The application features a short presentation of the candidates, their tweets, associated news from the 10 most read French newspapers, ...
Additionally, some poll is presented to the users regularly and you can support your candidate.
To make it easy, we included some tutorial screens to present the features when you enter the screens for the first time.

Looking for Android firmware (sorry to mods could not find the right section for it)

First of all I have searched around the internet and this forum is my last hope for it.
I need android firmware package for Transphone manufactures it uses by default android version 2.1.3.
I want to change the display language in the phone I tried with morelocal 2 app in the Play Store but that does not change the display language it only changes the language from the play store self.
So I hope if someone can help me out.
Manufacture Name : Transphone.
Type model : TP703.

I'm trying to decipher the structure of an android firmware.
Suppose I wanted to write special code or customize something, is there a common knowledge that for example such a file is common for all machines and another file for example is intended to contain custom functionalities.
By the way, is there a way I could extract those .img files and see files or code inside? Again I'm not really interested in the core or the kernel of an android OS but anything that could customize the way it works.

Chinese dev Piaooop says he managed to adapt a doublebootpatcher to X2 device. Please treat this pacth/flashable item VERY carefully, as we have no feedback at all !! Nandroid backup your device + save your data also , if you want to try! I cannot be reponsible for any damage, as I just report.

Note the exotic and unknown rom name for X2: GEM703LC233B221 !!! Weird, or we miss some chinese updates ??
