I noticed when using widgetlocker under the the said rom and on receiving an incoming call, the call in progress app comes on surpassing the lock screen. I was wondering if there's any way of answering the call right form the lock screen without going straight to the call in progress display.
Your help will be highly appreciated!
Theres a setting in widget locker forgot where it is its been some time since ive used widgetlocker.

How would I achieve this? Im fully rooted running the Sprint lovers rom. I have a custom font flashed along with my lcd density modified. The combo of the 2 makes the Sense bar look horrible. I managed to delete the sense lockscreen and it automaticly reverted to the vanilla one which is what I want. Can some one please help me to achieve this outcome on the incoming call screen. It is the only thing between me and having my Evo the way I want it.

From what I understand, I don't think it can be done. I would LOVE if there was a way to do this but I believe it is coded into the framework and it can't be removed. That's my understanding of it. Too bad
That would be good... if its possible JS would prolly be the 1 to figure it out....

Not possible with sense..the lock screen can be changed to the aosp lock screen but that doesn't remove the Htc incoming lock screen, its tied to the dialer

speaking of the sense incoming call screen, how many other people have the problem where maybe 20% of the time the screen won't respond to input and allow you to unlock or answer the call? This is pretty much the only thing that ever goes wrong with my phone lol. I end up having to just hit the power button, miss the call, and then call them back...a little annoying

I have the same issue. One of the only issues I have with my phone. The other being sliding out of my pocket answers/declines calls. Thus looking for a way to remove the slider. Guess we are stuck.
^^^ I have the same problem... doesnt happen too often, but it is annoying. Could this be due to a phone call coming in when CPU is running at a minimun setting?
I've noticed that my screen will turn on when I receive a new text message. It turns on to the lock screen and then eventually times out and turns off again. I don't know how to make it so the screen stays off.
Have you guys noticed this? Do you know how to turn this setting off?

Mine is not working after i flashed eagles blood 1.0.2 so when i get txt screen does not come on, that might be what u want...lol

Someone posted an mms.apk in the apps forum. That one, along with any mms.apk that gives you the "black background" option, also doesn't wake the screen upon receiving notifications.

I'm using the stock messaging app and I have not flashed Eagle's Blood. I am using LauncherPro for my launcher.
This phone seems to be great with only a few oddities, this being one of them. The other issue I'm having is not being able to end calls sometimes.

I've never used something like that before. What is an mms.apk? Do you have a link to that forum?
Is there a ROM that supports this? I prefer sense 2 not 3.
I think the non sense roms have it.... But sense takes priority in my book.

You don't need a specific ROM, HandscentSMS has the option to turn the screen on when a message is recieved, I'm sure other messaging apps have this built in too.
SMS popup will take care of it for you and allow you to continue using the stock messaging app
I have run Gingeritis 3D and Bamf 2.4.1 and suffered from the "call answer bug" on both roms. i also read that this affects almost all hybrid and sense 3.0 roms.
(for those not familiar with the bug its when you get a call and it bypasses the lock screen and goes to a screen where your only option is the red "end call" button and you are forced to hang up on the call)
I installed one of those "shake to ansswer/call" apps from the market and today i received my first bug after installing that. I was able to shake my phone and answer the call even though it was on that screen.
This is huge for me and i hope it helps the other people who has fell victom to this random but awful bug
If on BAMF Forever they have a patch to change to the 2.1 answer screen as well.

I have the T-mobile HTC One S and I notice my Lock Screen Style for Producivity is not working.
I got upcoming appointments, miss phone call and new email and none of them show up on the lock screen.
I have no data plan on mine and I use the Wifi. I dont know if that is the problem or not.
Anyone have any clue?

Did you enable the productivity lockscreen under personalization?
The phone is not rooted.
OK, now I did a test and I call from another phone and I can see on thte lock screen I miss the call.
I guess it is working.
All of those things should show up on any lockscreen...just saying
