Here is the stock based theme for the people who were asking for it. It comes with the verticle 1% verticle battery mod as I had to use my stuff from my phone to make it work.The only thing I could not get included was the stock Lockscreen drag icon that darkens the whole page as you unlock the phone, I tried everything I know to get it to work and this has been what has had this delayed.
IF YOU FLASH ANY OF THE 1% BATTERY MOD AFTER THIS IT WILL CHANGE A LOT OF THE ICONS BACK TO V5 STYLE
THIS SHOULD WORK TO GET YOU BACK TO A STOCK THEME AFTER FLASHING ANY OF THE UPDATES ALSO, SO JUST UPDATE AND REFLASH THIS
Includes:
all stock based icons, 5 bar signal bar, drop down toggles from V4 and back to blue colored, new icon for reboot in power menu to match stock icons.

To install wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, install zip from sd card then reboot

is a theme that was requested by backwoods99. I think you ladies will love it. This rom is only for CM6.1 Stable. This was ported from Droid 2 Liberty Rom. I edited the launcher icons and changed a few icons.
Follow install instructions below.
Download:

Install Requirements:
Cyanogenmod 6.1 Stable
Installation:
Boot into recovery
Wipe cache
Install zip from sdcard
Reboot (Please be patient)
Apply CMTheme (Settings > Cyanogenmod Settings > User Interface > Tweaks Extra > Select RockinRainbow Theme)
(You can also change the widget indicate color to #FF00DC)
Reboot

Several months ago I asked for a theme like this so that i could install on my GF's phone. A few said they were working on one and never released it. Anyway you can port it to Redemptive Revolution 2.2? If not its ok, I'll just try to convince my girl to swtich to CM. Thanks though, I'm sure several people will be happy with this.

UPDATE:
I downloaded the zip and let ROM Manager automatically install it.
The .Zip was downloaded But My Evo did a Factory Reset!

Tried again manually with Quick Boot and Clockworkmod Recovery,
Installed the .zip and it took this time...........
Works great. Any way to get it without the transparent notification background?
I had a hard time seeing the white numbers in the green background, so I installed the colorbattery.zip and the transparent notification background remained.
I like the transparent background, but if I want to uninstall it do I have to install a previous Recovery prior to it being installed?
Does colorbattery.zip work for the 4.24.651.1 Update?

i've added a sixth button, which is data, to the notification toggle. and is themed so that it fits into the kratos' theme. the lines in between each toggle are removed. screenshots below. boot into recovery, flash .zip. dont panic when u see "Steelblue by khalpowers" when flashing. i stole his flashable zip cos i don't know how to make one.

This is a semi-transparent stock digital clock widget modified with different percentages of transparency for stock ICS ROMs 4.0.4
the number _XX indicates the percentage of opacity
DigitalClock_100.apk is not transparent (same to stock).
DigitalClock_0.apk is completely transparent.

How to Install:
Download DigitalClock_XX.apk that you like
Copy DigitalClock_XX.apk in sd and rename to DigitalClock.apk
With Root Explorer copy DigitalClock.apk and paste in system/app
Reboot and enjoy..
