Whats the benefit of this ? im running v18a with samba v2 atm. Im running US ATT. would this be worth it to try?

Also there is almost exploit for rooting 20C rom for Thrill ang p925g users,will be available very soon.

The setup i have is ok. but im looking for better data. im getting 4 mbps at most and just looking for the best i can get?

Guys, there is two firmwares called v20e, one for China and the other for Middle East. I've tried the one for Middle East and it can be rooted using the new root, and it is not branded and much better that Europe open v21a. Also, FHD 2D recording is better.
The rom 20E I have posted is for Middle East.

Do you know what version your on go to settings then about and scroll all the way down what version is it..
It is: L6260_modem_sic_01_1042.00

You need to update to 2.3.5 before you even flash any roms..
i have updated to 2.3.5... does this include the correct baseband for me?? in other words i should now be able to flash any optimus 3d rom?

You are the man providing the download links. I had to rip basebands from kdz's. BTW US AT&T or Straighttalk users, V21d does pull 4g.

i have a question that i think it might be related to this. i have 2g and 3g net working on my phone but its rare to have 3g even in the center of the city, i usualy had fast internet but now i dont. plus some times i dont even have G internet, i get H in a place where my brother as 3G
if i flash another baseband, is it possible that this problem gets better?

A different question for you guys.
I've installed several custom ROMs, all ICS based, and my phone lags quite a lot on nearly all of them, regardless of kernels used, etc.
Did you guys notice any different performance when you flash different basebands? Regarding lag ?

Yes. Between the 2 I have tried so far there is 800 points difference in Antutu scores

Well as an update, the low score remained when I flashed back to the "good" baseband and in fact was the same for all the basebands I flashed. I then lost my IMEI, which seems to have happened to other people, so take care when flashing basebands
FWIW I found 18 to be the best baseband - much faster download speeds than 20a. I found one that gave supercharged upload speed but download speed was poor

The combination of v30B firmware and v30B baseband supposedly takes advantage of American wireless company signals. I had v30B for a little while (XBSA vX) and have not noticed a big, if any difference between 4G and H+. I never measured the speed, though; that's something I want to check sometime.

Did used to get real bad lag but its seemed to get better with each update...
Not sure if its just me but my phones seems slightly more responsive following update 10e

I still get updates. They're just named differently and have some lag on when they release the updates. Its usually a week behind, but I was wondering if I just missed it or somethibg
