What does this ap do?
It is a browser which isn't really a browser. Browser Toggle just looks the state of the WiFi connections and decides on that which of your browser should be started. You cann select a browser for WiFi and one for non-Wifi or mobile connections.
After install you will have 2 icons in your app launcher. One for settings and one for launching the browser.
It saves mobile bandwith and so money

How to use it?
Start "Browser Toggle Settings"
Select a browser for mobile connections which uses compression technology to reduce data costs (I suggest Opera mini or mobile)
Select a browser for WiFi connections.
Clear the default browser if any was selected
Select "Browser Toggle" for your default browser
Now if any of your apps tries to start a browser, Browser Toggle will start one of the two browser you selected depending on the WiFi connections state

Hello everyone! Ever since I've upgraded to an 'ultra-fast' fiber network, my new Aztech router has also been 'ultra-annoying'. It drops connections on me when I reboot my device, and according to multiple sources, this happens to many other devices too. Basically, what happens is that you get connected, but there's no Internet access (WiFi bars will show upload most of the time, with an occasional download).
I have figured out the fastest way to gain Internet access - That is, to constantly turn on and off the WiFi radio, and then test the network manually using a Browser. This app should automate that for you, by turning off and on the WiFi, then attempting to connect to the Internet.
This app is still in development, and may be unstable!
