Cm7 what version

Hey so I'm bored n I wanna change my rom n I'm hearing cm7 is good but every1 uses nightlys....which 1 do I get n how do I download it, BTW does cm7 has its own kernel or do I have to get 1?

Cyanogenmod has is own kernel.. Really no need to flash different kernel.. Unless you want to oc/uv as far as which one to run is a personal preference. Most run the latest nightly, like myself.

Thanx, wats the best kerenel for me to use with this if I want better battery life..I'm hardcore on my fone, I am using eagle blood wit faux kerenel, n I charge my fone 2-3x a day!

[Q] Why is the Notification volume so low?

Hi all,
The notification volume on my Infuse is VERY low even when maxed out. I would say it is half as loud as the ringer volume when both are turned up all the way.
Anyone else having this bug? Is there a way to increase it?
Please advise...

Have you tried re-flashing your kernal? Some settings of mine were messed up with Infusion 1.1, re-flashed though and all was good. Don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but it worked... Could just try either from CWM or SGS Kernal Flasher.

Amaze 4G Radio?

Will the amaze 4g's radio work on the skyrocket? The uclac 4 radio is kind of misleading... but I've heard he amaze 4gs radio is pretty accurate. I've tried the uclac 5 but it wouldn't playback audio

May sound nooby but this won't hard brick my phone right? Because I stupidly flashed a gs2 rom completely bricked it on my last skyrocket lol. And are you using the ics blaze radio?

I'm using the nexus mod ROM on ICS.
Never flash a galaxy s ii ROM. However, the Tmobile galaxy s ii and our phone are so similar we can flash stuff between (that blaze 4g flash was meant for the t mobile phone).
I'm not sure about LTE. I'm betting it does work, you'll just have to flash and see. The first boot will take a very long time. I'm running this flash, I can confirm it won't brick. But I would still suggest making a nandroid backup.

Hellfire 2.3 rom can't make calls not using bluetooth

I just flash Hellfire 2.3 on my g2x. Its pretty awesome so far. I may be on the wrong section but I get this strange noise when trying to make calls. I'm not using Bluetooth and when I search all the errors that come up are for people having call problems over bt. If some could help meh or point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

What baseband are you using? All you have to do is flash Owain's baseband fix and it'll work.

If you had to flash the baseband fix then you wont have working BT calling on ANY rom other that stock 2.3.4 or the 2 slightly modded stocks made by kwes and buru.

Quite possibly... Yes. To my knowledge, only BT calling isn't working with the new baseband and CM7/9/10
