[Q] Upgrading from MiniCM7Pro to MiniCM .2.17 - General Questions and Answers

Hi Everyone
I installed the MiniCM 7PRO on my X0 Mini pro a month ago,it runs great!but I realized that USB tethering was not working in that ROM. I see that there is a new ROM available here which resolves that issue. When I tried to install that ROM i got a message saying that "nAa Kernel has not been flashed" . I believe I may be missing some of the requirements. Is such a scenario possible at all?
Many thanks for the Custom ROM!It rocks!

When I used Cyagenmod 10 - specific builds I faced this issue. Later they fixed it.
FYI. Currently I am using the PAC version 19.9.0 ( Android 4.2.1) for my LG Optimus one P500 phone. It is giving some great look and feel. Smooth operations. Still Battery draining and 'no FM radio' support is the major minus in this build.

[Q] Problems installing a ROM for Galaxy Tab 8.9 (GT-P7300)

Hi I've been trying to install Jollinard's updates (nameless-4.4.4-20141206-p5-HOMEMADE.zip) for the GT-P7300 but CWM is refusing to install the ROM saying that they are for a P5 and I have a P7310 (I have a P7300 and can install ROMs from the series from July can be installed (nameless-4.4.4-20140719-p5-HOMEMADE.zip)
3G is not working on the July ROM even though it's enabled and supposed to work. I think this may be down to device not knowing how to handle the cell broadcast with the configuration details.
I can't post on the relevant thread because I've only just signed up. Help is much appreciated.

[Completed] Custom Huawei U8666E Fusion 2 rom Bluetooth error

So I decided to take my old AT&T Fusion 2 and upgrade it to android 4.0.3. I installed clockworkmod 6 and flashed the ProFusion rom with CyanogenMod 10.1. All went well, but bluetooth isn't working and the site that the rom originally came from, no longer exists so the bluetooth fix method that is used to fix the issue isn't available for download. Is there a way (and I'm new to android development, but willing to take any steps necessary) to rewrite the bluetooth code so that my phone is compatible with bluetooth again? This rom is the only rom compatible with my phone

Hi,
Thank you for using XDA assist
It looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device. However there is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can try to ask to get the expert's help
Good luck.

The best thing to do in that case is to go to the ROM thread, search for similar issues with keywords "battery" or "charging" and see if any add-on zip has been uploaded to fix this. If you don't find anything, report the issue in the thread and mention the username of the OP (using the @).
If problems come from your ROM, you can always ask the dev for help.
