I am on the Valhalla black final and was wondering how I can change my fonts. I downloaded the apps and don't know how it works. Anyone know how to do this?

I use Font Installer by JRummy16, just look it up in the market and install it, it's free and all you need is root. It has some awesome fonts too!

You know I would normally have to hold back talking **** about asking how to use an app but I know changing fonts with apps is not always straightforward.
Read this post. Find a font you like. And go from there.
Go market and install app : fontomizer sp
Thats very izi to use and safest to ur sys
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk
^ Yup. I use Fontomizer, and it works perfectly.
By the way, TYA, it's spelled "easy," instead of "izi." I know your native language probably has words which are spelled exactly how they sound, because that's how my native language is, so I'm not trying to be a **** or anything. Just trying to help ya out.

So I'm attempting to create themes for ICBINB with the new tw support on UOT Kitchen, but it seems to keep losing the twframework file everytime. Has anyone else experienced this or even tried it?

Are you talking about it changing the name to framework-res.apk? If so you just rename it back to twframework-res.apk and your good. Just push it to system/framework. Of course that's after you extract it.

No. they now have support for tw framework files

I've only been cooking the regular framework-res files, haven't tried a tw file through UOT yet. I've been changing them manually, because there were only a few things I wanted to change
I am so lost with this uot thing. haha. i have been trying for 2 days. I did everything the site said but when I go to recovery and install the zip, nothing happens. I am currenty running the ICBINB rom. If this rom isn't compatible to use the UOT which one is, if any? Or how do I go about changing colors and stuff? I am sorry to post a "noob" question, I really have been trying for days to do it by myself!
Oh forgot to mention, it did change the font. But that is it.
Try manually pushing it to the system instead of flashing it then reboot
dumb question, but what do you mean manually push it? I just want to make sure I do everything right Thanks!

You manually push files by using a root explorer. Copy and paste/overwrite it into the proper folder it's supposed to be into. For instance, pushing an apk would require you to copy it and paste it into /system/app.
oooh! lol so I just take the two framework files and put them on my sd card, then overwrite the ones already therE?
Got it now! Everything is awesome, just didn't change the boot animation, but I can live with that!
Does anyone know how to mod the power off menu like adding reboot recovery and download mode?

I am going to give HD a try later but I have tried it before and any change to it breaks the app and it can only be loaded to /system... so that means only rooted users can use it.....

You can dictate text messages, tell it to play any artist or song from your music collection, ask it the whether, to search stuff for you. I like the voice activated music more than anything for driving.

To any one else using, it says it's supposed to wake up when you say GOOGLE at one of the screens but can't seem to get it to do it? anyone else been able to get this feature to work?

Pull the battery, boot into recovery and just dirty flash your ROM again. You could also just pull the battery, put it back in, then try just turning it in. It may just start.

Everytime i have tried to change my font with a app or some sort of flash i get a bootloop. Idk if im doing something wrong or if im just bad luck but i have found a way around it that i like and its safe.
I have added a attachment to this reply so you can try it. Its a Sony Sketch Font. I use it on my GS3 and it works great.
It is a APK file so you guessed it... just install in on your phone just like any other app.
Go to your System Settings > Display > Font Style > Choose Sonysketch
And as you know you can simply switch back to the normal font if you do not like the sony font.
I do not know a great site to get fonts in APKs but im gonna start looking around here after a bit and if i find something ill edit this post with a link to the site (after i try a font and make sure its safe ofcourse.)
Hope ya like this way! Cause i do :silly:
I'll say I use ROM toolbox and works great every time for me.
