Wont pick up my phone when connected to qpst. Debug on see the port in system devices but not in qpst. Help!
I was told this phone can not be accessed to reprogram. I can not get my CDMA Workshop to read the phone, although I do get it to connect to the phone on com port 4. If you need Drivers I have them, Let me know. I searched for 4 hours and finally found them.
it really depends on how your trying to reprogram the prevail, when in doubt go for the nv folder

I'm in serious need of said drivers and I've been looking everywhere for them, since the phone just won't play nice with QPST. (Sorry for resurrecting this, BTW.)

ok, so i downloaded 7zip, and im assuming thats where this crap came from... its made itself my homepage on I.E. only used for school(i hate IE), on firefox, and made three tabs with one them being it.... How do i get rid of it?!!!!! every time i change my homepage, this comes back!!!!!

And i have looks through my installed add ons on firefox, and chrome, idk anything about IE really and dont care except i use it for DS classes.Ive looked thru installed computer programs, nothing that looks suspicious or that i dont know what it is...
I don't know man, but I don't think it came from 7zip nothing like that tagged my laptop after the install. Did you happen to get it from a site that makes you download a download manager in zip format? Some sites embed all kinds of crap on there.

The manufacturer is a new brand company and I think the only way you can get the driver i write an email to [email protected] or [email protected] and attach a link to this thread. I think the world wide support over this forum is a great way to his own company promotion

Hello Everyone!
I had been doing so much unlocks to many phones and I had this persistent issue with sprint phones so here is a quick solution for the Hands free activation. (There are different methods)
YOU NEED TO BE ROOTED
THIS WORK ON S6 & S6 EDGE , NOTE 4 & 5. I had tested all in my devices maybe works in other devices.
Method 1.
With adb connect your device with adb debugging on.
open adb shell and type:
rm /system/priv-app/SprintDM/SprintDM.apk
rm /system/priv-app/SprintSyncMLSvc/SprintSyncMLSvc.apk
rm /system/priv-app/Activation/Activation.apk
Reset and there will be no more handsfree activation.
Method 2
With your rooted device download a root file explorer
and go to this folders on the device
/system/priv-app/SprintDM/SprintDM.apk
/system/priv-app/SprintSyncMLSvc/SprintSyncMLSvc.apk
/system/priv-app/Activation/Activation.apk
Delete the apks or just rename them as I did.
That should be all, no more Handsfree Activation.
I am testing a new software for note 5 unlocks, anyone who wants a domestic-international unlock send me a message.
I'm guessing this is helpful if you are using the Sprint Note 5 outside of Sprint?
If you don't remove Hands free activation, does it always pop-up?
Correct this will only show if you have a unlocked device and using it in another network.
If I disable SprintDM.apk and prevent it from loading, it solves the issue with hands free activation, however leaves me without 3g on CDMA, that is not acceptable for me. After I enable this apk, 3g immediately starts working ok for me.

I live in the middle east and my carrier uses b3 for 4g, so I can't get 4g on my phone, it's rooted, I really appreciate your help very much. :good::good:

It's sprint 920P not 920i,sorry for the mistake.
This one helps me with annoying "hands free Activision" thanks a lot!

I think I messed up, let me tell you about the phone.
1. The IMEI says "unknown"
2. The security is last updated february 16
3. Wifi keeps on disconnecting
4. It's tmobile unlocked and it won't work with a cricket sim
5. Its very slow and laggy
i'm trying to use odin to restore the factory software, I will upload some pictures of the phone.

indeed i was asking the same. But so many n00bs on xda these days that i kinda start to hate it more and more. I see the same topics return every single month or so while most n00bs cant even use the search option.
First you need to enable developer settings then go to dialer and dial *#*#825364#*#* and you're there Don't move anything that you don't know what it is for you can brick your phone :fingers-crossed:
