Whenever Im using my chacha and get back to homescreen or unlock the screen I get the white picture wiht the htc logo then I get a message on the screen that says "loading"
This happends too often now , any ideas how to fix it ?
It's a bit hardcore but you can try with a Clear data of HTC Sense or a Factory data reset.

Rosie/HTC Sense is crashing. Check free space available, do some clear data as said above and try to recall the first time it happened (if it started after you installed some widget or an application, remove that widget/application and try to reproduce).

Every since the OTA update, whenever I'm in an app and I press the home screen to get back to my home, the screen goes white and shows the green htc logo. After that, for about 15 seconds, I see my apps on my home screen but I get the loading message. When its done with the loading screen, sense is ok again until I go into another app and I press home and the process repeats. Is anyone else having this problem and if so how do you'd fix it?

Not good...sounds like u gotta bad flash...try a factory reset..should fix it. good luck

The update stopped mine from doing this. master reset is prob the going to fix it.
Mine does it too after the update. I figured that it was putting sense to sleep to conserve energy.

Mine used to do it after I played Plants vs. Zombies and still does, and now it also does it after using Netflix.

Tried the factory reset, but still remain the same. just installed 12 app (no games) all in internal storage, but still remain problem. Need help! Thanks!
I had got a HTC ChaCha last month but founded that the system reloading itself very frequently, especially the first few slide after the screen lock is released. This happened since open box.
When i said "reloading"...i refer to 2 observation.
1. the phone went black off and then restart back as it is restarted from power button. It show HTC home screen (the one with HTC logo when the phone is on) and then LOADING is shown in the middle of the screen with inactivated Phone's home screen as background .
2. Similar to 1st observation but it doesn't reload from the HTC logo screen.

The problem you are having is a HTC Sense bug. The Sense is crashing at some point, failing to wake itself up, therefore HTC Sense (only) restarts. That's the reason you are seeing the top status bar with the clock and stuff. Get the latest SW or a custom mod.
My friend's HTC One S has a problem, the home screen doesn't show the bottom or the right half...not a hardware problem as the screen shot shows the issue. Any solutions without wiping their data? Only does it on the home screen fyi.

Could always try a RUU. This WILL wipe user data though so better backup the important stuff.
And the SD card. Root his phone, flash a ROM, see if that fixes it.
Fixed! Just forced stopped htc sense and let it restart. Not sure why rebooting it didn't do the same.
Hey Guys, I'd Like to ask a question , very weird going on about my device... Only one time I got that Lovely Icon (exclamation mark) with a phone sign followed by a computer, yes that means that i am in download mode, i fixed it but once i got passed that small error my phone has been acting up.. I've tried CM10 keeps restarting by itself once in a while, I had tried going COMPLETELY going to stuck by using a Youtube video on how to unbrick it... NO luck. This time it freezes up and all applications become unresponsive, Facebook FORCECLOSE and other apps& and restarts, once is in the home screen i hold the power button and i only get one option "POWER OFF" its very weird because I remeber there was "DATA IS SET "ON" ETC, other settings in the phone had been re-enabled for ex. haptic feedback vibration. i had that turned off and it came back on by itself, second setting is the lock screen i cant set up a lock setting because once i press the unlock button and wait about 5 seconds it would go directly to the home screen W/O asking to enter to any patter. I tried gingerbread 2.3.6, with this rom all apps are UNAVAILABLE.. YES they dont open up.. EVEN facebok.. I took out the battery, turned it back on, and once it gets to the "rethink possible" keeps restarting the att motion until it finally restarts the whole phone and it keeps doing this.. I wanted to ask you guys if my phone is bricked or something because is really annoying. Thanks !
A brick would be where you wouldn't be able to boot up. A virus would be wiped out when flashing a new rom. When installing a new rom, did you also format /system? Sometimes that irons out some bugs. Maybe doing a wipe on your dalvik and cache seperatly could help.

Yea, once i last flashed CM10 yeah i did and the problem persits... Right Now im in stock FROYO 2.2 with no luck... I had to switch to my old Mytouch 3G Slide until i fix this issue...

every RUU i run, if it even runs, results in phone booting up, getting to the homescreen, then when i unlock, a white screen with green htc pops up, which stops me from doing anything...
it hangs there, sometimes asking too choose the charge option.
then, it reboots and goes on like that.
anybody has any idea?
