Need Clockworkmod Backup - HTC Desire S

Hi. I rooted my phone with this tool: http://www.unlockroot.com/
I wiped my current android and tried to install a rom (not matter what rom i try, it's stock on the HTC logo when booting)
A nandroid/cwm backup might be able to fix the problem (I'm not sure) but i don't got one, and it would be very appreciated if someone could take a backup and upload it

Do you mean you need to flash back some stock ROM you had on the phone before wiping the data?
What about to flash (via CWM) some of the pre-rooted stock ROMs available here:

Ferro

Try to run an RUU and then put you costum roms on you´re device again
I prefer this RUU "RUU_Saga_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.1_Radio_20.28b.30.0805U_38.03.02.11_M_release_177977_signed".

[Q] plz help - restoring stock recovery

I have problem with restoring my stock recovery...
I`ve use revolutionary,CWM 5.0, than Revolution HD Rom, Nanodroid itd... S-off ofc
I`ve used Nanodroid and I have my system.img; recovery.img; data;cache; etc
I have some stock ROM with TMobile custom from Germany and I cant find RUU (exatly the same) on www :-(
I easily restore my system.img and I go back from REVOL to my stock ROM, but i really need to restore my stock recovery... and lose CWM 5.0 so i can bring phone back....
so big Q...How to do it without using RUU.exe ?

revert back to stock to update to ICS

Hi , few months ago i rooted my phone ( did not install any custom rom) only the clockwork recovery mod (somethin like that) i think , so now i wanna go back to stock so i can install ICS, i download my RUU and a pg58IMG.zip file(what is that for) , so the problem is that my phone is connected in charging mod to my pc , and debugging is on , but adb devices cant read it , what should i do ?
Please any additional info would be appreciated , thank you alot
as far as i know, if you want to install stock htc ics, you just download the original RUU, run setup and plug in your phone, you don't need clockwork recovery or anything else like that, just follow the steps from the HTC RUU setup...
If you have received the FOTA updated just changed the recovery to stock HTC Recovery. And flash or run the OTA update. I use this guide to get back to stock HTC Recovery it may also help you [GUIDE] Get Stock Recovery/Install OTA Updates without losing data.

[Q] GNex TOOLKIT V7 Drivers, Backup, Unlock, Root, CWM, Flash, Mods + MUCH MORE [GSM

The toolkit states that a full bootloader unlock, root, and cwm recovery installation is possible either separately or with “1 –click”. Elsewhere in the forum it is stated that android will revert to stock recovery if cwm is flashed to a stock ROM. Does the toolkit method solve the problem of reverting to stock recovery if not immediately flashing a custom ROM and staying with stock ROM? Or does this mean it will always revert to stock recovery when booting back into stock ROM unless the specific file listed is removed from /system?

[Q] loading stock firmware without screwing custom recovery

Hi... im currently running
CROMi-X v5.2.2, which is based on rom 10.6.1.27.5 with twrp 2.5.0.0 and my bootloader says is the one that came with us10.6.1.15.3-20130416...
To install omni kitkat, im been asked to have the latest bootloader, to avoid screwing up im planning on insalling the latest stock from asus...
However, each time i install a stock through twrp or cwr, the new image not only updates the bootloader and deletes all my data, but rewrites my recovery, for which then i have too reupload using fastboot to upload the recovery...
Is there any way to make sure i dont loose the recovery after flashing a stock firmware... or a way to flash the recovery from the recovery before rebooting after flashing the stock?
Thanks everyone!

Flashing the stock ROM reverts the tablet back to stock, so the recovery must go. Luckily, the bootloader you are on is compatible with the KitKat recovery (10.6.1.15.3) so you shouldnt have to flash the stock ROM at all. If you were on 10.6.1.8, you would have had to upgrade.
