[Q] HELP! Motorola ES400 - Permanently disable Wifi - General Questions and Answers

I have searched everywhere and can not seem to find the registry value that will permanently disable wifi on a Motorola ES400. By permanently I mean that it will not work through any means. (ie: no workarounds, etc)
Thank you very much

Hi,
Did you find a solution to this? I'm looking for the exact same thing!

Suggest word - not working

Hello!
I've been trying to fix that for months and still no success so i'll ask - does anybody have an idea why the suggest word function is not working at all? I have it turned on on settings/keyboard, i have it turned on from programs such as Diamond Tweak and Advanced Config and still nothing. It's very annoying and I would be very happy if someone can help me.
Thanks in advance!

How to enable 3G Toggle / WiFi Sharing

Hi everybody
Ive got a problem on my interop-unlocked omnia7 with tango update (8773).
Now i cant get the 3G toggle button and the wifi sharing settings to work.
For the Wifi sharing, i followed the video tutorial on windowsphonehacker.com,
but no luck. Can someone help me to solve these two issues?

Please help me! My Problem ist the bad internetconnection @home, but i need to be online with my phone. The bad connection switch
the network every time between E(dge) and 3G...thats using very much battery...
OK 3g Toggle is enabled. No ProvXML or other xap did work, i made this in the registry with the root tools:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Connectivity \CellularCPL\ShowConnectionSpeedOption
Changed the Value from 0 to 1 and it works.
Now i need to resolv my other Problem, the Internet Sharing. I dont know what i need to to, to activate this,
the ProvXML variant does not work for me.
Please, help me
You can try manually applying the settings in the provxml file using Root Tools or similar, the same way you did for the connection speed toggle, or you can try writing an app that uses Root Unlock to apply the provxml file instead of using the firmware hack (which is the same as what WindowBreak used, and is probably patched on your phone by now).
You could also read through the thread here on XDA-Devs for the Internet Sharing Enable hack; I think somebody mentioned that they needed to make some small change in order to get it working on gen2 Samsung phones, but I don't recall.
Ok will try that. But the Problem is the KK2 Update from Samsung, that blocks the way trough Diagnosis Tool.
I think the only way is your solution, with root tools...

[Completed] External Bluetooth GPS without using "Allow mock locations"

I was wondering if there is any way to get a Bluetooth GPS to work without having to allow mock locations in the dev menu? I have found quite a few programs that allow me to do it with the setting on but nothing that has allowed me to do it without it. I do have my phone rooted so I was wondering if there was maybe a work around. Thanks in advance for any help!

Question about spoofing location

Dear all, I am writing here because I have a very specific issue and I need to deal with it myself.
I have Xiaomi Poco x3 nfc, and I love this phone to bits. I never bothered rooting or flashing any roms so far because I was always happy with stock. Recently however, an issue has popped up.
Grindr, an app I use regularly, has recently pushed an update down our throats that cuts off your access if you are spoofing your location. This is a hazard for me, because I cannot have strangers know exactly how many meters I am from them. So far, I've been able to use mock gps fine, until this update. Mock GPS works even if your phone is not rooted so I used that. However, it no longer serves me now
How can I workaround this? Would root/installing a custom ROM, help with this? Is there a superior way of spoofing your location that Grindr wouldn't be able to detect? Please advise, I literally have no clue how to do this, the last phone I rooted and flashed was the Galaxy S lol. (Original one)
Appreciate the views but a response would be helpful. I can't be the only person on this forum interested in spoofing location

The app is detecting that you are spoofing the location. To bypass that in unrooted device, you will need to decompile the apk and remove the checks which do that. If you are in rooted device with Magisk, you only need to install this LSPosed module: https://github.com/ThePieMonster/HideMockLocation
If you can't find a modded apk or made one yourself, you will need to root the phone
Ok thx for the help. Will Grindr detect magisk?
Or maybe are you able to provide me with a modded Grindr apk?
Lastly. I'm in stock. Never rooted or unlocked anything. How do I get started?
