Guys,
I'm looking for Android AOSP kernel source 2.6.32-9, but I can't find. The Android source page no longer contains the version 2.6.32-9.
Does anyone know where I can download the version 2.6.32-9?
Thanks.

Anyone who wants to use this information to do something good with, is more than welcome to.
Good Evening,
I am modifing the kernel source (the wifi part specifically) working on a CM7 system and I want to migrate to CM9 because of the improvements on the system and kernel.
I know I can get the CM9 source code from CyanogenMod Github repo, but the kernel comes pre-compiled. So my question is:
Where I can find the "official" kernel source code that comes with CyanogenMod 9 v4.0.3 v2.1?
KalimochoAz's samsung-kernel-crespo repo has been last updated 2 months ago, so I guess the kernel updates must be somewhere else.
Thank you in advance,
Renzo
Hi all,
I'd like to build some new kernel modules against the stock i727 kernel. I'd like the stock source to the i727 kernel, but I can't seem to find it.
My device suggests it is:
Code:
Kernel version: 2.6.35.11
Gingerbread.UCKK1
Thanks!
http://opensource.samsung.com, not yet available for ICS, only GB is there.
I imported the kernel to github if anyone wants to clone it in the future:

Firstly, apologies if this is not the right section.
We all know that android source code is available. So my question is how can I build the source code and install on any device? For example if I have an old device for which updates are not available. Can we just flash it with any android stock rom?Not talking about custom rom.
Can we take the source from github and just build and flash on our device?Because android is hardware independent? Like we can install ubuntu on any system?
I got the source code form opensource.samsung.com and I compiled the kernel successfully.
I want to know that how do I use the kernel to build AOSP for my phone?
And the samsung kernel is based on Android 6.0.1, can I port the latest Android version to my phone?
