I have root and CWR on my TPT USA model. I'm just needing a copy of the Lenovo App Store since i removed it shortly after rooting and cleaning up.
Worst case, i may just nand backup tpt and then restore back to factor dump factory nand and then restore backup. (i'll post apk if i do this on this thread)

Try this: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...479-lenovo-app-shop-lenovoappshop_k1_b219.zip
thanks for that link, however i have previously tried this apk but couldn't get it working. i'll use my factory fresh backup i just made last night to extract the apk. i'll put up a link to the TPT apk since there are prob others who removed the lenovo app store not realizing its the only way to get the free update to the notes app
Lenovo Market App Store apk

I have a rooted stock nexus S. I wanted a the new google music app (i'm outside the US) so i backed up the old one with titanium backup and them removed it (also with titanium). I then used the market enabler to get the google music app but once installed it wouldnt open (I assume because im outside the US). I need to restore my original backup but when i do it just says restoring app and never finishes. I have tried browsing to the apk file and installing from there but it says app not installed. Is there a way to manually restore the app or is my backup broken?
Thanks in advance
Same problem here. Please HELP
I have the same problem with my Music and Browser app.Can anyone please help.
Hi
Sorry if i have already posted this. I cant find my original post anywhere.
I'm outside the US and wanted to get the new google music app. I backed up my music app using titanium backup and then removed it. I used market enabler and downloaded the new one. The new music app wouldnt open (I assume because i'm outside the US???). I now need to restore my backup but when i choose restore app it just says restoring and never finishes. if i manvigate to the apk and install it it says Application not installed. Is my backup corrupt? What can i do?
Thanks in advance.
I was testing Titanium Backup and create a .zip file to flash while in recovery.
When I've booted the phone, it says if I want to restore back (at least I've thought I've read this...) my ID.
I answered yes.
Now, all my apps disappeared from Google Play.
I've lost all my links and wouldn't be able, in the future, to update paid apps...
I've restored a nandroid backup but it did not solve anything...
I've tried to restore the market links using Ultimate Backup Pro but I couldn't...
Is there anybody who can help me!
I have a Verizon Galaxy S3 SGH-I535 with the latest 4.3 installed. However the wireless and bluetooth stopped working so I have a new phone that I'm trying to move my apps over to. Problem is, one app that I LOVE no longer exists and is no longer in the Play store, so I can't reinstall it on my new phone.
Therefore is there a way to root my current SGH-I535, grab the .APK file, then unroot the phone back so I can send it to Samsung for a warranty repair?

Its not on the amazon store or aptoide? That's a lot of work for just one apk. Heck even a google search might find a download for you.

Try rooting with the safe-root tool - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2565758&highlight=s3
Then install Titanium Backup, backup the apps and data to SD card, then restore to stock, then you have the APK on the SD card.
Need to get an .APK

Good point. The App is called Unread Gmail Widget by a company called Waxsoft, Inc. This was a paid app but it's no longer showing on the Google Play Store so I can't reinstall it. I've made MANY attempts to contact the developer of the app but all my emails go unanswered.
I've done more research and found that there is no way to extract a paid app's APK off the phone.
After I rooted the phone I went to the \data folder but I didn't see any APPS folder listed there. Is there another location where paid apps store their APK?

If you got the app from the store, and it's running Titanium Backup should be able to back it up for you, no problem. Where you able to get root on your phone yet?
Titanium Backup Pro will not restore system apps.
Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920T
Titanium Backup 7.1.2 with Pro
Stock rooted with CF-Auto-Root
Tried SuperSU v2.45 - v2.46 - v2.49
The Problem
I made backup of apps that I would like to remove from the phone. I did a test by removing Amazon App. When I try to restore app, Titanium hand at restoring app, spinner will go for as long as I leave my phone on. Kill Titanium, reboot phone and I get a toast popup that Amazon has stopped. Amazon app icon in app draw, I touch to start app and get the same toast popup that Amazon has stopped. Start Root Explorer Pro navigate to system/priv-app Amazon app folder is not there. Navigate to system/app Amazon app is located here, but not in a folder and not with any support files. I tried this with a few other apps and it does not matter if they are located in system/priv-app or system/app same result.
I have search and found older threads that suggest changing Application Processing Mode to Interactive, but no mode changes have helped.
I also tried changing Mount namespace separation in SuperSU.
When applying these changes I have reboot the phone.
Any Ideas, please help.
Thank You

Hey, im on G925F and I have the same issue. I have USB debug activated/on, rooted, tried various tricks and switching the way of app processing in TB and none worked. I cannot restore previously backedup system apps at all

I too am unable to restore system apps backed up by Titanium Backup with Titanium Backup. I'm running the latest version of Titanium Backup (Pro), stock KitKat 4.4.2 on a Samsung Galaxy Light (SGH-T399N), rooted with SuperSU 2.50+Pro. The restore process never completes but will run forever without any error messages until I kill it externally with Task Manager. Converting a non-system app to a system app behaves the same way...tries forever without completing. From the number of earlier posts in this thread it's obvious I'm not alone. The only suggested solution I've encountered that seems applicable to my situation is to replace SuperSU with Superuser. I'm loathe to do that and hoping the problem is something else.
Same here, already tried Indirect App Processing but no help. Had this problem with my old Xperia V running CM Rom never figured how to fix it
Titanium backup is not supposed to be used to restore system apps. If I'm correct even the developer of the app says not to restore system apps with Titanium.
I have used Titanium backup for years to restore purchased apps but never system apps. Never had a problem reinstalling backups of apps.
