Judging by the question mark at the end of the OP, this should be in the Q&A Section. And next time search a little better, first page : TWRP 2.2.0. It has XDA hosted files. Or as others have said GooManager is the easiest way to get the newest version of TWRP.

You must not have looked very hard. The sticky at the top of this forum links most all the resources you well ever need for this device:
