I promise I refrain plenty when it comes to making new threads, but I've tried several search engines (Google, xda's, etc) to no avail...
Anyways, my inquiry is pretty self explanatory by the thread title. Just wondering if anyone else has stumbled across an ICS icon pack for power widget replacements (like SwitchPro).
Please & thanks if you can help.

Hi, please be gentle with me as I'm new here. I posted this on the HTC Mega forum, as that's my phone, but I thought I'd ask it on the Windows general forum as well. Here's what I posted:
"I'm trying to set up my Touch 2 so that it looks and feels exactly how I want it, and I'm nearly there. The only issue I have is the bottom bar. On the home screen it currently has "Phone" and "Contacts" as its default, and I'd love to either change it or (preferably) remove the bottom bar completely. I trawled through the user guide from htc.com and I've tried using the Search here to no avail so I just thought I'd ask. Any clues?"
My home screen looks like the attached - I'm using Easy Today Launcher, and johan kranzcmar's wonderful task bar (thanks johan!), along with a Pure Black theme.
Any help anyone can give will be greatly appreciated
Thanks in anticipation....
Anyone who can figure this out would be helping me too!
Moved as not theme release.
My apologies if this has already been asked - I am sure it has but I got to page 15 of this subforum and did search but didn't see the answer.
With the new (official) ROM out I was going to upgrade but was checking compatibility with what I use and found 20quicklinks won't work; the 25quicklinks seems to have a big so only first 9 links are switchable not the remaining 16.
Then it occured to me that a feature of the wife's Desire that I like is the multiple homescreens. Is it possible to have something similar to that for Sense/HD2?
That way rather than just a screen of quicklinks, a whole screen could be devoted to different types of links - one for apps, one for games etc.
(or if not would a working 20/25 quicklinks compatible with the new Rom be possible please?!)
Thanks
cht
Search for Cookies HomeTab (CHT).
This offers you exactly what you want and a lot more.
Current (released) version is 1.85. Once you've tried it you can't imagine to have your HD2 without it.
Version 2 is currently beta. And it offer even more possibilities.
Hugo the JungleDyret
CHT 2.0
CLICK HERE for Cookies Home Tab 2.0 (Beta) - up to 21 home screen panels, widgets, free links, etc.
You'll also need CHTE (Editor) to make the settings - link in the CHT thread.
And you've got to check out CHTS (Scheduler) which is as amazing as CHT itself - sheduling, profiling, layout switching, backup, etc etc etc
Okay thanks
I didn't read CHT page carefully enough as I thought it was to modify the [single] home screen.
Will read about it more.
I am concerned though about the comments that it sucks battery dry...

The battery drying, you must see it in a context.

Hi all. I have found lots of good mods on this site and finally took the time to consolidate the ones I like into a single package. I also went through and colorized a lot of the notification bar icons. The file is too big to uplaod here, so I have provided a Rapidshare link. The following is included in the file:
1. Smooth Sense Icons
2. Additional colorized icons
3. 50% transparent notification panel
Please let me know what you think and/or if you like this. I have attached a couple of screen shots for your viewing pleasure.

I saw these first in the Virtuous thread as I am running 3.1 and was previously running incredible theme with older versions of virtuous and waiting for someone to do some themeing with newer framework. Are you using newer framework? Not that I'm sure it matters as this is not as extensive as the incredible theme in which it replaced lots of recently updated system apps.
But I do have a question for you. Any way to get rid of the location Icon which I have become use to not seeing in my bar? All though it is attractive.
And a couple of the icons like the headphones, headphones w/mic and tty are jumbled up just as they always have been in smooth sense. I had broght this to jeric's attention long before but was not worth correcting I guess.
Great work buddy!

No, it does not use the new framework. As I said, it is a something I put together with mods I use and like that are already out there. I am no expert on mods. I colorized the icons so it would look nicer on the phone. I can look into getting rid of the location icon, but if you want me to do this, please PM me and I will look into it. Thanks for the kind words.
First off, I am sure this belongs over in the thread in the development section. However, I am unable to ask in that particular thread because I am too new to the game. Please be kind to me and keep the flamming to a low simmer.
I have Weapon 3.0 installed and running smoothly. In fact, I have only 1 complaint, if you can even call it a complaint. when I use the email app (not gmail) the background is white. The accounts / messages are also a shade of white/grey. I can't stand this style. Am I simply missing a very simple step here? I don't see how to switch to the black background, which I prefer.
As an example, if you go into messaging you will see you can switch between the white and black backgrounds.
Thank you in advance for not yelling at me for not having this in the correct thread. As I stated before, the forum rules prevented me from doing so. Also I read quite a bit of the pages on that ROM thread. However, there are over 240 pages. I didn't see anything that jumped out at me.
I was wondering the same thing, I also wanted to know how to get a black google search bar, Im surprised all that work went into the rom and it comes with a white searchbar
There's a fix posted in the G2x themes and apps section
Did a quick search, found nothing to answer my question.
I'm wondering if there's an app, specifically a 4x1 widget, that I can use to update my status on social networking sites. I'm not interested in reading other peoples updates (I'll go into the appropriate app for that); I simply want something akin to the google search bar.
So far the best thing I've found is TweetDeck, but it's far from the prettiest duckling. Before anyone mentions it, 'Simple Status Widget' is a ghastly, low-res pop-up.
If there's nothing knocking around then I guess I'll try my hand at making one
[EDIT] I should say that Google + is a fine, though not quite perfect example of what I seek. I mean, why give me a text box if tapping it only takes me to a new screen?
