[Q]Stock DPI from CM9 Beta? - HTC Sensation

First of all... I hope asking this is not a problem. I messed up a bit with DPI, but now I want to get back to stock DPI on Trip's CM Beta 005. What's the stock value? Thanks in advance.

I personally dont know, but if you go to the backup file of your buildprop it should be there.

Pyramid 4.0.1 ics rom?

I would like a rom from 4.0.1 ics because I want to change the LCD density to 160 and get the tablet interface, Google disabled this in later versions. Anyone?

You can find the 3.06 RUU, which is based on 4.0.1, here. I have to warn you though, it goes like Slowpoke.
Ehh that's no good then, I'm thinking stock aosp thanks though!

[Q] Screen Density Problem

Hi everybody, I just wanted to ask if you can change your screen density back to stock with adb without using the phone? I accidentally changed my density to 320 and I can't unlock my phone.
If this helps I have an HTC Desire S using the ROM Ice Cold Sandwich v6.1
Thanks in advance!
flash the ROM again. It will reset the build.prop. You won't need to wipe anything leaving everything as it was

Yep, agree with Dan, also FYI the stock density is 240 is you needed to know...

SGS 3 PORT (porters and helpers needed)

Hello everyone
I just tried sgs 3 launcher and s voice and I felt that it would work on our sensation also just need some porting and resize of icon ..........so anyone would like to help me in this project
Sent from my HTC Sensation using XDA
As far as S-Voice, its already in the Themes & Apps forum....and for the launcher, I may be wrong, but I don't think anyone wants TouchWiz on their Sensation.

I wantt to try this launcher were iis itSent from my myTouch_4G_Slide using Tapatalk 2
I do not know if this will help you any, but it is worth a look. Checkout the Galaxy HD2 TouchWiz 4.5 ROM for the HTC HD2. It is a Samsung GS2 port for the HD2. Maybe taking a look at that ROM will help you figure out what needs to be ported over to get the ROM to work on the Sensation.
Thanks guys.......I know nobody will want touchwiz on their phone but I can confirm that its the best and fast launcher here in Android

Hi,
Are you s-off?
No.... but is that a way to downgrade back to.gingerbread*??
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using XDA
Do factory reset. It should help.
If I do factory reset it would get me.bak to the old version?
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using XDA
No, if you're on ICS, you'll only reset ICS.

Hi,
Look HERE
What is ruu???
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using XDA
Are you rooted and s off? If not I'm very sorry to say you can not go back. However if you are rooted yes you most certainly switch back to Gingerbread if you like. If your really hateing it you CAN root and revert back to Gingerbread after your successful in rooting. You might want to even try a Ics Rom. I've found them to be a lot more stable than stock Rom. I was having issues on stock and once I rooted and installed custom Rom the issue went away.however only do what your comfortable doing. I wish you the very best in what ever you're decisions.

O well thank you guys for helping out!

The reason everything is force closing is because it needs a factory reset. My sisters SGSII did the same, i noticed when i reflashed the ota update for her it didnt wipe at all and all the apps force closed

Didn't you do a nandroid backup as i told you?
Sent from my HTC VLE_U using xda app-developers app
Haha lol I did but it still shows max frequency at 1.8ghz but runs at 1.5 even if set CPU is on 1.8 I'm now on 2.1 GHz using profiles makes phone faster and also saves battery if using profiles properly butt how do I go complete to stock kernal where on quadrant it shows 1.5 without having to run ruu Just wondering but I'm lovin the kernal
Sent from my HTC One S using xda premium
what rom are you on and do you want the pure stock
some OP pages of custom roms may list it
or pull it from an ruu
or there is a stock nandroid floating around, maybe in the ruu thread, that you can extract it from
axiom has a v01s one I believe would be close to stock
running it now
check trickdroid 6.1 OP flashable script stock kernel
I'm running virtuous v09x I do not want to go back to stock everything by running ruu tbh I don't want to go back to stock kernal but atleast I have option if I want to
Sent from my HTC One S using xda premium
not saying run the ruu, just get kernel if possible from it or from a stock nandroid in ruu thread
but trickdroid 6.1 has one in OP
Its impossibile that you got The same kernel if you did a nandroid backup before flash The custom kernel..

I did though honestly no worries I'm liking the custom kernal and ill run ruu if I need to go back
