[What it is]
Quoter is my free app for wasting time on the go by reading quotes from bash.org and similar sites. Perfect for standing in lines, riding buses/trains, waiting for something and generally having nothing to do for a while.
The app is ad-supported, however ads can be disabled in the options if they are annoying. If you like the app and want to support me as a developer, please keep them turned on - thanks.
[Features]
Read quotes on all devices - 1.6+, all display sizes are supported, including tablets
Multiple quote sources in English, German and Russian
Save quote pages for offline reading
Use volume buttons to scroll through quotes
Tweak the UI (bright and dark themes, variable font size)
Share quotes through IM, G+, Facebook & co.

[Details]
Quoter 2.0 is built using ActionBarSherlock to provide a modern interface on all Android versions starting from 1.6.
I tried to keep the look and feel of the app as close to the Android guidelines as possible. It has native localization into English, German and Russian. For tablets, a slightly modified UI is provided, with more whitespace, larger text and action bar items text enabled.
Have fun using Quoter! Bug reports or improvement suggestions are always appreciated.
Cool
Works very nice.

https://market.android.com/details?id=org.droidstop.nerdbrowser
I just released a simple little browser intended to be of help for mobile web developers. It currently has these features:
* View Source (with syntax highlighting (though javascript/css does not get highlighted yet))
* Inject JavaScript
* Console View
* View resources referenced from the current page
* Pause/Resume embedded content such as flash objects.
Though it functions as a standalone browser, it also integrates into the standard browsers share menu.
Please, remember that this is in very early beta and I published it just to give other web developers the opportunity to join in and let me know what features needs to be implemented, and of course to let me know of any serious bugs.
Next up for implementation is a
* html dom outline (think inspect element in Google Chrome)
Let me know what you think
Thanks
I am just thinking through which features should be nice to have in the next update.
In your eyes, is a read-only dom explorer, configureable user-agent and http header viewer good enough for the next update?
Looking at my server stats for the browser start page I can see NerdBrowser already have quite a few unique users, though market console states only 5 total installs, I wonder which one to trust...
Cheers

Speak! A simple yet powerful text to speech client for Android
Play Store Description said:
Speak! is a text to speech client for Android devices running 3.0+.
It is made for both phones and tablets, with appropriate user interfaces for each. It is made to be as simple as possible, enter text, and press speak.
There's an easy to access volume slider just above the speak button - no messing with the physical volume buttons on your device!
Also, Speak! is powerful. You can change all the changeable settings in the Android text to speech engine, pitch, speed and the voice which is used, which means it will suit any language. You can also set it to save the last said text - this means that it will remember the last thing you told it to say and enter it automatically when you start the app again. Simple, but powerful.
Speak! was a weekend project of mine, so there might be bugs, and I'm working on improving it and adding features, such as configurable buttons to make it easier so you don't have to enter your most used phrases every time.
Tip! You can open the enter text edit text area by pressing in any blank space between the bottom of the editable area and the volume section, as well as accessing it normally.

InstaTagger
Browse photos from your favourite Instagram tags.
It doesn't require Instagram account!
IDEA
My idea was to make app for fast and simple managing Instagram tags and browse photos from them. You can just add whatever tags you like and start browsing photos.
That was what I really miss in official Instagram application.
[*] DEVELOPMENT
I used:
- Universal Image Loader - for loading images to ImageView
- Ion - for fetching .GIFs
- Volley - for getting API requests
- Coulour - for complementary colors
- Google Play Services -
- Admob - for advertisement - Crashalytics - for getting crash reports
- GSON - for parsing JSON
It supports both phones and tablets. I used GridView and made custom adapter for endless scrolling.
Images are cached in memory.
I can answer any question regarding process of development or libaries I used.
[*] FEEDBACK
I'm here for feedback. Feel free to give me some advise on UI, UX or general thoughts about the application. I'll be very glad for any comments.
[*] SCREENSHOTS
I hope you guys enjoy it!
bump
New modifications already updated on Google Play!
Another update!
How about a different icon the icon doesn't really match the app ui. If u need one I can make u one!

Bard - Make an actor say anything
Hello everyone, I built an android app that lets you make an actor say the words that you typed. It's my first android app and after some iterations, I finally released a stable build that I'm pretty happy with yesterday. Would really love to get your feedback on how to make the app better. Criticisms and suggestions welcome.
Features
- currently has ~8 actors (adding more, suggestions welcome)
- ability to use only words found in a specific video
- you can save & share either the raw video or the web link that can be viewed in browsers
- improved speed and reduced data consumption by caching word clips that you have already played (won't use more than 100mb).
- android 7.0 support, minimum is 4.1 (Jelly bean)
Download Link
Analytics
Just for disclosure, I do you use analytics (mixpanel) so that I can improve the app.
Permissions
- Read/Writer External Storage (this is needed in order to allow you to share videos you've created)
- Internet (the app fetches information from the server in order to update list of characters, and the internet is also used to fetch word level video clips )

Hello everyone. Just letting you guys know that I made some updates to the app after getting some user feedback. Verion 1.2.3 is now available at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.roplabs.bard
Some of the improvements include:
- Smoother video/audio transitions when merging clips together.
- You can upload an existing youtube video to the platform, and anybody else can remix it.
- Easier navigation of words in the editor.
Hope you guys like this update. And looking for feedback on how to improve!
