Just place the PD98IMG.zip in root of sd, "/sdcard/PD98IMG.zip" and reboot into bootloader, follow prompt and voila, new splash screen.

Freaking Righteous!!! If needed still I'd love to ne a part of beta testing etc... I work full time as a house framer and A.C. cleaner, but I love this ROM. Love the style, battery lasts forever and then some (even turned my magic smoke wallpaper back on!) Nice job on the revamp! What's say the possibilty of having a data counter? Only Rom I have noticed one on is MiUI, that would be sweet. We blast Pandora and Rhapsody all day via 3/4 G and knowing what I have used would be stellar...

If you like sense than I would definitely try this rom. I hate sense but tried it anyways. Lasted for 30 minutes on my device. That says a lot as I rooted and flashed a non sense rom quicker than that when I first got it.

Been running the other rom for 24hrs and I wanna beta test for you. This is by far my FAVORITE. I do wish HTC sense 3.0 was there like the RCMixKingdom sense..... But the features here are amazing in comparison. I am completely impressed and ready for more!!!! Thanks meter applied.

Yeah, this was the first sense rom to last more then an hour on my phone, including when it was stock lol. Now I use it all the time. Then again, it's been awhile since cm kicked anything out.
This is a great sense rom.

Any idea what app it was? Almost looked like an Ice Cream Sandwich style app.

there are two music apps, one IS the 2.4 one and will be followed with the 2.4 launcher and a 2.4 theme and one is the stock one

I haven't ran any leaks since bamboozle because of the persistant reboots. Bamboozle never rebooted on me unless I was in a low signal zone. I hope you can work your magic on eh17 though

Must not like me, stuck in a bootloop which dumps me back into Recovery. Of course I did all the wiping and all that. Went as far as to try and reapply the kernel on top, but no such luck. Wondering if anyone else is getting the same?

EH17 fixed all of the reboot issues. I think there is a memory leak because it keeps freezing, but swapper on the market allows you to allocate more ram kind of like ready boost on windows.

try re downloading, perhaps you were downloading it while I was editing something as this is a live updated file.

I have one question: Will this ROM have CW4? or ACS Recovery 1.0.0.1/5?

Random reboots are a known bug in eh17 unless you have a trick up your sleeve. If you get reboots don't blame the rom all eh17 roms do it.

I use Lord's 9.3 BFS kernel and it works pretty well.

It's in the OP, flash Lord's kernel (I use 8.9 BFS) and it will fix wifi until in merge his kernel into the build.

Thanks downloading now. Not that this really matters but I believe the screen shots are broken in the xda app, I can't see them.

I was just complaining today about the lack of ics builds on the inspire lol. Good job getting this going. I thought this was going to be a cm9 build so I wouldn't have to finish mine but nooo you had to incorporate aokp its fine though. This looks pretty solid. Maybe I'll have better luck flashing this than the other aokp rom. For some odd reason I can't get the other guys aokp to boot at all. I've had many people try to help me out and a friend of mine who also has the inspire who is currently using the other aokp and even he can't get it to boot on my inspire. Will try yours

I'll remove them in the next build. I'm going to keep Google play music though, because many like it! :thumbup:

I haven't flashed this yet but from what people are saying it sounds like you are using aroma installer. If that is the case you should build more ics based roms and use this as your base then incorporate all of them in one installer. That's what team-moto-tegra did for the Atrix and photon and it turned amazing. Gives people the "build your own rom" feeling.

The white on white has been a known problem on a lot of sk4g roms I hope you can figure it out.

I fixed it. I needed to edit the line android:textAppearance in global_actions_item.xml and change the color of the text in both textAppearanceSmallInverse and textAppearanceLargeInverse. Glorious Overdose doesn't seem to enjoy this dirty hack, though. It gave me the infamous boot loop...lol.

Thanks for the support, man. I got into porting because of you and enjoyed it. I'll be taking a seat back and waiting for bhundven to finish his masterpiece.
I have never offered to build source from the ground up. My computer is mid-range and cannot handle the load of running virtual box with Ubuntu. I did this for myself and decided to share my discoveries. There are those that don't appreciate what I'm doing so I'll be leaving the custom roms to bhundven.
Anyway....it was great while it lasted.

Every bit is appreciated dude. In my opinion the sk4g lost my interest in modding after teddy left. But I'm glad to see ppl still deving at all on this device
