New super-thin Android phone, the MEDIAS ES N-05D has just unveiled by NEC in Japan. This handset will have impressive specifications and reach markets via NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s biggest mobile carrier. The NEC Medias ES N-05D is a waterproof smartphone with measures 130 x 67 x 6.7mm and weighs 110g. Running on Android 2.3.6 OS, the Medias-branded phone boasts a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8260 processor and a 4.3-inch touchscreen LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.
New NTT DoCoMo Medias ES N-05D smartphone has 1GB RAM, 4GB of built-in storage, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, digital TV tuner, and an 8.1 megapixel CMOS camera (with Exmor R for mobile engine). Other feature is NFC, a microSD card slot, infrared, a 1400 mAh battery, and MicroUSB port.
