planning to but SL

hey friends, i am planning to buy Sl, but i have one doubt which i heard in market about this model, that people suffering from automatic data loss.
is it right?
and also i have galaxy ace now, so as compared to this, how is battery back up of SL?

I havn't met automatic data loss yet. I bought my i9003 on 2011.10.1.
But if I were you I would get an GS II(i9100) now.

Well Get i9000 instead.....(Most recommended)
U can also try Galaxy s+, galaxy S advance......

All three are same models externally.....just the CPU,Chipset,GPU,RAM and Display Differ.........
Again i9000 (sada galaxy S) is the most recommended Since it gets the most Attention...both from Samsung and Devs.....and super-amoled has better battery life than S-LCD's......

Buy a Galaxy i9000 or a Nexus Phone... Best Roms for them and great Developer support.

I'll recommend Xperia Neo V (I have both phones) for the following reasons:
1. Samsung Service and hardware sucks (too many issues just check the forum)
2. SL has no official support for ICS.
3. Limited ROMs for SL.
4. Neo V is faster/smoother as per my experience.
5. No notification LED on SL.
6. Neo V is cheaper with a better SOC.
But, Galaxy SL is easier to mod as compared to Neo V (requires unlocked bootloader, an easy procedure).

Sl is the best in its range..
I ve been using it for almost an year.. til now no problem
Battery backup would be better than ace.
Don't think of xperia u..
Its useless. It has only 4gb internal memory and no external memory card support.

I would recommend against it. The phone is at the end of its support cycle.

how about experia sola...! I have.seen its specs. Looks really good & most imp it has ICS support. Its a fact our phone is just ok kind of phone which has very low kind of development. If I get a chance then I will replace my phone with 1 year old samsung galaxy nexus phone which has very vast developmrnt.

Im using Samsung Galaxy Y, internet connection is easy enabled and upload also fine. I suggest you Samsung brand, keypad mobile phones moreover avoid buying touch phones. It's always not much safety, we never use our phone's smooth and gentle that's why i'm saying.... .

[Q] Dad`s Ace duos slow as fu**

Hy everyone ,recently my dad`s ace duos (gsm+gsm) is very slow ,i really want tomake it work better .
He uses the phone just like an nokia ) ,calling ,rearly texting and navigation thru my purchased navigon europe (legit from the play store)
I knew fro mthe start that the phone will not be an power house ,but it does everything so slow ,even calling ,and the browser function of the phone is for sadistic reason there ).
I tryed customdroid rom ,but it was very unbalanced and the black accents and small texts where not optimal for my dad`s old eyes.
Im willing to stay on the stock rom and just do a few tuneup ,curently i have installed on it only the navigon and 1 click clear.
Please help me .

Try some other costum roms.. u may try cynogenmod if available for your device..

Why Updating Didn't Worked?

Looking for some good "Phablet"...

Hey all...
I'm actually using a Galaxy Note 4 in my private time... Now I'm looking for an atleast 7" Tablet (Phablet, what ever) for working business... As I'm not up to date what devices are on the market right now i thought i could ask for help here. I thought about something like the Sony Xperia Z Ultra if i remember right...
The device should at least meet the following speccs:
LTE
~7" Screen
1.5+gb ram
root has to be possible
Android 5+
U got to use it as a phone without using a headset (yeah i know it might look funny to hold an 7" tablet on ur ears )
As for the hardware speccs anything like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 SM-T715 LTE would be nice. But this 8" seems to be a bit unhandy.
I appologize for my bad english and hope for some nice ideas on what to buy

Samsung gear App , Gear S3 connecting to non-supported or rooted android phones ?!!

The S3 is great ,,,,,, and the Tizan is amazing
but the problem is in the connection to android , I am wondering why large amount of phones are not supported , samsung did this trick to force us to buy there phones -which is smart move - but I am sure that we can connect any phone to the Gear S3
, and I think instead of trying to port android to S3 (Bad idea )
we can just give the Tizan its chance , by simply smart effort form our GENUS developer here , and remove the connectivity block
any one can help me ? , I tried this

I've had my Gear S3 for about a week now and it works beautifully with my rooted/ROMd Nexus 6p. The only thing that won't work that I know of so far is Samsung Pay...
Maybe because your phone only has 1GB of ram and doesn't support Bluetooth 4.2?

Unless you can physically add more RAM to your phone and update the BT, you're hardware limited unless you can find some way to trick the watch into a BT 4.0 compatibility mode and find an APK that will run on 1GB of RAM...

I already have the RAMEXPANDER on my phone
And I already connected the watch on my friend phone for a wail , then I connected it on my phone , it is connecting but the gear app on the phone dose not find it , also it can be paired to the phone
cant we edit the BT and ram values ?
or cant d we edit the gear app ?
