Personally i think DarkyROM, but i haven't tried because i have S+. There ar lots of ROM's for this smartphone just use search.

As for now.. no custom ROM is available.
Cyanogen Mod is there, but it has many bugs... thus making it unusable.
But various themes are available which can be used on the stock ROMs.
btw.. why are you creating so many forums with the same question ??

Hey dude, I know whats your feeling about that cause I have search for my Mini 2rooting tut for 4 month and now my andriod is rooted and earn a lot of flashing experience. Since your device is not popular, sorry, I have searched for you too
