It should just be an APK, if someone has a rooted xoom it'd be as easy as trying to install the file.
Usually with regular boot animations were told to use root explorer /data/local - and just drop it in there and just restart.
But With This One We Have To Use Update.zip, Does This Mean Well Be Able To Update To ICS With No Problem?

First of all a boot animation that was pulled from an unreleased rom has absolutely nothing to do with ease of getting an unreleased Android version.
Second, the Nexus S is a developer phone. Engineers at Google have been testing Ice Cream Sandwich on the nexus S for months. It will be coming and it will be like every other update. Guess what??? The Nexus S will get the Jelly Bean update also! Amazing...

I don't think it is pulled from the device. The quality is so bad! It is converted from the video from YouTube

Hi,
So I really love the Android 4.0 looks but its not stable enough. So I am incorporating the 4.0 Features ( as much as possible ) on a 2.3.7 CyanoGen ROM.
I know I'm not good with ETA's but I'm sure it will be out today.
Android 4.0 Looks, 2.3 Stability
What is included
- Modded ICS launcher
- ICS Camera
- ICS Transitions
- Modded Framework
- ICS Music
- LockScreen
- And others
Thanks,
Weeo

You are simultaneously developing a sense rom,an miui rom and now the ice cream bread rom. Don't think otherwise but don't you think you guys should work on one and get that out first before working on others? I feel you may be able to work better on a single rom at a time rather than on 3 roms simultaneously.
Waiting for sense and ice cream bread. Wish you guys luck and thanks for these roms.

Another small glitch. The launcher drawer shows the same icons after swiping right or left. Had to kill it and restart it for it to work properly again. Everything else is fine.

Read the description. An update for Chrome came out today with a new flash player, as well as an upgrade to IE10 with a new flash player. It is all security fixes.
