I use a mix of Timeline Blue (for app themes) and the framework is Black Ice (what most people probably use):

something I have been running... it is similar to a "gingerbread" look and includes the gingerbread keyboard.
This theme actually has a clearbar rather than a blackbar...if you use a live wallpaper it will show up as clear and black if you use a gallery picture for a background

First of all, I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THIS WORK. This Fancy Widget was themed by and put together by BIGDX on Xda Droid X section of the forum under Serenity Theme for Droid X. I just extracted just Fancy Widget from the Theme Zip.
I really like this themed Fancy Widget which is compatible with most if not all Android phone. I been using it on all the phones that I had including Skyrocket.
BigDX makes some great themes for Motorola phones like Droid X and Bionic.

Hello everyone, I was wondering if such a widget exists that essentially creates an adjustable black box that you can send behind widgets (send to back).
I use an old widget called "Advanced Clock Widget" that lets you hide the clock and data, essentially doing the same thing... but that's all I use it for.

Maybe you can use KLWP (Kustom Live Wallpaper) app for this purpose. It also has a Widget version.
It basically allows you to create customized live wallpapers and widgets.
