Seems Cwm is not supported on my phone..no access to a computer to use Odin..is there a way to root/flash without computer for my model? Carrier is koodo.

There are multiple threads in the S4 forum about using Isis while rooted. You might want to check there.

Is the mod the same for the s4 and s3?
