I got a brick?

Hi, I'm a super newbie with a nice gs3 who have been toying around with rooting and roms for a bit.
recently, I noticed that my clockworkmod folder was taking up great amount of space in my phone memory (approx. 4 gigs)
so I decided to delete the folder and re-root my phone.
After re-rooting, all my phone now does is stay on for a bit, freeze, go to a black screen, and then turn back on.
It has repeated this cycle for infinite times now.
I've tried the to reboot into recovery mode by pressing vol.up+power+home, but all it does is stay on the samsung reboot logo.
I've also tried to soft un-brick the phone with odin, but the process always fails and it doesn't even seem to be able to start the process.
It seems to be able to recognize the device, but won't do anything else further and keeps telling me it has failed.
My decision to delete the clockworkmod folder was a super stupid decision.
Have I hard bricked my phone? Is it soft brick? Or have I just completely sabotaged my phone to a whole new degree?
I have no idea what has happened and desperate for a fix while crying in the corner of my room.
Please help!!!
Sounds like you just deleted a nandroid by deleting the clockwordmod folder. That shouldn't effect the phone functioning at all. What do you mean by "re-rooting?" Deleting that folder wouldn't effect root not sure why you tried to re-root. It sounds like something went wrong during the "re-root" process. What method did you use when trying to do that?
You soft brick your phone. I believe You didn't have to root an already rooted phone. In Odin you must click PDA(must be checked also) and choose your stock ROM. Your phone must be in download mode for you to even start the process. I will also like more details like root method and what version android your running.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy S4 mini I9192 , soft bricked.

Hello , looking for help to unbrick a partially bricked phone that allows me to turn on and use mostly everything , it seems to reboot itself every once in awhile. I can goto Kies and and try to repair but that doesn't work , also have odin with factory file and that shows Fail every time i try that. Hoping someone can help try to get back to factory settings.
Oh and i have read for 2 days here downloaded files and tried everything i can , but nothing seems to work. And when i restart phone it seems to go back to exactly where i left when it got bad root file or something. In the phone part even after i erase calls , it shows the people that called that day every time it gets restarted.
If anyone can help and walk me through , i'd be greatly appreciated. And i've watched i don't know how many youtube vid's on trying to get this back to factory mode.
Thank you.

I've tried mutiple times and always comes up FAILED.
Tried Kies option also....
Apparantly its stuck in Titanium backup mode and occasionally does a reboot on its own sometimes. But even if i try to reboot after erasing tons of stuff out of it.... it comes back to what it was or how it was. So basically the titanium even though it shows up nowhere in my apps or phone... it keeps reverting my phone back to where it was when it got messed up.....
Try this

I don't know if the fail you get in Odin may be caused by having the wrong settings. I have ran into a few tutorials online that use odin, each one had a specific way. Try running it again with all the options unchecked except for the Auto Reboot. Also make sure you place the correct file(s) in the correct slot. example: any bootloader file goes into the bootloader slot, etc. make sure its checked. Then run again, this may be the only reason your getting a fail, it may have nothing to do with Odin or your phone.
Of course disregard this message if you had already fixed you problem. Also another possible fix would be to use ADB command to push the files to your phone, I suggest looking into it, there is a good amount of info on it online. It could help down the line with future issues to know ADB. Here is a website I found helpful, it is a guide to using ADB sideload to save bricked devices. ------- (android-revolution-
hd.blogspot.com/2013/12/ow-to-use-adb-sideload.html) note: just copy everything after the dashes and in between the parenthesis and paste into url bar on browser. sorry i have to be difficult, first time posting on this site and they wont let me post in a link, but this guide may be the answer to all your phone trouble. Plus I know how you feel, I just bricked my phone too and I know how agravating it is when nothing works.
Good luck and let me know how it goes
Thanks

[Completed] XPERIA Z2 Tablet Won't Recover after Unrooting Itself

Hi all,
I've hit a dead end and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I have a Verizon Xperia Z2 tablet that had been a Verizon store demo (fully functional). I rooted it with KingRoot to get all the Verizon crap off (I only use it as WiFi anyway), upgraded it to stock Android 5.1.1, used Super-Sume to get rid of KingRoot and set it up with my apps.
Everything was fine until the other day, when I put an SD card in, installed Apps2SD, opened the app for the first time and it said it could not gain root access. So I ran Root Checker and it confirmed that the tablet was no longer rooted.
I then closed everything and tried to reboot it, which was definitely a mistake, because ever since then, the farthest I can get is the Verizon boot screen. I can get to TWRP, but my backup does not appear there. Factory Wipe does not have any effect.
I did try to use FlashTool to get the FTF I put on there back. The log spat out an error message that USB debugging might not be switched on (it had been) and then gives me the message "Upgrading, do not disconnect device from PC. SOftware Status: Modified". It then reboots and goes to the Verizon boot screen, where it stays forever.
I think I've read every Xperia thread I can find and can't get past where I am. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Greetings and welcome to assist. It sounds like your sytem partition may have got corrupted or the pit file. Can you install another rom through twrp and can twrp file manager see any of your system files when mounted ? The only way to tell what is really going on is to adb a logcat while the phone is bootlooping if that is possible
Good Luck
Sawdoctor
Thanks! I'm not sure what other rom would work for the Z2 tablet. From what I've read, only stock roms work. But if there's something else you recommend, please let me know.
When I try copying the log to the SD card, it does tell me that SELinux support is present and I can read the log when I connect the tablet to my computer. When I go to File Manager, I can see some files, but the system and system/bin folders are empty.
I can sideload ADB if I understand you correctly. What would the next step be?
Thanks again, I really appreciate the help.
