I was trying for Building a Custom Rom and was getting error in update binay. So now here it is Custom Rom for HTC EXPLORER (pico).
What u get:
1. European Version as base
2. apps2sd:
3. Cache 2 sd:
4. etc/init.d folder functionality.i.e. u can run scripts (attached one batch of scripts)
5. Rooted, Busybox Installed
6. data/app functionality
7. Approx. of 120mb space on startup.
What to do:
1. Download the rom from this link http://www.4shared.com/zip/IyFaISq4/Htc_Pico__Master_rom_EDITTED_.html
and copy to root of ur sdcard.
2. Go to recovery by removing battery, pressing volume down button + power button, then selecting recovery from the menu which will popup
2. Now, navigate to flash from sdcard option and flash the rom.
3. after flashing, i recommend clearing cache, dalvik cache, fix permissions, and a factory reset.
4. You must have 2nd partition on ur sdcard.

Extract the scripts to sdcard and copy them to /system/etc/init.d folder and go to recovery and fix permissions.

First of this is first ever Rom
Now answer to your questions
No it doesnot comes with overclock kernel
For ext partitions u still need the kernel by yunnou as ext partition is function in kernels ..
Apps are automatically. Moving to data/app folder
And reg. Link2sd app i havent tryd till now . may b u can try and report
And it was earlier also moving data with yunnou kernel

just trying to help people, i have received PM during the last few weeks reporting roms could'nt flash on some peoples devices because they where not deodexed (finally found out the problem) or where having difficulties not knowing how to flash or do several steps in order to keep phones up to date and take the maximum out of their device.I thought it was easier just to make things myself than asking other people to do so.
Also I am preety keen to help others as much as they need, solving doughts as much as my nogledge reaches, making people undertand some difficult concepts or procedures.
I am very sorry if you thought this was a competition, you got reasons to think so. Next time I will let people try to solve there problems by themselves.

I an also keen to help people here and it's great and thanks to you that at least someone like you to be there for people when I an there thanks
And for rom. I have a deodxd version. but the problem is in non deodxd version the internal space came to be much but when I deodxd it the space went from 120--90. I will upload my deodxd version to.
Let's combine up both and try to help prompt this phone together and help people.

And people there is on harm in posting problems here in thread reason being the about to use this rom. People should also know what's problems are and a request when you post problem and by chance you solve with it PLEASE UPDATE YOUR POST AND MARK IT SOLVED ALONG WITH SOLUTION. And this applies to jaggyjaggs rom too

things are being solved gradually,
now no space limitations, people have no problem now to flash deodexed version. yes deodexed roms have to create extra "code" in dalvic cache but its easier to add tweaks and modify (using baksmali), I am working on it to add tweaks and hopefully make it faster, would love if people experiment with it and could implement them in future roms.

The only thing people are reporting now is the lack of languajes, just european. I haven't got the knowledge yet to extract Roms from RUU and would be great to get them all to .zip Roms.

Reg. Skins: it seems like HTC tried to make a foool of us by putting skins options as it does nothing.
Reg. differ in Indian and EU version:
In indian, some extra apps + another one which noticed was the space. the space in indian came to be more as soon as i deleted 3-4 apps in indian which were not present in eu version.
+ the difference of bands + there is Hindi language keyboard in Indian version.

Added a script as an attachment to this post that walks user through the removal of applications from /system without the user knowing how to use ADB.
I'm very happy with my purchase of the HTC Desire back in April this year, but have always thought battery life could be better and believe it should be the main aspect to improve with custom software.
I've read and experienced good things in regards to battery life with 2.29.405, so decided to make myself a ROM that's based entirely on it, with only removing applications I don't use, adding undervolt for even more battery saving and adding AP2SD which is essential due to the low internal memory.
I thought I would share it in case others may wish to try it out, I highly recommend the new radio.

just a question if i am not a fan of a2sd+ and i didnt make an sd ext
if i install this rom it will take more memory than the base rom or what ??
i mean in some roms if it's a2sd+ and u dont have ext after flashing the rom u find that the memory is very low and that's what i'm asking about now..

It's not a stupid question. According to the language menu it supports:
English
English Irish
French
Italian
Spanish
It doesn't contain a hboot upgrade.
You can use German via More Locale2 from the Market, failing that I can try and add German support. I'm surprised a WWE ROM doesn't list German.

1) SetCPU should work yes, this ROM doesn't support overclocking but will allow underclocking.
2) You can remove any applications you want by booting into recovery and removing the .apk and .odex file via adb shell.

It won't take any more memory than the base ROM. Nothing gets installed to the /data partition until you setup phone preferences via the setup wizard, install system application updates via the market or restore backups. Also due to the removal of peep etc, the ROM takes up less space on the /system partition.

do u know that till now i am trying to download from rapideshare and i have to wait and to use firefox download so i asking if it's not hard and urnt busy to upload the rom on a better site than rapideshare like megaupload or mediafire cuz i want it i like ur work updated to the last ruu=)

I've never used mod install location so I can't say how well it works, I do know that:
1. Not everything can be forced to the SD Card
2. Some applications like flash, third party keyboards and applications with widgets you use, don't like being installed to the SD Card
In regards to the Mirror, does the multi upload link not provide you with more choices that RapidShare? Unfortunately I'm away until the weekend so there's not much I can do until I'm back.

I've removed with adb the application as you said, everything went fine. Deodex ROM give me more pain, so I abandoned this idea. But now I've another question...can I change the BootScreen? How?

Push the bootanimation.zip of your choice to /system/customize/resource, via adb. As its in /system you'll need to do via recovery, unless you're S-OFF and you know how to mount the system as R/W whilst phone is running.

SDCARD Partitioning Tutorial.
I know that with EXT4, partitioning the sdcard can be a hassle. Here's a little workaround to help you get it partitioned the easiest way I know without having to mount systems and such in Terminal Emulator. This way makes you flash 2 seperate recoveries, but I would rather do this than the other methods which could take upwards of a half hour or even longer. I've seen people that were working on it for a couple hours. Without further adieu:
NOTE: If you are running RFS, just follow step 1. and you'll be done. If you are running EXT4, skip right to step 2. and follow from there.
1. If you are running RFS, then you do not need to follow any other steps. In the green CWM2.5.5 recovery, just go to "advanced" in recovery and choose the Partition option. It's going to give you two questions for sizes that you want. The first size is going to be the ext size. For this it will give you a few options, but I don't recommend choosing anything below 512. You will see all the options when they pop up, just choose what you feel most comfortable with. The next thing it's going to tell you to select is the swap size. I again don't recommend choosing anything below 128 for this option. You will again see a list of options, so choose what you feel most comfortable with.
2. If you are running EXT4, then follow these steps and you'll be up and running with your new partition very soon. First thing you need to do is gather all the tools you're going to need. Here are the list of tools you will need:
A. One Click Root & Recovery 2.5.5
B. One Click Root & Recovery 3.0.0.6
Quite the long list huh? lol ...I told you it's gonna be simple lol.
Download both of these files (if you don't have one or the other already) and extract them to an easy to find location on your computer somewhere.
3. Ok, you're going to do this just the same as you would if you were rooting your phone from a stock state. And to answer your question that's running through your head right now, No, this will not return you to RFS. You will still be on EXT4 the entire time, so there's not real need to backup your sdcard or worry about having to sit through the backup&restore again. Once again, to be very clear... Even though you are flashing cwm2.5.5 recovery, you will REMAIN EXT4. So let's continue. Make sure USB Debugging is on and plug your phone into your computer. Do NOT mount the sdcard, just have the phone plugged in. Open the One Click Root & Recovery 2.5.5, and run the program. When it's finished, your phone will reboot. Do NOT unplug it until the script is complete. The script will say "Operation Complete. Hit any button to continue" or something along those lines. Just hit a button and the script will automatically close. You can now reboot into recovery and you will see the 2.5.5 recovery with the green letters. If you don't have the green letters, then you didn't run the right One Click, and you should start over using the correct one lol . For those that successfully flashed the 2.5.5 recovery, move on to step 4.
4. If you have the green letters, then we'll continue, if not, repeat step 3. with the correct one click lol. Now that you have the green letters, revert to step 1. When you're finished following the same instructions from step 1, move on to step 5. If you have any issues with anything from step 1. (which you shouldn't, but if you do) click here to go to Mibbit's irc chat website. Along the top left side you will see 2 tabs labeled "Home" and "Connect". Make sure you are on the tab that says "Home". When on the tab labeled "Home", you will see the box in the middle of the page. Right beside the letters "IRC:" is a dropdown box. You're going to click on the dropdown arrow and select "EFNET". Next, you're going to enter your nickname, and finally, beside "channel:" type "#viper" and select "Go". That will bring you to Team Vipers chat where one of us will be able to help you.
5. Now that you are partitioned, it's time to restore the EXT4 recovery. If you do not restore the EXT4 recovery, you will not be able to flash any new ROM's or Kernels, so you MUST restore the correct recovery. To do so, you simply do the same steps. Make sure USB Debugging is turned on and plug your phone in. You do NOT need to mount. Now you simply run the 3.0.0.6 One Click Root & Recovery. Let it run through it's process and it will reboot itself. Do NOT exit out of the command prompt until it says "finished, press any key to continue". Once your phone reboots, you can then reboot into recovery and you will see that you have the orange letters again. When you see the orange letters, you now have a partitioned sdcard and you are back on the correct recovery.
**ONCE THE KERNEL IS RELEASED (Which should be within the next 24 hours as long as my testers don't see any issues) THEN MOVE ON TO STEP 6.**
6. Now that you're partitioned, the only thing left to do is flash the kernel. Connect your phone to your computer and copy the Kernel to your sdcard if you have not done so already. To flash it, just choose "Install zip from sdcard" followed by "Choose zip from sdcard" and simply navigate to where you stored it on your sdcard. That's all. It's quite quick and painless and you should be able to do it all within 10-15 minutes.

I think 3.0.1 is just the updated version of 3.0.
3.0.1 does have the aosp lock screen the 4g is fixed
and couple other things... At least that i think lol

nope you don't have to...just wipe 3x, wipe cache 2x, and wipe dalvik cache ONCE and flash the rom then you are good to go (assuming you are using the correct modem and if not then flash it first with odin)

2.2 is for the vibrant, minfree is setting the phones task killer settings (I recommend doing this), restoring the boot animation gives you a new boot animation, you can set a schedule if you want, and of course all the uninstall options

I have the correct modem and 3.0 is working great. I have tried most of the other roms and yours have been the best by far. I thank you guys for that.

F.A.Q.
I. Why would I want to install MildWild v2.9.5 Lite?
- It's smaller so it will fit on the Alpharev Oxygen r2 Hboot meaning that you will get a larger data partition and more space to install your applications. (Alpharev Oxygen r2 partition sizes: 100MB system, 5MB cache, 332MB data; Alpharev CM7 r2 partition sizes: 145MB system, 5MB cache, 287MB data)
- It stores apps and dalvik on sd-ext so you get even more space for your applications. On the downside, the ROM may become a bit slower.
- Alternatively, you can install the version which keeps dalvik on the internal memory.
II. So, how come MildWild v2.9.5 Lite is smaller?
- Some non vital system data and system applications have been removed from the instalation package.
III. Right, so what's missing?
- These applications have been removed:
1. GMmail (Gmail.apk) - you can install it from the Market so it will go to sd-ext instead on the internal memory, hence you get more space;
2. Google Talk (Talk2.apk) - well, you have to make some sacrifices; however, I think you can install it manually from the apk package but I haven't tried myself;
3. Google News & Weather Widget - you can find a whole range of simmilar applications on the Market; or you can probably install it from the apk package but I haven't tried;
4. Stock 3D Gallery (Gallery3D.apk - I recommend QuickPic from the Market instead; it is smaller and does the same job better;
5. Stock Music Application - there is a whole range of media players on the Market; this however will break the ability to play music through the Desk Clock Application; however, you can probably install it manually from the apk package but I haven't tried;
6. Typological Clock (TypoClock.apk) - you can most likely find something simmilar on the Market; or you can probably install it from the apk package but I haven't tried;
7. Timer Widget - you can most likely find something simmilar on the Market; or you can probably install it from the apk package but I haven't tried;
8. File Manager (FileManager.apk) - you can find a whole range of File Manager applications on the Market;
9. Compass (compass.apk) - you can find a whole range of Compass applications on the Market;
- Launcher 2 has been replaced with GO Laucher EX; it's smaller, faster and I think generally better; then again, it's a matter of taste;
- All alarms, notifications and ringtones have been removed from the installation package. Instead, you can download the media package attached (see link further down), unzip it, and place the folder as it is anywhere on the FAT32 partition of your SD card and it will work just the same. The system will automatically detect these files on the SD card.
- All PicoTTS (voice output) data files have been removed from the installation package. Instead, you can either download them from the Market or download the svox package attached (see link further down), unzip it, and place the folder as it is in the root of your FAT32 partition of your SD card and it will work just the same. The system will automatically detect these files on the SD card.
IV. So what's the point if I still want these applications?
- Whatever you install from the Market will go to sd-ext so you will have more space on the internal data partition for additional applications. If you keep the dalvik internal then the application data will stay on the internal memory but you still get some benefit as the apk still goes to the sd-ext.
- On the downside you can't get some of them on the Market and they may not install properly from the apk package so if you want to use exactly these apps then you'd better stick to the fully fledged MildWild ROM.
- However, you can download the apps package attached (see link futher down) and play with the apk files.

Removing a launcher and replacing it with another one doesn't make it a custom ROM. This could all be put into a flashable ZIP which has to be flashed on top of a stock MildWild ROM, so that the update-script removes all the APKs. But another topic just for a modified ZIP only causes a lot of confusion.

absolutely no need for this in my opinion, 'cause everyone can open a .zip file and delete stuff they don't want, and add stuff they want.

whats with the hate? it saves people time of doing it themselves if they dont know what system related stuff they can remove without causing problems
it gives more space and mildwild allowed him to do it.

Searching the site I found a few rooted stock roms for desire, but they didn't match my criteria. It's not that I'm some developer with high demands (I'm just, lets say, advanced noob ), but they missed some features that I would like them to have. So i decided to make some of them in the way how I would like. So, you will find 2 almost the same roms in the thread and the only difference is the kernel that I used cooking them (choose what you like, they are both stable).

Since I had no success in fitting cm7 hboot with the rom I tried something else. Here is new made rom, with new kernel (Droidzone full battery calibrated #22), with all previous stuff (+TP to wake), but without immediate a2sd. So, after flashing of rom you will have to flash different data2ext method I found (ownhere's data2ext with some modification found in coolexe rom (Coolsense2.1) thread). After all you will have about 500-1000MB of internal memory (according to the size of your sd-ext).
I also forgot Daemon controller so I'll attach it to the thread.
But the first thing you'll have to do is repartitioning your sd card (I suggest 4ext or you can use clockworkmod recovery) like this:
1st partition fat32 xyMB
2nd partition - sd-ext - ext4 - 768MB (the 1st ext that recovery will ask you)
3rd partition - sd-ext2 - ext4 - 256MB (the 2nd ext that recovery will ask you)
NO SWAP!!!
You can use different values for sd-ext partitions, but ext proportion HAS TO BE 3:1 (like my suggestion 768:256)!!!
After repartition of sd card go to recovery and do A FULL WIPE. After wipe flash the rom, and WITHOUT REBOOTING flash data2ext package.

About kernels:
Main difference is that droidzone gives you some more juice, and the batt should last longer. But with SNQ you can get some more speed, and tweeks. Anyway, rom works fine with both of them. Here are the links so you can see the difference (SNQ shoud be with all mods).

About apps I removed, I'll see what can I do about it, anyway I'll make a new rom with everything.
But I want to point that my main idea was to make pre-rooted stock rom, that has OC, UV and ext4 support, and to remove the apps athat I don't need at all. For example, stock app is always running, and the only way to stop was to use some other app that will kill it, but that means that I have another app that is running and eating ram... And the rest I removed I never used.
P.S. Attached is your stock bootanimation, copy it (with ES file explorer or root explorer) in system/customize/resource folder and replace the exiting, or put it in the same place inside rom before flashing (and, of course rename it to bootanimation).

Personally, I'd consider making third, more "stock" version of the rom, without DSP manager, titanium backup and other additional apps, but with all the other default apps (like maps, youtube, flashplayer) up to date, like it is now, and the useful notification power widget kept.
I'd do it myself, but I have absolutely no experience with ROM modding. Maybe you could provide me with a tool that you used?
OK, about the rom, I will try to cook something, but without a2sd you will get less space. Darktremor a2sd works very fast and I had been using it for a long time with stock rom, before I switched to the custom one.

Already tried to make deodexed version, but I didn't test it enough and it seemed that it used more memory. It's in my future plans definitely, as soon as I learn how to make it more sd-ext supported (already told not developer yet - still advanced noob ).
Also not sure how to make arabic support...

Tried to make Arabic support implementing files directly to the rom but I didn't have success.
You can try do install patch and see if it will work. Plus I added htc flashlight app that I forgot in odexed version.

Not sure what you think with stable until now, is it not stable any more?
Member abokamel gave me a link and I found a package from Madmack's blog, downloaded it and installed on PC. I successfully made all files for patching but after importing them to the rom I didn't get no Arabic in languages or keybords etc. I didn't try to apply a patch after installation and maybe it could work.
Does it work with your RTL? Tell me if it works and I'll put the link in the first post!!!
About TP to wake, the kernels have support for it but I didn't implemented mod inside the rom. You can try to download and flash it from here.

my friend its stable , i said "until now " becouse i just installed it
For madmac script it just for supporting RTL & Arabic language for READING AND WRITING . NOT whole ROM AND MENU
so after flashing the patch you will can read arabic in browser and email and other application
The original HTC keyboars does not support arabic latter , so you have to install other keyboard that support arabic "THERE IS MANY IN MARKET"
Finally : Arabic menu is not that important for me , what important is reading and writing

Ali, well done brother, nl00000, another great improvement to include/integrate Arabic language to your amazing rom, but I'm having a really serious problem with ALL 2.2 & 2.3 which is the slide 2 unlock, it's just open the call or cancelled it while I grab my phone of my pocket, so, is there any way to have sense 3.0 or 3.5 answer method?, and battery percentage?

Finally, I am satisfied with my chacha. I was constantly shifting between stock custom rom and cm roms. In stock rom everything works but automatic backlight settings are just terrible (especially dim threshold and keyboard light settings) and status bar is bigger than in cm roms (32px vs 25px). Cm roms have all of this but there are other things that still need improvement (front cam, some stability issues etc.). Therefore I decided to create my own mod of stock rom. It is based on Europe RUU 1.3.3 android 2.3.3. I couldn’t find anywhere 2.3.5 Europe rom but to be honest I don’t see any difference between the two. There are two versions:
1. Full sense rom: Link
What is different: rooted, added busybox, support init.d, dta2sd included (you need to partition your sd to ext2 or ext3 after installation and enter dta2sd commands from terminal emulator – google for the commands if you don’t know them), changed the ugly calculator app, added file explorer, added latest play store, Flash player 11 is working. I haven’t removed any apps because in this version I wanted to leave that to the user according to his/her own preferences. Status bar is smaller (more space on the screen) and I themed it a little, removed charging icon (I know that it is charging because phone’s led is orange ). Automatic brightness is tweaked (added lower brightness level, lowered the max brightness of the f button, and added one level for the keyboard lights (sometimes, in stock roms, I couldn’t see my keyboard clearly and the damn lights just wouldn’t turn on so I had to do this tweak as well). And rom is fully deodexed.
2. Stripped rom (no sense): Link
What is different: rooted, added busybox, support init.d, dta2sd included (you need to partition your sd to ext2 or ext3 after installation and enter dta2sd commands from terminal emulator – google for the commands if you don’t know them), changed the ugly calculator app, added file explorer, added latest play store, removed sense, added widget locker, holo launcher, removed a lot of bloatware (at least, bloatware for me), f button is not assigned (I’ll leave that to the user, I use it to turn my screen off but didn’t changed it to this since several people reported issues). Same automatic backlight and status bar tweaks like in the sense rom and it is also deodexed.
3. Stripped rom (odexed): Link
What is different: Same as in stripped rom with the exeption of these: odexed (now 120mb free out of the box), status bar icons have an ICS look and color (wifi, signal, data, bluetooth etc.), notification toggles app added (fully functional and works great, just in the settings set it as an on-going notification and as old in order to be always on top; it has many different icons and styles and colors are changable as well, really nice app), fb button is set to turn screen off, dta2sd not included, different backlight values.

Instructions:
1. Reboot into recovery; wipe data/factory reset; mounts and storage/format system; install from sd card; choose and install your rom; reboot your phone; finish your first boot setup.
2. Reboot into recovery; install from sd card; choose and install backlight.zip; reboot your phone.
3. Install flash player apk; reboot phone.
That’s it. Hope that someone will like it.

P.S. I am not going to support these mods. Everyone is invited to use them and do with them whatever you want. So please don’t ask me does it support this, does it support that, can you do this, can you do that. For me, it is perfect and I don’t need to do or change anything. Everything is working for me. I just wanted to share it with you. I hope that you can understand this.
Edit: I used this guide (thanks kylon) to improve wifi signal range and it worked for me, so I am going to share these settings with you. Mke sure you do this with your WiFi off. Here is what you have to do:
1. Copy your calibration file (found in proc in the root of your phone) to the sd card (it is best to do all steps with root explorer) and download from the attachments framework.jar (here is a link for an odexed version - extract jar and odex files) and symlinkv2.zip.
2. Move the calibration file to system/etc and set permissions as they are set in the screenshot.
3. Reboot into recovery and install symlinkv2.zip.
4. Open calibration file in system/etc (again, best with root explorer) and change this line: rssi_offset=0 into this: rssi_offset=-30
Delete created bak file if you are using root explorer.
5. Copy downloaded framework.jar (I already modified it according to the offset - 30, and if you are using odexed version copy both jar and odex files) to system/framework and set permissions according to the screenshot. Reboot your phone.
6. Done.
This trick did wonders for me and my wifi, hope it will help you as well. If it doesn't, try different values both in calibration file and framework.jar according to the original thread.

Every rom that I use is fast enough for me. Even the unmodified stock. I just wanted to get rid of some apps that are obsolete for me, and I needed to improve backlight settings because when it is night the original settings don't dim the lights enough which really hurts my eyes and I hate that because I have to manually dim. In this rom I don't have that issue. Lights dim automatically.
Although, I found out today that there is an issue with the dta2sd, or maybe the kernel itself. DTa2sd moves my apps and dalvik to sd-ext, clockworkmod creates a backup of sd-ext in a backup folder, and when I restore it my rom just will not mount my sd-ext on boot after that, thus I need to do a fresh install. I would appreciate if someone has an idea why this happened? It is not an issue for me, since I am going to use this rom for a while, but I would like to fix it for the others. When I don't use dta2sd there are no issues. I looked in init.rc in ramdisk, but couldn't find anything unusual. This happened to me with Void rom as well, so I really don't know where to start regarding this.

Edit: I have been using recovery for a different phone. I just realized this and now, with the proper recovery, everything is restoring fine.

I don't know about data2SD, but I use link2SD, and that works perfectly but with the stock rom, you have to format the sd-ext partition in ext2 rather than ext4, and you can't do it with clockworkmod either, cos it doesn't format it properly :/ you have to use a tool like gparted (if you're a linux user) or some windows/mac equivalent to format it properly

Unzip Stripped Rom, add attached apks to system/app and attached chacha-keypad.kl (unzip the keypad file) to system/usr/keylayout. Zip it and flash it. Let me know if it works.

Thank you so much for the exceptionally quick response. Unfortunately I ran into an error. Let me walk you through what I did.
1. Dowloaded Sripped Rom, and all the files in the previous post.
2. I unzipped the Rom on my desktop
3. I inserted each of the files in their respective folders
4. Zipped the Rom back up
5. Transferred to SD
6. Booted to Recovery mode and tried to flash.
Here is what I got ....
CWM-based Recovery v5.0.2.7
-- Installing: /sdcard/Stripped-Chacha_1-3-3.zip
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update ...
Installation aborted.

That is weird. I just tested it, and it worked for me. Maybe you zipped it with high compression or sth. Try with normal compression. If that doesn't work, I will upload zip for you later today. I use recovery 5.0.2.8, but I don't think that it matters.

Stripped down ROM is great - now have more room for downloading apps.
One problem I've come across on this ChaCha is that Flash Player stops working (returns to home screen) after around 2 seconds of playing anything.
Anyone else had a similar problem?

As you can see from the screenshot below I don't have that issue. Try different flash player for armv6 devices. There are few, just google it.

Little suggestion. If you are planning to use this rom for a longer time, after your setup, copy your data from your sd card to your computer, go into clockworkmod recovery, in advanced options partition your sd card (I set sd-ext to 256, don't need more) and reboot. After that download terminal emulator from play store. In terminal type this:
su (then press enter and allow superuser permissions)
a2sd reinstall (enter and wait for your phone to reboot. It will take some time)
After it is booted enter this:
su (enter)
a2sd cachesd (press enter and wait for your phone to reboot. It will take some time).
The end result you can see in the attached screenshot. After installing all my apps I still have over 120mb free.
Of course, after everything is done copy your data back to sd card.

This is the best ChaCha rom I have used so far. Everything works great super fast flash even works!
YouTube can play 240p with no lag, any higher and it will.
BBC iplayer crashes but I have yet to find a rom that bbc iplayer will work on when it comes to the ChaCha.
