But i just want to know how to port macedonian language in cm 7

There is a problem with a Ainol Novo 7 Elf. Android 4.0.3 is installed on it, but without hungarian language.
How can I set hungarian language on it? Is there any update?

I have a oneoplus6 64 gig with H2os version 10.0.4 original china and i want to put a standard europian rom on it?
it has H2os on it (english and chinese) and i want oxygen os with dutch language for my 8 year old daughter.
How do i do that ? ... and yes i know a bit about roms from old samsungs phones.
