for a while yohshua and i started to work on honeycomb for our phones and for awhile it seamed it would not work but then after getting some tips from bypass i was able to make the rom a new boot.img and we have now got honeycomb on 32b and g1 ^___^
later sangeet joined the team and helped us to fix the bugs ^_^

It was running that well with no compcache and swap? Holy mother of crap. It looked like it was flying, especially considering the age of the hardware and the fact that it's more-or-less made for dual-core processors.. Great work!

News:
1. guys having no deep sleep or deep sleep after an hour:
mostly you guys are coming from cm9 or cm9 based roms or gb roms. so after flashing,don't start checking the cpuspy for deep sleep. first discharge your battery fully after flashing,then recharge fully. then test with cpuspy. thank you.
2. V3 with 2.6 kernel has usb mounting problem. it is caused by boot.img>ramdisk>init.qcom.usb.rc. i could not fix it because of lack of time.
workaround is to reboot to recovery and got to mounts and storage option and then mount usb storage. other than that its all good.
3. Kernel 3.o.x is quite stable,imho. I have not noticed any graphic glitches. But battery is better in 2.6.35.14 kernel.
4. Dpi has been reduced to 210,to make the rom look more slick and beautiful. But this might lead to play store compatibility issues. You will then need to change density to 240.
How to do it:
grab root explorer
go to system>build.prop.
edit it with text editor
find the line ro.sf.lcd_density
change the value from 210 to 240.
then reboot.

Google Now Works?
And you will keep update this ROM or not?

some first impressions:
everything very smooth, about good things I will post later but its excellent!
and now:
setting gets fc while changing some of the trebuchet options
alarm doesn't have voice, only vibration
while on national roaming, always shows R next to the signal bar strenght, couldn;t see network what I'm using on mobile data - that's because there's no 3rd option to tick in roaming settings
as far I found those ones.

Found another bug: Speech Recorder will FC
EDIT: when I put the phone in standby it will get black stripes all over the screen. You should try.

ROM looks and feels a lot like MIUI, it is, sort of, Taiwanese MIUI or hybrid of MIUI and CM.

Installation for noobs
0. Download The ROM and put it into root of your SD card
1. Boot into recovery
2. Nandroid backup incase you don't like it or in case it backfires at you
3. Full wipe data and cache
4. Wipe dalvik cache
5. Flash rom
6. Wipe cache and Dalvik
7. Reboot and Enjoy

Please, report if you encounter any errors/bugs, also do a nand backup first.
I tried to build AOKP based on latest code but i am getting black screen, rom boots and works but screen remains black. Kayant has the same problem on Defy...although i was able to get half of the screen visible on landscape mode but that didnt help much.

Yeah, I know QiSS rom doesn't have many language options and I am afraid it has to be done manually which is very time consuming and I am not even sure that the process is crystal clear and can be done without couple of failed attempts resulting in bootloops. 'Coz, what essentially needs to be done is to decompile every app and add values{language} folder from either MIUI or CM.
I may give it a try when I have some spare time but I am not promising anything.

There are more important things than language.

i found a bug in this rom(is there in dhiru's build too).earlier the rom is smooth but after few minutes of use,10-20 mins, it starts lagging like hell.i mean it is an unusual super lag.the lag is in the launcher only.apps works fine.but the launcher is super duper laggy.

change nova or other good for lower ram usage

try disabling Surface dithering (it's on the performance menu)

Making a your kernel if possible to work on All cm10.1 ;;
i think is much better ,,
it's still a Suggestion

status bar transparency no very good if you can not change colors i think the best for this is others custom rom like Hellybean

How to flash :

- ( if error 7 prompted just reboot as it skip assert script... Forgot to delete the script by the way )
6-wipe Dalvik
7-when done just reboot (takes around 5min on 1st boot)
Bug
- Charging While off phone
- Wifi Tethering works but other device have slow internet connection
- Sometime Facebook auto logout but have check with others tester not facing this issue.

hi.. its charging but the boot/charging image is currupted.. its still charged but not showing the animation correctly..
have port color Os v2.0 will update later..
bluetooth actually cant send apk file.. have test with other file type should be fine..

Am i the only one had bad battery drain in this Rom?

the rom is buggy and lag due to animation which is not really good on our phone. but will do later as i focusing on vanilla Aosp project. u can try and give some comment. thanks

- Remove Bloatware (most of china apps)

- pre-root with superSU
- Busybox
- Swap 3G on sim 1 or 2
- Viper4Android
Created using master shifu dsixda android kitchen.
How to flash :
1-Download rom
2-Put in your SD
3-reboot into custom recovery (carliv or cwm)
4-wipe data, system, cache. (Carliv recovery Just select wipe all pre-install)
5-select install zip/choose from sdcard
- ( if error 7 prompted just reboot as it skip assert script... Forgot to delete the script by the way )
6-wipe Dalvik
7-when done just reboot (takes around 5min on 1st boot)
Bug
- Charging While off phone
- Wifi Tethering works but other device have slow internet connection
- Sometime Facebook auto logout but have check with others tester not facing this issue.

The file seems to be corrupted. No installation at all.

Hi.. Thats the other rom by other porter.. U can try this as if mine corrupted.. Will update later.. N about the colorOs is already make but it not suitable with 1gb ram as the rom it self require alot of ram usage..

Would like to try yours since you are doing a great job. As I said, I downloaded yours 4 times, and always corrupted, so maybe, when you have time, you can re-upload a new one? About the ColorOs, check this 2 threads...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2653005 and http://forum.xda-developers.com/micromax-a110/development/rom-color-os-v2-3-t2789942 .... eventually you can check this one too http://www.needrom.com/download/color-os-v2-0/ is for the Lenovo s939 (1gb ram)... maybe you can ask them how they ported the ColorOs on devices with less than 1 gb....maybe there is a solution! Anyway, thank you....as I said, you're doing great!!
