[Q] How do you add new home pages on Gingerbread

I've just become the proud owner of a Nexus S. Stock it has 5 home pages, but I know that Android in general will support 7. I can't find an option for updating this on the Nexus S with 2.3.1
Anyone?

It depends on the launcher you're using. If you're using the stock launcher, you'll be limited to 5 home screens. You can download ADW, or Launcher Pro. ADW seems to have more customizations.

Real stock Android 2.3 is 5 homescreens only, you can not change it. HTC Sense UI can do 7.
If you want more, your option is to use a 3rd party launcher like ADW.Launcher

[Q] Sense Launcher with 5 shortcuts

The default Sense Launcher only has 3 shortcuts on homescreen. ADW Launcher and others, has 5 shortcuts, but it disables the Sense widgets, and i won't give the up.
So is there any other way to get 5 shortcuts on homescreen?
And no, i don't want to install ICS yet ;-)

Is this possible running a rom with sense 3.6?
I've looked all over but they're all mods with 4 columns. I'm looking for 5.

You need a launcher to do that. Download nova launcher or apex launcher.

Question about ROM

I am sorry if this question was already asked, but i didnt find.
So my question is, is there any ROM which doesnt have user interface , as touch wiz or any other eve default of android,hope you understand.

1-Every rom in the world should have a user interface
2-If you mean default android interface as the one that come from google for a device as nexus devices so use cm9 or cm10 roms or use launcher as holo launcher or nova launcher or apex launcher in you current rom
3-If you mean that you want a launcher or rom without widget use only icons so also two options either use launcher and put icons not widgets in the home screen or use launcher as ilauncher or espier launcher so no home screens at all and only icons device will open in app drawer directly as ipad style

Larger home screen grid Sense

Are there any mods out to change the homescreen grid size from 4x4? It seems silly to only have 4 rows of icons when the resolution is so high. I use blinkfeed often so using apex or nova is out of the question for me.

I can't find this too.

If you have Xposed installed you can use Sense 6 Toolbox to get an extra row. It has an option to add another row to all homescreens. 4x5 is the only option but it's better than 4x4.

If you don't mind not using sense 6, get a new launcher like nova or apex. But getting xposed (if you are rooted) if you want to keep sense is your best bet.
