[Q] how are you guys hiding apps from drawer on ICS? - Nexus S Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Im using nova, and would like to keep it. I know this is a option is LP/ADW.
any 3rd party apps or tricks to achieve this until its added to Nova?

while in drawer drag app to top of screen and drop it in app info then it will give you an option to disable it then it wont be in your app drawer. and if you want it back in the drawer just enable it

Android Launcher/App drawer

Is there an android launcher app which can replace the app drawer?
It really bugs me that the apps are in two places - on my desktop and in my app drawer, this makes the app drawer very messy and unorganized.
I've never understood the concept of showing one app in two places.
Maybe there is an app to disable app drawer - all apps show up on desktop, together with widgets etc. or another way would be to hide apps from the drawer in case they are already on desktop
I dont know if this what youre looking for but try to search "awd ex" in the market

Show Launcher in App Drawer?

Is there any way to show a launcher in the app drawer? I would like to get ADW to show so I can make a shortcut in Launcher7. If I can't do it through an app would it be possible to do it through editing the apk? If yes, then what would I have to change?
i want to know 2
I don't know if this helps but go launcher has an icon in the app drawer, it doesn't have much use but it's possible to put an icon there, if i click it, it just goes back to the main screen because the launcher was launched...

[Q] App Drawer Replacement?

I do not want a launcher or home replacement app. Just the app drawer.
Okay before you all yell at me and tell me to get a new launcher, that is now what I am asking. I dislike the stock app drawer. I was wondering if there was a way to do a complete replacement. So lets say I download Jetpack Launcher, which is basically a App Drawer replacement. I want that APK to be my "stock" app drawer. So I was wondering if there was a way to move the APK from Jetpack to the location of my stock app drawer, essentially completely replacing my app drawer. So when I hit the stock button to go to my app drawer it would open Jetpack as the default.
Anyway to do this?
The app drawer is part of the launcher. If you want to keep the stock launcher and open the drawer in Jetpack by pressing the "all apps" button, you need a (slightly) modified version of the stock launcher.

[Q] Does anyone know how to hide app icons in the Drawer?

Hello fellow N5 users~! I am hoping that someone out there knows the solution to my frustration.
Coming from TouchWiz and 3rd party launchers such as Apex and Hololauncher, I'm very used to having the ability to hide app icons inside the app drawer. If I have the apps as shortcuts on my homescreens, dock, and folders, I like hiding the reduntant app icons inside the drawer so that when I do enter the drawer, I don't have to filter through the apps (I have 120 apps installed).
I found some apps that promise to hide apps inside the drawer but they seem to only work by disabling the apps, which leads to app icons in the homescreens, dock, and folders to disappear as well.
So is there a way to hide apps inside the app drawer like we can with Apex?

Click to collapse
There is no way to do this with the stock launcher.
