PC wont recognize Memory card from sensation - HTC Sensation

Hopefully someone has experienced this b4... My computer will no longer recognize my memory card from my sensation. I have tried via mass storage mode as well as an adapter. On mass storage mode I have tried to turn on and off USB debugging with no luck.
Have also confirmed a different memory cards reads fine with no issues.
Help anyone???

Is data on the sd card important? If not, try formatting the card.
Have you tried mounting the card from recovery?

TP doesn't recognize my storage card anymore.

Hello,
I don't know,but i think i did something wrong
My device doesn't recognize the storage card anymore.
I tried a soft reset, hardreset, took out the storage card and battery, but no result
What can i do,i am lost
Back up your storage card on your computer and reformat it to FAT32. Sometimes when this happens to me I have to do a 'Quick format' on the card and it fixes it.
That would be an idea, but doesn't work.
Als my laptop doesn't recognize my storage card anymore.
I think the card is broke or something
Did you try Norton utilities or partitioning software? Try to format the Card by the Panasonic SD Formatter ..
Good luck

[Q] SD Card Unmounts when USB Storage is activated

I just updated to the recent Gingerbread release (2.3.3, LG-P999-V21e) and it seems to have broken my SD Card connectivity on my G2x.
I have a 16GB SD card mounted on my phone, but when I'm connected to my PC via USB and try to "Turn on USB storage" I get the spinning loading icon for about 10 seconds I then get notified that my SD card has been unmounted in the notification bar. If I leave it unmounted and try to connect again, it connects fine, but I don't have access to the unmounted SD card. I've tried remounting it, and get the same results.
I don't have DoubleTwist or Winamp installed. I've tried checking and unchecking "Mass storage only", and I've tried a different SD card. I also updated to the latest LG phone drivers before I updated the phone. I even reverted the phone back with the "factory data reset" with no luck. I'm at a total loss. It doesn't seem like any one else has had this problem since the update...so I might just be screwed.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
I had a similar problem, though with various ROMs. Pull your SD and back it up to your computer, then reformat it in your phone.
Both Internal and external SD have to be unmounted for the USB storage mode to work.
There you can access both from your computer.
That did it....THANKS!
I'am having the same problem on my HTC Sensation running CM 10.2.
How do you unmount internal storage?
In cwm recovery. Go to mounts and storage. Unmount/mount internal storage
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium

Internal SD not regognized

I flashed Beanstalk and CM10.1 and after every reboot my internal sd card is not recognized at all. My external sd is still showing up if I go into it. I wiped/flashed so many times that I am still having the same problems. May be I should stick to Gingerbread until my next upgrade. Here are some photos.

I have the same issue here, even though I done the fix permission thing it still boots up with the internal storage not mounted, one solution here was for me to plug in the phone in for usb storage and when it prompted usb connection click on it and let it load, then disconnect and eject the usb mass storage from the computer, then unplug and disconnect usb mass storage from phone, the phone then scans for both internal and external sd cards, you then have access to both SD cards, but this is just a temporary fix to my issues as well.
My problem here is that when the phone recognize both card and plugging the phone into usb storage and removing it the internal sd card won't mount back but external stays mounted, I can't find a fix to this issues, I've searched around and can't find any answers. I've tried reformatting going back to stock, formatting systems, etc.
I'm currently on Carbon ROM, which by the way is one of the best ROM I've had, just that issue I'm having.

I moved the SD card into my PC and remove all contents. Format the SD card to Fat32 and then replace all my contents back on it. This worked for me. :good:

Broken SD Card

Hi. I'm using my SD Card formatted as internal storage and yesterday my phone stop detect it I try to romove and put again, restart phone and it's not work. I have important data on this card, so anyone knows how can I extract them? External reader or something? Please help.
On windows, use EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard
It'll work when I formatted card as a internal storage (when you insert a SD card for the first time on a Marshmallow device, you can choose to either use the card as Portable Storage or Internal Storage)? That's main problem... And if yes, how can connect this card to PC when my phone didn't recognize the card?

SD Card or USB drive not showing in recovery mode

Can anyone shed any light on this? I have tried two micro sd cards and a USB drive on my MTCD_KLD.
The cards and USB are all formatted in FAT32. If I go into settings and look for updates it sees an update available on the cards or the usb drive. If I choose to update the system reboots and when it enters recovery mode it does not mount any of the cards or USB device and so will not run the update. Any ideas?
If I boot straight into recovery the same problem, no cards or drive
I'm pretty sure you have use the GPS sd slot for anything with the recovery.
The USB ports definitely don't work there.
yeah the card isn't recognised in the GPS slot from recovery either.
Is there a size limit on the cards it will see in Recovery? I have only got 64gb cards
I think only work max 32gb sd.
