Instruction:
-For widgets "accuwwather and clock" just install them like normal .apk or copy them to system/app/.....
-For launcher look at orginal thread:

You can instal louncher like any otheer apk. or you can put it in system/app/ and replace it with orginal one...prefer first .... so you can chouse wich TW you will use
there is an icon pack for launcher inside...
-And for all those who want that picnic on the beach image on screen use it with desktop visualizer from market.....

they are apk's , so yes they should work
the weather widget and clock dont match colour wise
the clock is clear and the accu weather is dark blue.
is there a way to change them ?
EDIT:im an idiot, the weather widget changes colour depending on the weather so mine is dark blue/grey because its cloudy

The thread is about a launcher for Gingerbread (2.3.x) and not Jelly/Helly/C- Bean (4.1.x).
Touchwiz UX and futher are for Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.x) and Jelly Bean.

Please kkrrazy can u do one thing for us?? In all themes we get same black background behind setting, application menu. Can we have different or custom image behind our application menu? I think in themes its possible.

No bro...I think u r making a little misunderstanding. The screenshots which u have posted are superb. Look the screenshot of setting page that u have posted, it has a black background. Can u change that & apply custome image like for example image of matrix film...! It will look superb.

This is purely a cosmetic update!
This is a BETA VERSION of my Aero Theme. Due to 2.1 limitations, I can't make everything transparent. I would like opinions and suggestions on this and I will be updating this regularly (unless the SE Gingerbread is amazing and rootable, in which case I will move to that). I am not sure 100% about the look so all suggestions are welcome!
Features:
-Aero themed settings menu/messaging/infiniteview
-Aero themed Arc home launcher
-Transparent statusbar
-Mostly transparent pulldown menu
Instructions
-Download and put ZIP in sdcard root
-Open xRecovery (I used xRecovery 0.3 so it will work on that and FXR, but I don't know if it will work on xRecovery 1.0)
-Install custom zip-install the zip you downloaded
-Wipe dalvik cache
-Reeboot

You could also use Fancy Widgets(can be made transparent too), if you want it download from the Google Play Store/Android Market and it won't disturb your original widgets either and its free so you can give it a try.
But it's design won't be the same as the ones OP has posted here. If you want the design to be same then stick to the ones uploaded here.
So take your pick.

I stripped the Apk's from the latest firmware from Acer.

Hi, pictures are working fine just that they're incorrectly linked. OP, you're going for the .png/.jpg format of the image, not the imgur link itself.
Like instead of this: http://imgur.com/X2qMyAd, click the picture and open it in the new tab, the link should be this: http://i.imgur.com/X2qMyAd.jpg and that's what you want in those IMG bbcodes.
Nonetheless this launcher looks sweet.

From my Note 3 (stock 4.4.2)
I've had this force close 4(!) times since I installed, once as I wrote this.
The weather widgets default to a 4xY (y=number) there are 5 columns and NO way to adjust the widgets to use all columns.
The weather app has not forced close.
NO transparent bars.
Cannot be installed on a Nexus 4 on stock 5.1.
But it certainly looks nice. So thanks for this still!

ok so first install external launcher the one you whant on playstore
copy your old launcher to your sd card (just in case) and delete it if you have my magazine you can delete it also
download the version you whant 4x5 or 5x5 and copy it to system/priv-app and set correct perm if your rom is odex so remove touchwiz.odex
download wallpapercropper and wallpaperpicker and paste it to system/priv-app , remove wallpaperchooser.apk
download the apk secthemechooser + flipboard + flipboard briefing and the theme you whant and copy it to system/app and set correct perm
reboot your phone and start with external launcher go to setting application and go to the last tab you can see touchwiz so clik on it and supress data
push the home button to start touchwiz
