[Q] Android Revolution 5.0.2 download - HTC Sensation

Hello all, i'm trying to download the android revolution 5.0.1 rom but all the tiny.cc links don't work for me.I think it has something to do with my isp, hence i can only download the update to 5.02 from 5.01 from tiny.url link. Could anyone kindly post a 5.0.1 rom direct download link/dropbox link(not shortened by tiny.cc) or rom file on a file hosting site (mediafire etc) please? Thanks.

Here you go

Google apps for android 1.6

Hello all, I am looking to see if anyone has the installer apk's for gapps, gmail, vending etc. for android 1.6. I'm trying to get a tablet up and running and I accidently deleted them. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
Hi,
the easiest way would be to extract it from e.g. the CyanogenMod/DRC83 Base ROM.
DRC83: h*tp://dx.infernix.net/DRC83_base_defanged.zip
CM4: h*tp://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/update-cm-4.2.15.1-signed.zip
(Sorry for the links - I have'nt enough postings to publish URL's )
Extract the ZIP-File and search for the APK's in system/app. BTW: Which Tablet are you using? You could download the original ROM and extract it from there. I'm not sure if the Vending.apk/etc. from the HTC Dream runs on a tablet.. Theoretically - yes.
Greetings,
Nathan

[Q] galaxy 3: destiny 2.1 update - howto?

hey all,
i'm not allowed to ask in the related forum (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1057305) so i hope, someone here could help me. i flashed the destiny rom (2.0), flashed the 3gmod lite kernel and need to update to 2.1. but the known way via cwm in recovery mode does not work. destiny 2.1 is delivered in a rar file and after unrar-ing i got some files (.bat, exe) and don't know how to deal with them.
no, in the related thread (see link above) there is no detailed information about that
thanks for your help,

You shouln't have bought Chinese devices like this. They don't provide necessary guide for their things out of their country. They do things in their own forums and own language.
Okay, I didn't find any ROMS for Kitkat for your device.
I just came to know that you can upgrade to Jellybean. I just saw this:

4.1.2 update was released today. Here's the direct link for download:
http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=3082485858&uk=3442944625
It's recommended to update first from B03 to B04 and then do the 4.1.2 update. Here's the link for 4.0.4 B04:
http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=3921007642&uk=3945654451
How to do 4.1 update. Remember to backup first!:
1. Download V985_update_4.1.2.7z upgrade package file and unzip the file. Under the folders there's update.zip.
2. Copy update.zip to the external SD card root directory
3. Enter the "Settings" -> "System Software Updates" -> "Storage card upgrade." and uncheck "retain user data upgrade". If this is checked, it will cause some issues and the phone might not boot.
4.Click the OK button to upgrade. Upgrade process starts automatically after a few seconds.

The forum thread link is: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2135672
And maybe you must only use this tool: http://pan.baidu.com/wap/link?uk=505744596&shareid=3127577430&third=0
You can ask the users who have the same device as yours like him maybe: suunnittelija

I believe ZTE has not released kitkat or lollipop updates, but there should be Cyanogenmod available. I quickly searched from Chinese sites and I found these:
CyanogenMod 10.2(Android 4.3.1) For ZTE U985
http://bbs.flydev.cc/thread-5719-1-1.html
[Live Team] [update fix2] CM11 For ZTE U985 special edition release
http://bbs.flydev.cc/thread-6748-1-1.html
Download links should be available on those threads but you need to login first and post comment to the thread so that the link will be visible. Chrome with Google translator is needed When I downloaded roms from Chinese sites they required posts in Chinese, all english posts was removed and they can ban user who posts in english. So just copy paste something clever from earlier posts. Good luck!
can I ?

can I install the CyanogenMod 10.2 through different forums, or through YT ? cause I am afraid that if I install the CyanogenMod 10.2 in that site, my android's language will turn in to chinese which I cannot understand. Thanks in advance.
