Hello, I am a portable gaming nut and want to create a place we can all find out about working games playable on the GT7+.
Here is a list that I have working so far on mines.

It might be easier to just post games that are NOT working. So far, I've only encountered one or two (asphalt 6 was one, I think.) Funny thing about that one was that the android market didn't block it from installing, but as soon as the app started, it said it was an incompatible device. I think some developer forgot to set things up properly in the market...
That is a good point, but I would still like to get a good list going. Others may not have known about a certain game and see it on the list and try it out.
And I may find some new games aswell from what users are playing on their GT7+

- Samurai II (not Terga version)
- Silpheed Alternative
- Sprinkle all devices
- other Gameloft games

It sucks that gameloft can make such awesome games but not on our tabs don't know why when there's so much more money they can make as I bought my tab mostly for gaming

most of the gameloft game i downloaded...not compatible / cant download additional data...
wonder if modifying the host file could fix that. like if we set it as say international s2 or the note?
Did anyone try to modify build.prop to fake the device to 10.1 to play gameloft games?
Changing the host sounds like a great idea... does anyone (that knows how to do this) mind trying this out?
Making it the s2 i think would be nice unless 10.1 would allow more games to be played...

Samurai II, Sprinkle, and Shadowgun all devices version working well (full screen) on GT7+
Sorry, but someone else will have to make a gaming thread. I will be returning my Gtab7+.
It has gotten some dead pixels all of a sudden and I still have a preorder for the Transformer Prime that I was going to cancel but I think I will just return this and wait for that.

Downloading the SGS2 data makes the game run, however gravity is 90 degress diverted... weird
How u play asphat6 on tab? It seem accelerometer doesnt working good?...

it works if you side load it from phone where it was purchased to tablet. Use root explorer and dropbox, or TB and DB

Can you people suggest some good PC type games?
With PC type I mean something better then angry birds and cardgames, more like sims, gta or w/e...
Only no action games... Got Shadowgun and find it difficult to play on phone.
Apparatus i find a very good game to have but it isnt simulation,
Anything from gameloft is pretty good, real racing is a good racing game and i think its free. you can get the sims aswell if your into that

Go to gameloft.com on your phone and look at the games. Modern combat 3 is good. Shadowgun. Nova 2. Rainbowsix

Yea im having the same problem as well.
DeadSpace from EA won't download either. Gives me a server error.
"Draw Something" it's so addictive.

I am also having problems with gameloft games, I have tried shasow guardian, nova and sandstorm and they all start running but after some seconds the exit to the home screen.
I also have the problem about dead space, I have bought it from market, installed it and when I run it, it says that need to download data from the server, and after that, an error 5002 comes. I have contacted the support of EA and they have not been anle to give me a solution, so I am going to get a refund.
I guess this problems are related with compatibility problems with ICS, is so new that the developers haven´t prepared their software yet, I am afraid.

Gameloft and EA games have terrible compatibility.. Backstab, nova 2 and modern combat 3 all are not compatible with my asus transformer and one s, they are only compatible with my desire z, which cannot run those games fluent at all I purchased Real racing 2 but it just gives an error when trying to run on my one s bad, bad support, never buying a gameloft or ea game again
I do enjoy dungeon village from kairosoft, but the game i most frequently play is perhaps super stickman golf, it has so many levels, its fun and its free.
Pretty much all of the games included in the android humble indie bundles are great. I actually play PSX games mostly though. FPSE is an ace PSX emulator. Draw Something's not bad, but I think everyone is bored with it by now. Wheel of Fortune is actually a cool game if you're into social games.

I was having issues with downloading the needed files to run dead space, but ever since I flashed the Zydroid rom it has allowed me to download the needed files and I get to the ea splash but it returns to the home screen right after. I also have modern combat 3, but the market won't even let me download it. They both worked fine on my G2, don't know whats up with the One s.
What's about FIFA 12? Can you guys get it to run? It lets me download the game from the market and then I download the needed data (first time you launch the app), but after this it won't start and always returns to the app drawer.
I'm running LeeDroid 2.1, can anyone confirm this problem?

I've emailed gameloft about modern combat 3 and they gave me a link to an apk that can be installed and works fine. If you have bought a gameloft game from the market which isnt compatible with the HOS I suggest mailing them
Anyone having issues with GTA III? The sound is cracklin'n'popping and the performance just plain sucks

Dead Space doesn't work (server error)
Gameloft games seem to work, mostly. Modern Combat 3 crashes on 2/3 of startups (SEEMS TO BE FIXED, DOES NOT CRASH ANYMORE). Dungeon Hunter, Let's Golf, Six-Guns work for me. Uninstalled Six-Guns, notifications spam.
Glu games, I got Frontline Commando, Blood and Glory.
World of Goo works.
Minecraft (demo) works.
GTA3 works, but I get sound crackle occasionally (seems like it's the norm for the S/X).
Battleheart, Magic Portals are some others you might want to look at, run great.
I only played Cogs for a bit, couldn't get the cube to turn.
I'm running stock One S.
Here's to hoping Max Payne is good.

Modern Combat 3, Riptide and Shadow Gun runs perfectly for me. FPSE Playstation emulators runs great.
If you don't want the license check error turn wifi off at start up.

You can change the ro.SF_screen density to 190, reboot and then reset the play store data. You should then be able to play more games.
Or set the density lower if you can

have you checked street fighter 4 ? is it working without lag and glitches ?
Well i have played modern combat 3,4, gta 3, asphalt 6,7, nfs most wanted, shadowgun, six guns, and much more without lag on atrix 2

Yes... Street Fighter 4 works perfectly with the Qualcomm plugin of Chainfire3D and GB 2.3.6. Absolutely no lags or white background. Street Fighter 4 does not work on ICS. This is not a limitation of the ATRIX 2 however, but a compatibility issue with the game itself.

There is a way actually as I remember playing Samurai II: Vengeance THD (Tegra version) a few months back on my ATRIX 2 device. You will need the Chainfire3D app along with the nvidia GPU plugin for it to work.
I suggest buying a Tegra3 device if you can afford. Very high end is Tegra territory. The Optimus 4x HD is available for a sweet price, after the launch of the Nexus 4.
Atrix 2 is capable. I guarantee it will run most games (non-tegra), but, it is not something that will last. If you were asking this same question 8-9 months back, I would've suggested you to go for it, but, not now.

Anyone noticed that one s can't play some of the more graphic intense games like FIFA and NBA Y2k? Other phone like Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 which has a slow CPU but had a more updated GPU can play the about games. I wonder is it because of the GPU. Anyone got any ideas?

I didn't try these games, but I can play Asphalt 8, Real Racing 3, Nova 3 and Modern Combat 4 smoothly with graphics set to max. Almost no lag when playing.
Which rom are you using ?

Well, i can't even found those games in the Google Play market. I assume must be the compatibility issues. I am using the stock one that come with the phone. I haven't changed anything.

Which Android version is installed on the phone? I played those games and some more graphic intense one real racing 3 and gta san andreas almost without any lag at maximum graphics. I was both on 4.2.2 with Sense 5 and 4.4.2 vanilla and didn't experience any problems. The GPU inside the One S is quite capable even in 2014
Mine's fine just get's it just heats up loads when playing!
Me too, I'm very angry with it. Why should htc one s have not these games while other devices less powerful can play them??
