The base for this theme is created from 3.70 framework and also used MikFroyo 4.5 Framework as my canvas for this. You must be running 3.70 software version to use this theme.
Just a note regarding using this rom, some of us users that have switched to this rom and then flashed this theme have experienced unbelievable speed throughout the entire system. We highly recommend giving this rom a try. Thanks goes to Jeff for holding a gun to our heads to make us try it!!! lol The overall thanks goes to aamikam for creating MikFroyo 4.5 and giving us such a thing of speed.

I wanted to go ahead and post this theme for use with 3.70 roms. This will not work on the new MIK Froyo 4.6.1 yet. I will not be doing addons for this theme so that I can work on the CM7 Cyan Theme as well as porting all themes to Miks latest roms.

RED VERSION (Still has a lot of cyan in it.) - Work in Progress but very usable
I used my 2.5 version because it still has the white lettering. This still has a lot of Cyan color in it. This is just a starting point for my theme in Red. If I find the time to continue to build it out I will. For now though Enjoy all the red!!!!!

If you are running MIKFROYO 4.5 you do not need these mods as they are already on your phone with the default install of the rom. Use the instructions for changing to vanilla lockscreen above.

You will also loose your stock lock screen with this mod. But with what this offers who needs it!!!!

This is an add on for the 2.7 Skulls theme. This Dialer has a custom font (chung fun) and a custom Skulls on tribal background. Dialer codes working also( Slayers list of working codes applies) Also modified the call button to blend in with the cyan outlined buttons. I am in love with this dialer!! The font is a larger one, though I really like it, I will be working on changing some fonts to a smaller size for other mods. So I want to share this one the way it is, as I think it's awesome! I will be taking requests for custom dialers, so let me know if you want a custom background and I will do my best to give it to you. Enjoy!

Here there are if anyone wants them, just flash in recovery. The dialer will change your resources files so if you have mods to your resources you will lose them. It's base is Mikfroyo 4.5 the same as the other dialer add ons from Slayer. Blackout/Cyan messaging can be flashed with any rom with no affects on anything else. Enjoy!

Nice, have you thought of changing the other icons like mount, and 4G?
Can you also add in the black bar screen which is more consistent with the espresso launcher and also add green highlights to the espresso launcher to make the theme more consistent.

Anyways, ya, I have about 10+ themes for CM to Sense and in all different styles, I used to make them for the community but people stopped following and downloading so I stopped posting them.
* IN THE WORKS * Since it sounds like there are a few requests for it, how about all gingerbread icons while leaving most of the colors the green and black of sense. So icons like usb, adb, vibrate, will all be gingerbread, and I will see what I can do about some custom 4G icons to match. Finally I will play with that link Ph33zy posted so see about cleaning up the cololrs.

Yes, the black bar lock is the slide down to unlock bar. Here is a picture of it (although I think this screenshot is of a WM6.5 device, but its really similar). I think it matches better with the expresso launcher than the stock sense lock (but just my opinion I guess).

BTW, just started playing more with my phone after flashing your icons and I think I like it better without all the blue elements. Do you think you could do a version with just the GB notification bar? I also noticed that the SMS GB icon is missing as well.

I looked at them side by side and it appears the difference is the transparency on the GB version. Either way they have been added.

- Enter Enlightenment -
After the excessive prettiness that was Reincarnation, DK decided to go back to the drawing board...again. What more could he do that could be done on a Sense 1.0 rom while still keeping things fresh? How about incorporating some Jellybean elements into the Sense 1 framework for starters? Influenced by the minimalism of the Holo design. The idea of adding Holo progress bars, Jellybean notifications and using Jellybean animations were born. I've been flirting and falling in love with ICS/JellyBean so why not emulate the look and feel?!
The next idea was to trim the excess fat off the Rom. The easiest thing would be to strip away the Sense elements but that would be kind of senseless and boring. The solution was to tone down the Sense 4 look and use of transparencies in favor again of the Holo design. By going with mono, darker, and flatter textures, png sizes have been greatly reduced. Also combined with the use of other techniques, I have trimmed the system files by 100mb from the last version. The Rom sizes kept going up with each new release until V8 finally went over the 200mb mark. I wasn't going to let that trend continue on V9. Clocking in at a lean 165mb zip, its by far the lightest version I've ever made! Ram and performance is much more efficient now. 'Balance' has been the key theme throughout the making of V9
As much as I've been heaping praises on Jellybean, the final phase of development was to take another look at Sense and give some of its identity back. Inspired by the look of the latest Sense trends, the idea of turning the stock clock into a 3x2 widget and adding Sense 5 icons were introduced. I have traveled far and wide through the Sense landscape, from the HTC One to HTC Butterfly, even to the EVO LTE for inspiration. To mix all these visual elements together, while focusing more this time on the performance side of things has been the greatest task. It has definitely been an "enlightening" experience making V9.
The series has come full circle. Enjoy the journey.

not really a big update, it's essentially the same as V8 - same tweaks, same theme, just about the same internal memory.. but here is what i added for the international folks requesting languages for my rom.
- support for 30+ languages(french, italian, japanese, korean, chinese, vietnamese, german etc.) through most of the OS. shouldn't have to use an app like MoreLocale anymore unless there is a language i'm missing or didn't feel compelled to include in my rom.

i have none of those features yet but these will be added to my "things to work on" list for the future which means... i've got alot of work to do..
if you got a modded zip that can flash quick settings or sense 3.0 lockring on a stock Sense 1.0, 4.67 odex rom feel free to do so. but the goal is to keep this rom simple and stock sorta like a Sprint Lover's type rom.
perhaps when i add those features you mention in, it will be an entirely new rom.
alright i added a video of the ROM in action to the OP if anyone is on the fence or is just curious.. it's just a quick 4 min. run-down and yes i even screen recorded the bootanimation too.. just a quirky way of presenting things cuz i havent seen any people done that yet with ScreenRecorder...
Great ROM, good first start. Just a few things:
1. Download was slow as heck (use dev-host or goo-inside me etc.)
2. Doesn't make me a sandwich.
3. Keep voice search and live wallpapers.
4. Won't make EVO dual core S4 w/ 1GB of RAM
Other than those (major) issues, great work man. Been looking to go back to stock from deck's ICS, because I apparently, actually need a daily driver to get stuff done. Good work

thanks man! apapreciate the feedback and i agree i kinda wanted to get away from the sense 3.0/3.5, ICS roms for a bit and go back to the roots.
Um, it kind of won't flash, lol. Look at my updated post. LOOKS great. Won't flash though . I've always had a soft spot for the stock experience, as it always seems to me the most functional and fluid of anything I've tried. Of course, plenty of tweaks, themes and optimizations thanks to superuser abilities always help

You can flash amon ra then nandroid flash this rom then flash back to cwm.

sorry about the inconvenience buddy! when i zipped up the rom i didn't use an updater-script or edify script which i believe is compatible with CWM. i never have used CWM. i've heard more cons about CWM than there are pros with AmonRa. it's just a more reliable Recovery so i stuck with AMonRa ever since i rooted....but yeah what Volk said.

Custom kernel (I'd suggest lionfish, what I always use. Use with permission).
GPU UI Rendering
Get me leftover pizza and soda from the fridge (dead serious).
Otherwise, it's actually really smooth, and runs great. Awesome job.
EDIT: Yeah, I flashed Amon RA. The only reason I don't use it is because it doesn't support the capacitive buttons, and my power and volume buttons are getting worn down from all the recovery booting/flashing lol.

thanks Diablo, keep up the good work with your roms and i dunno why i picked fileserve lol. the hosting sites that came to mind were fileserve and mediafire.. devhost is a nice place, must be the new place that everyone hosts their roms now..

4x5 Rosie Mod For Sense 4.x:
I had put a lot of efforts on making a working 4x5 Rosie mod for our device by referencing other members' port, getting hints from their works and finally port it to our hdpi device, you can find some of them who had done 4x5 Rosie mod porting before HERE
However this is NOT a bug free mod and consist of few bugs / problems as stated on the thread above.. so if you want to use this mod you have to get used to that bug ( just a small payout for a great mod.. )

- Choose my skin included in this mod to have a FULL theme effects
- V28 was fully tested on ViperS V1.6.0 and works without any issue.
If you get installation aborted error message when trying to flash this mod in recovery, follow these steps:
1. Boot up the phone normally
2. Use any root file explorer and navigate to /system
3. Delete the "Aroma" folder
4. Reboot into recovery and flash my mod again
- V27 was fully tested on ViperS V1.5.2 and works without any issue.
- V26 was fully tested on ViperS V1.5.1 and works without any issue.
- Flash V25 first, then flash V25_U to get full theme effect
- V25_U was fully tested on ViperS V1.4.1 ( Sense 4.1 ) and works without any issue.

Venom ROM has the most innovative ROM customization which allow users to install battery mods as a single apk file and apply them from tweaks. This post will contains all the battery mods created / ported by me and will continue to expand according to user request.
Installation:
1. Download the apk file attached below
2. Install it like normal apk file
3. Go to Venom Tweaks > 'Status' tab > Battery Options > Battery icon > Select the battery mod

I think if you are using transparent notification bar, the signal bars and he wifi-signal stength thing also needs to change it's colors. White bars, transparent Notification bar and a whitish background (as I have) does not work well together. Can you make the bars and wifi-signal strength blue also ?

Select Red framework when installation, and then from skin picker menu select 'HTC' skin (yes the skin name is called HTC )
Will make another version of normal status bar in future updates..

Yes luckily you understand me.. I had spent two days to change all the png & .9png to red (or you can say pink) since there are no red skin for Sense 4.. so the red theme is completely redone from scratch..

Yes, I know. I used to do some theming before but my computer is dead only have a old pentium 1.3 GHz for the moment so can't run adobe. I tried with photofiltre but this is far too limited for make a good job or I need a very long time for make 1 PNG with a good looking.
Hope my comment didn't hurt. I just stated what I saw and all the red themes I found since sense 3.6 have the same red/pink looking or red without 3D effect, so far your mods are the best.

Of course as with anything new, there is much confusion how this works. The aim of this thread is to clarify how to change various aspects of the theme, and unleash the full power of the Viper!
There are 2 aspects to themeing on ViperOne M8:
The built in theme engine (covering statusbar icons, Sense icons, wallpapers, fonts etc)
The full flashable theme, which completely transforms the look of your device
To some degree, the effects of these are independent. So you can change aspects of the built in theme without changing the skin, or change the skin but keep theme elements. Or even keep everything, and just change the Sense icons. The possibilities are endless.
The secret to ViperOne's stunning good looks is a combination of the above, and you can find more information on this over the next 4 posts
Please post any theme questions / issues here rather than on the main ROM thread, let's keep that clean for ROM issues.

PLEASE NOTE:
- It is highly recommended you dirty flash the ROM (flash without wipe) between switching themes
- It is highly recommended you change TWRP settings to remove screen timeout, if you want to flash multiple mods at once. Go to Settings > Screen > Uncheck enable screen timeout.
So, you've had a play around with the Venom Hub and seen how many customization options are available. But somehow, it's not quite enough?! Well, that's where the RedVenom theme comes in. This is a full flashable theme that takes the customization to the next level.
As you can see from the screenshots, flashing the theme brings a touch of red to all elements of the UI, including all the system images, phone, keyboard etc.
- Change between multiple different themes on the fly through Settings > Personalise > Themes
- Aroma option for dark headers independent of which theme you're using
- Stock icons throughout

KNOWN ISSUES:
- If you use dark headers, you won't be able to see line in Stocks chart
- Getting started panels in BlinkFeed (long press then remove)
- Updating HTC apps from Play Store will break theme - please avoid.
ViperLight NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Change between 8 different themes on the fly using settings > personalize > themes
Choose between light or dark dialer and keyboard
Directions to do your own ViperLight custom colour:
(requires ViperLight 3.x.x to be flashed first, preferably without extended colours):
1. Download ViperLight Custom 3.0 zip from here, and unzip on your PC.
2. Download HxD hex editor from here
3. In the unzipped file, navigate to \vrtheme\system\framework\com.htc.resources.apk and open the resources.arsc with HxD
4. Using the replace function (ctrl+r) replace 12 34 56 with your chosen hex. Two values should be replaced. Please note, that you need to reverse your number for hex, so 33 B5 E5 (ICS Blue) would become E5 B5 33 when replacing with HxD. Also ensure that you are searching in hex-values, as pictured below.
5. Save the file in HxD (and you can delete the .bak file in the folder), then zip the files back up.
6. Copy to device and flash in recovery. You custom theme will be theme number two.

Just flash the zip through recovery. To revert back, just reflash the ROM without wiping.

So you've read about the revolutionary theme engine in the ROM thread. But what exactly can you do with it? Basically, it allows you to alter some of the graphical elements on the fly, without needing to flash or even reboot.
Using Venom Tweaks, you can change the appearance of:
Statusbar icons
EQS icons
Battery icons
Sense icons
Notification shade background
App drawer background
These elements are all independent and can be changed to suit your tastes. So, you can use icons from different icon sets to mix and match your own personal theme.
But that's not all. Take a closer look at the screens where you choose statusbar themes and icon sets. You'll notice that each supported statusbar icon can be changed independently. So you like wifi icon from theme A, but battery from theme B? No problem, download both and mix it up as much as you want. You're only limited by what's available in the Hub.
And if there's some icons you want that aren't in the Hub? That's what the Venom kitchen is for.....Special thanks to:

As if the ROM wasn't customisable enough, the ROM devs have also developed the Venom theme kitchen.
Really want some statusbar icons that aren't in the Hub,or got a great idea for a set of Sense icons? Why not make it yourself and share it with others via the Venom Hub?!
We've put some themes in the Hub to get you started, but the aim is to fill it with user generated content.
We've tried to make the tutorial as easy as possible, but if you have any questions, here's the place to ask.
Post your completed themes here, with a screenshot. If the theme looks nice we will add it with credits to the venom hub, so all users can download it from there!
One thing we ask though - ideally you'd be using icons you've created yourself. If you are going to use someone's else icons, please ask them for their permission first.
We all spend a lot of our free time making these, and it's really annoying to see your work ripped off by someone else! I'm sure you'd all agree.
If you used icons from the UOT kitchen, then say so.
