i decomplie ICS framework-res.apk and add my native language after this when i'm flashing rom its freezing on bootanimation and phone didnt booting

i'm changed some files of the framework-res.apk and rebuild it(use apktool ) ,not sign it but zip of this file ,it wolud be work well .but when i'm copy the chended of the framework-res.apk recover the same file in the 1108031959 cm7 nightly updata file,i ;have a boot loop.what's the matter with my update file，and it seems the framework-res.apk bring about this issue .some who know this ？？？？and how to Modify frankwork-res.apk
when you modded framework from any gb rom, you have to modded the systemUI too!
exactly what you have to modify i dont know, but surely if you use uot-dakra understanding that i explained to you!

I decompiled all apk from the system/app/ folder of the original .zip of the ICS ROM I want to translate (MIUIv4 RD), I added in each of decomplation directory the correct values-*lang*/ folder, I recompliled everything (without any error, using a bit mooded version of apktool (else it fails)), I flashed every apk to my phone, but the new language won't appear in MIUI ICS menu. Is there any more file to edit so that it can use new languages values ?

I have modified the theme to make a contacts.apk.
here is working list
A. Compile contacts.apk
B. System / app in the Flash
C. I modified the theme contacts.apk was perfect. But to force a shutdown phone.apk
Using APK-MANAGER 5.02, and I only "Value / color.xml" modified
For other systems, applications will work fine without any problems
"contacts.apk" by modifying the "phone.apk" Do not run
Please help me alone!

I edited the settings.apk in my ROM and then recomiled and signed it and installed the ROM again with my new settings.apk..But,the settings.apk was not installed ,therefore it may have some error...So,now i want to copy the original settings.apk from my stock rom to the custom built ROM..So,now i want to know..I have also edited build.prop in the custom built ROM ?Now,Will stock ROM's settings.apk install correctly with all the custom built files ,or each settings.apk requires some other files also to be included in the ROM for them to be installed?
No build.prop edits won't affect your settings.apk installation. Also you shouldn't sign nodded system apks
I just got a New MTK 7562 based phone and i'm trying to add some mods
but i'm unable to run phone on deodexed framework..
so when i boot with deodex framework bootanimation keeps running & doesnt turn on
but connects through adb .
so i pushed stock framework (odex one) through adb.
then reboot
!phone turn on normally.
even if i try to put 1 single deodex jar say android.policy.jar it doesnt start and keep loading bootanimation
but when i pushed original jar/odex it bootsup normally please help devs whats is the problem what am i missing.
i'm using Universal Deodexer V4 .
on Android 4.2.2
please help !!
