You need root just unzip it and copy to system folder on your phone using root explorer (paid app) or super manager (free app) both are on market...

First go into Super User and revoke access. Then I would re-grant it to see if it works. Then uninstall app and re-install.

Just about to say this, at first i had alot of problems with rom toolbox and then i noticed the first time i opened it i declined superuser access and it was blocked.
Nope. Everything ok with superuser rights. Just keep mucking around. Using the system apks now and doing everything directly instead of using the app.
Getting angry with it. Lol
Using markphytonICS
Lupus_Beta_Kernel_V4 CFS
Systemui from neoV ( blue statusbar)

you think too much.
I upgraded my 4.0.4 to 4.1.2 using Mobile Odin Pro.
When choosing which partitions to flash, I removed the recovery partition. That allowed me to simply re-flash SuperSU and Titanium Backup after the upgrade. No messing around.

okay then.......
who among you is using rom toolbox pro?
i use this to uninstall "unwanted" pre-installed apps by samsung.
tried to uninstall readers hub or polaris viewer, can't.
perhaps you have a better app to this, might want to share.
anyway, with this, i manage to install awesome beat and touchwiz effect

I use NoBloat to delete system apps. Works well and creates immediate back-ups while deleting[If you're paranoid].

Using this Mod instead Xperia Xposed SuperuserMod will fix lag in Camera and Maybe another Stock-Modified/Ported Apps
How To
Push the services.jar file using ADB or copy it to system/framework using file manager (Set Permissions to rw- r-- r--)
Tested by Me
Thanks to
@DavidMKD For the Guide

Here
I get bootloops with odexed SuperuserMod
Seems like it's not working in Stock Odexed ROM. So you with must first, deodex your ROM, then Odexed it again with MatrixDJ96 tool and after flash the Superuser Mod for Odexed ROM
It works on odexed.
All you have to do is deodex all framework and apps (by this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2735156)
Then replace your services.jar
Last step is to odex everything using Odexer (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2527268) [ameabi version]
Worked for me
Hi
Wich works better, in odex or deodex???

Odex is better, but if you're constantly modding then you'll probably want to stay deodexed.
I try to odex my rom using terminal emulador. But when I write 'odex' it says 'not found'
I dont know how i suposed to do.

In first place u need enable usb debugging on phone settings. For grant root access type 'su' on terminal emulator window, then type 'odex'
