-Functionality: Really incredible. As you can see in my photos, all of the I/O jacks have plenty of room for any connecting cables or devices, unless you have some with a 90-degree angle with little clearance, but no cases would work in that instance. The camera/flash, speaker, reset button? (I think that's it...), microphone, and power/lock buttons are fully exposed, while the volume rocker is covered by the case. The volume rocker is fairly hard to press, but I think it comes in a benefit if you press it accidentally too much like me. It's more difficult to remove than some of the soft cases, but this doesn't really fit the "soft" category like the silicone cases. It does fit very tight with little wiggle-room, though, which is a good thing. See below about that.

-Aesthetics and feel: glossy and slick, but doesn't slip very much. I find much benefit for getting this because I tend to drop things. The thickness increase wasn't too bad, and was smaller in this respect than other flexible cases I have used in the past with other phones. I like a bigger phone in my pocket, because sometimes the naked phone makes me feel like I lost it because it is so small in my pocket. The weight increase is noticeable, as per the specs of both the phone and case, it adds about 15% to the weight (5.2 oz, 0.8 oz, 6 oz. with both). I tend to not mind heavier phones, but if this is a problem to you, I would be wary of this, because it does feel like a slightly bigger, and quite a bit heavier phone. I love the color and gloss of the product I bought, but if you don't like it, there are other color options. The well-cut holes in the case for the screen and ports/camera/speaker/etc. are really nicely done, and they deserve some praise. Also, I like that the case is semi-translucent. The glossy nature of this case makes it susceptible to grease and fingerprint collection, but I haven't seen many if any cases that never get smudges. Due to the last observation, it does lose a little bit of its slip-resistance, but it still is better than just the plain phone, in my opinion. Sometimes, if there is enough smudges/finger oil on there, you can make it squeak with your fingers. It is hard to the touch, which a tap with the fingernail to the case, while on the phone, feels almost like tapping the glass screen.

-Protection: Not much here. I would say while it might help protect if it was dropped flat on its back, the hardness of the case while attached to the phone does not offer any cushion for an impact. I am sure that a drop on a corner could damage the phone. As mentioned above, the glossiness allows for the collection of oil on it, which can also help slips, although I think it still is less slippery than the actual phone alone, unless your hands were wet, then this case would probably slip right out. Also, there is not much that protects the ports or camera, even though I am not sure if there is a case that does this for this phone.

I am interested to see if there are any soft silicone or silicone-like cases for it. I didn't do a search yet, but I kinda want another case just for rotation. I'm about to do another review of my otterbox case, as soon as I get pics.

Works with the Car Dock
FWIW, I have this case, and on the phone it fits perfectly in Motorola's Car Dock for the Atrix 2 (the dock has an insert that can be removed if you're using a case). Any case thicker than this won't fit the dock. Very satisfied with the case, considering the price.

Anyone used this case? I REALLY don't want to put a case on my Nexus One, but it's also so slim and thin that I am going to drop it eventually.
Silly as it is, I don't want the whole phone covered up, so while the Innocase Surface II looks decent it also covers up the phone.. The Boxwave Pure Crystal Slip doesn't, but I can't find any reviews on it.
Anyone used one of these things? I don't use the dock, although I do use a horizontal belt case so I might have to get one that's slightly bigger as the N1 barely fits in the existing one, but I can deal with that.. That would happen for any case honestly, except for a skin.. I do like Best Skin Ever, but the last two I've bought seem to not be quite as "tacky" as the first few I had, therefore the grip wasn't quite as good. Maybe my imagination..
I bought the Boxwave case off amazon a month ago probably. its a nice case but save your money and buy a resin case from dcmugen on ebay, exact same thing with a different logo. its a nice case though, not too thick and easy to take on and off (I use both docks) so it fits my needs quite well.
Boxwave here. Nice thin and classy. Has rubber feel but not too soft either. It's a pretty good case makes phone look ten times better in my opinion. Is easily recommend it, but I don't use docks, so can't help there. Never the less, happy casing.

Ah, I see.. I still think I prefer the Pure, no patterns on it, but otherwise the same.. Looks like Boxwave has the Cyclone (circle patterns), diamonds, a matte finish, some others..
Still haven't decided on which case.... I've always been disappointed in silicone cases, but I've almost always bought cheap $2 eBay ones..

I got the Clear Pure Crystal Slip yesterday. Here's a quick review:
Overall, I like it and will likely use it when I'm out and about. It gives a much more secure grip on the phone without adding any weight or feeling larger. Although honestly I still think the Nexus One is a little TOO thin and a little slippery. This makes that better.
It feels like a cheap case, it's rubbery and smooth. If your hands are wet or oily it might be MORE slippery, don't know yet. In reality it seems pretty well made, and fits well. The Clear Pure version is crystal clear, no tint, no patterns, and you can clearly see the phone is a Nexus One.
I'm not doing any drop testing, but I think if the phone landed on a corner or an end this case could protect it. It's firm but pliable, not squishy like a silicone case and not a hard case. Primarily I think it'll protect it because it'll be LESS LIKELY to get dropped because the surface is a tackier and more surface area on the sides. I can pick up the phone with two fingers securely now, where before I'd have to tilt the phone up and get fingers under it to pick it up.
If anyone wants pictures I can do that, haven't yet...
Price summary: If it were $15 it'd be a deal. $20 seems too much.

Cons:
It has a molding line all around it.. It's not that visible but you can feel it. Sides aren't smooth
Covers up the power and volume buttons, but made to fit over them. Makes it too easy to hit the buttons, and you can't feel the button very well (to feel it when touching) nor feel the action of the button itself.
Seems to make the stock charger plug (maybe others too) not feel "in", I think there's too much material around the plug
Takes away the nice texture and feel of the Nexus One
Thumb hits the case a little scrolling down on the trackball, but it doesn't make it harder to use
Other notes:
Does not protect the camera lens or the screen at all
Mine was clearly used, fingerprints all over and in the box backwards :/
A slim belt case intended for the N1 is too small to fit with this case
There is a weird cutout to the left of the HTC logo in the case, like maybe a hand strap could go there?

I have that case as well as the Crystal Boxwave slip.
The Boxwave one:
- Is clearer obviously (not the "smoked look").
- Fits a good deal tighter.
- Has a full cover for the lip, not the chin strap method of attaching.
- Has Boxwave written across the back.
I actually prefer the patterned one because it's more interesting, both detract from the Nexus, so it might as well add some flavor, right? The Boxwave one is far tighter fitting (and slightly thinner) but neither is going to come off in any kind of normal use. I also own the desktop dock, so I need to take it off on occasion to allow the phone to fit. Both cover all the buttons, so you have to get used to pressing them through the rubber. They also both have that edge around the edge of the case from being molded.
Anywho, just my $0.02

And those are probably worth at least $1.10...... Sometimes you really have to make a minimal investment to get something useful.
I've been using the CM Tough for a while now. While it's a great case for protection (very reassuring), its very bulky, and the silicone inner traps all sorts of dust and hair from the inside of my pockets.
For the past month or so, I've been walking around with my phone in my hand, fearing the attack of the lint, and wiping the lint and dust off the silicone whenever I could.
I've decided that if my friends can have sexy, slim cases for the iPhone, allowing it to come easily in and out of the pocket, there's no reason I shouldn't do the same.
Protection, for me, isn't that much of a problem. The easiest way to protect your phone is to basically not drop it, and in the half year I've had my phone, I've never dropped it once.
SO, I've been looking at...
The Momax iCase Pro: TPU sides and plastic back, slim.
SGP Slider: Hard case with cutouts for the volume/power. Looks rather slim.
Not a big fan of cases that don't cover the bezel. I honestly don't get the point, no scratch protection for bezel, and I can't put my phone face-down.
Are there any more cases I should be aware of? Are there people who can give a mini-review for the cases I mentioned above?

Fits perfectly on my European GT I9000, feels much nicer than bare phone or hard silicon case I previously used, and it's as easy to get out of your pocket as the bare phone. The only issue you might have is with the bezel, as it doesn't really cover it, rather it leaves the psuedo chrome visible, and only adds at most 0.5mm clearance if you place the phone face down.
Personally, I'm very happy with it. The phone is grippier, the volume and power buttons are much easier to use, and it looks good.
Headphone jack access is better too.

Here's another I had a look at recently, seems to give great protection, but it's fiddly to get on and off if you need to do a battery pull, and I didn't like the squidgy button covers, but it might be more in the line of what you're after.

I also use the Case Mate Barely There and it is the best I have tried so far.
It doesn't collect dust and the phone slides into the pockets.
I prefer the Momax. My workmate has the barely there, which is slightly slimmer but at the expense of losing some protection. The momax is the best option if you want slim but can still feel comfortable that your phone is safe imo.
I also had the toughcase and became frustrated with it for the same reasons as you. I'm very happy with the momax. Only issue is the power button is a bit harder to push now but a small price to pay.

Things i like:
It has a hybrid design, the back is not fully rigid but feels solid, soft sides.
Sides are flexible enough so that it goes on easy but stays in, also like how TPU doesn't become stretchy like silicone .
Lip that protects the screen, didn't notice too much dust getting in.
It's easy to keep a good grip on it.
Dislikes:
As the one posters above me said, the power button is harder to press. the same kind of applies for the volume keys but nor as much. It might be annoying in the long run.
Other than that the case is perfectly fine although I don't really know if it can be classified as slim by my standards , the back plate part is around 1.5mm thick. The back is a matte finish that doesn't offer too much grip but the sides are very grippy.
Hope this helps (I haven't tried any of the other cases so I can't really compare).
i think, case mate barely there is really good for slim profile somehow. and also capdase soft jacket xpose 2 also looks okay.

I use the same Case-Mate Barely There case as DMD9, and I don't see myself changing it anytime soon. Very sleek, provides a little bit of a rubbery feel but not enough to make it difficult to slide out of pockets
After protecting my SGS like a baby for the last 11 or so months, it has suffered some damage here and there (home button doesn't work very well, scratches etc).
Thus I decided to ditch the case and go totally slimline with a replacement battery cover (the stock one is a fingerprint magnet, and I have kinda sweaty hands!). Ordered a silver one from focal price (the ones with the samsung logo, but clearly fake) and its a pretty good fit.
I totally recommend going caseless, it fits so well in the pocket when you go out!

I had a invisibleshield protector on the phone for a few months and that one worked well but it came off.
Now i still use the phone as if there was a protector on it and....not a scratch added.
the screen can really handle some abuse

-Functionality: Does the job well. All ports and microphones have an opening or a flap, and as you can tell on the pictures, the ports with flaps are the Micro USB/HDMI and Headphone port regions. The flaps are a part of the silicone lining of the inside of the case. The polycarbonate outer shell has openings for these flaps, as well as one on the bottom to allow to pull the phone and the soft inner case out. The flaps fit nicely into the case and don't seem to come free on their own, but I will deduct a point here because the clearance, especially on the Micro USB/HDMI section, is very small, and it's not easy to put in the charging cable, and almost impossible to do in the dark (as I usually charge it as I am going to bed). The buttons are all covered by silicone that protrude out of holes in the polycarbonate shell. They are pretty easy to press, unlike the last case I reviewed. I would like to mention as this is an expensive case, that the included screen protector was a cheap dry-method die-cut that was a little small. I like the cheap screen protectors, but I had to mention it. I am not formulating this into the ratings, but this should be of note if you think that because you are buying an Otterbox means you are getting a good screen protector or something, which I would say that it isn't all that true. Anyways, the silicone liner/case was really loose fitting, but the case makes it extremely hard to insert/remove your phone. Also, the silicone tends to be a dust magnet. The polycarbonate case is susceptible to scratches, which I have already noticed after about a week, and the silicone case looks very easy to tear, and I have no doubts that the flaps will not last forever, and that the unprotected bottom of the case towards the mic and home/back/etc. buttons (just silicone there) seems like it could tear somewhat easily.

-Aesthetics and feel: the black color doesn't clash with the phone, and looks very professional. Also, the corners can get dust on them, so if you want it looking clean and pristine after taking it out of your pocket/purse, it probably won't happen without some lint (which comes off easy if you have a air-duster can). It adds a significant amount of weight to the case, 1.3 ounces, which adds nearly 31% to the total weight of the phone and case (1.3oz + 5.2oz). This is acceptable due to the amount of protection it offers. The thickness is also very visible in the photos. The polycarbonate shell feels very slick, even slicker than the other TPU case I reviewed. I want to be able to have a firmer grip on my phone while I use it, so it fell short for me here. The Defender Series case looks like it picks up better on this point, even though its features are slightly different. The differences on the corners and the bottom, where the silicone protrudes through the spaces in the polycarbonate shell, are slightly annoying because they aren't uniform.

-Protection: Almost perfect. Really, this case could make the phone survive just about any reasonable fall. The silicone corners and bottom are somewhat of a soft spot, both literally describing them and relationally to the overall protection. While I am mostly sure it would survive a drop at waist level, any higher I would have doubts on my phone's safety. As I said earlier, the polycarbonate shell is quite slick/slippery, but I doubt that a fall from holding it at a normal height would do anything to compromise the phone. This protection really is extremely good, even though I list its shortcomings. It will protect in almost all practical applications.

I finally received my review case Wednesday evening in the mail. I immediately put it on to get a feel for how it differs from my (then) current Incipio NGP slim case. I should preface this review by stating that I prefer casing to be as minimal as possible. I feel that a bulky phone and case can be cumbersome as I generally keep it in my pocket (the reason for using an Incipio NGP slim case).
First off, this case is sturdy. It's inner shell is a "Soft TPU" which, by itself, is strong enough protection. The shell is snug with a rugged, yet refined feel. I don't anticipate there to be any stretching of the shell over time. The outer casing clips onto the shell in virtually lock-down fashion. The entire case as a whole gives you the impression that your phone is definitely protected. By comparison, my other slim case doesn't quite feel adequate. ZeroLemon managed to give the shell and casing a smooth, matte feel that's easy to grip. Face up, the phone can slide across smooth surfaces, although I'd imagine it would take a certain degree of decline for it to happen by itself. Face down, the phone resists sliding much more. The degree of decline would need to be pretty significant.
The ridges of the Razor Armor case give the phone a recessed look that will certainly protect the screen and back camera from any falls. The holes (mic, USB, headphone, camera, noise cancelling mic, speaker, and IR blaster) are perfectly aligned and cut with just enough space for plugging in accessories. I use the fingerprint reader and have not noticed any impact on functionality.
I've been looking for a reason not to like the case, as I'm trying to remain objective. Considering this case was free, I didn't want to give a positive review and have people think that a $13.99 free phone case was enough to influence my opinion. There simply is nothing wrong with it. After a day and a half of use, I decided that I prefer this case. It is marginally bigger than my prior case, but certainly slim enough to appease a minimalist such as myself. Bravo ZeroLemon!
I was going to make a post of my own review on this case (although mine's Navy, not black), but we seem to have several review threads on this same product already, so I'm just adding my comments to yours..
I got my review sample in Wed. also, and I've also noticed how easy the case slides. I think that's due to the little 'feet' on the back of the case not quite being big enough (they are about half the size of my Spigen's feet, and it slides much easier on it's back than the Spigen). I think with a small tweak to the size and 'grippyness' of those nubs, you'd completely get rid of the problem. Mine seems to slide on the front (face down) almost as easily as on the back though. Could be the TPU my case is made of doesn't have quite the same grip as yours?
As for the matte feel, I'd much rather have it be closer in feel to the Spigen I have, it feels more like it's made of metal than the ZL case does, but that's more of a personal thing.
The front bezel surround is a bit thicker than my other case, and it seems to catch easier when I'm taking it out of my pocket than the Spigen. It also does affect my use of the fingerprint reader, but I'm betting the more I use that feature, it'll come easier. I would change the front bezel to be a bit more beveled towards the screen, at least down towards the fingerprint reader, it may help.
It looks like the ZL is about 1.5-2mm thicker overall than the Spigen, not sure if it would affect my Nillkin wireless charger, as I removed it before putting this case on.
As for the buttons, I'd say they are worlds better than the Spigen case. I can find them in the dark without any issue at all, they are easy to press, and it hasn't (thus-far anyway) taken the volume button presses as being for both buttons as of yet (my Spigen does that pretty regularly, volume bounces up one down one until I release and reposition my thumb higher or lower).
I'm definitely not a huge fan of large cases either, and even though this is a bit thicker than the Spigen, you'll most likely not notice it in use. Even with my issues, I'm still using it in place of the Spigen, it definitely feels like it's slightly better protected than it was before..
I'm going to attach a couple pictures of both cases for direct comparison of the two when I get to the house this evening.

To begin with design;
Quality of material is really good.
It looks great :good:. Compared to the other armor cases i saw, Revolution has a cool and better looking design for sure. It does not make your phone like old army satellite phones like others.
Cuts are precisely aligned. It has cuts for both mics on top and bottom.
The stand on the back offers great functionality , also adds a good-looking detail to back side.
It offers a better grip on the phone.
Field of profession: Protection
Nothing much to say really. For sure one of the best. Case feels really solid.
Also has dust protection caps on usb and headphone ports. It really gives you confidence about drop protection. I feel like a dont need do worry about dust or dropping my phone anymore.
Cons:
As a natural downside of this high protection, phone feels a little bit bigger and thicker.
I think it is hard to put the phone to the case and back off(Maybe there is an easier way than I did). But if you need this kind of protection I guess you dont need to do it often.
To conclude:
It is one of the best cases offering that much protection also with an elegant design. Feels solid and durable, no worries about dropping. If you need that much protection, I would definately recommend that.
As a results I give this product 9/10.

Protection vs Convenience!
I got one too for the review! Here's my list of pros & cons:-
Pros:-
- Protection
When they say protective case, I didn't realize they literally meant every letter of it! This shell is so damn hard, I can beat the **** out of a mugger if it ever comes to that. I'm pretty sure even if I drop the phone on the ground from the first floor, nothing will happen to the phone unless the screen hits directly on some elevated object. So I'll give it a thumbs up on protection category. The case is damn solid! The brand also claims that the case is shock resistant, although I didn't get a chance to test it out myself (or may be I don't want to find that out). The case also covers the volume rocker and the power button with its own tactile buttons.
- Dust Resistant
Putting the case on is quite a challenge, however once done, it doesn't leave much space in-between the case and the phone itself. The USB Port and the 3.5mm Audio Jack has a dedicated pull-up flaps which are easy to open and close. So, overall, it has some dust protection too.
- Excellent Grip
The case is built with some reinforced TPU (or similar material) with texture on the sides which provides excellent gripping to the holding hand. Even if you drop it, doesn't look like it's gonna make any difference anyway!
- Built-in Kickstand
Not just the case, even the built in kickstand is made of metal and it definitely feels solid unlike some lousy kickstands which come with many other cheap cases. So you have the power kick it out and enjoy movies/videos (or games if you use a gamepad) anywhere you want.
Cons:-
- Size
Huge! That's what it is. Edge+ is already hard for some to handle it with one hand but putting this cover on, it becomes almost impossible for them to operate with one hand. It widens the phone by atleast 1.5-2 cms.
- Weight
With power comes responsibility. Similarly, with protection comes additional bulkiness! At 90 grams (3.2 ounce) this is the heaviest case I've ever used. At 153 grams ( 5.4 ounce), Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ is one of the slimmest and lightest phablets in the market and this case would put that to complete shame!
- Case On/Off
With my Gear VR, I need to take off my phone's case every now and then! With this case, that's not happening. It took me almost 15 minutes (first time and the only time) to put this case on. Trust me, it's damn hard to pull out the frame ( the plastic bumper) from inside the case and putting the phone inside is even harder! Though once done, it's definitely protected! Now, taking off the case is another challenge!
- Buttons
Due to this reinforced TPU material, the buttons on the case are a bit harder than usual. So you might have to use some extra strength when you want to access the power button or volume key, you still get the tactile feedback though!
The Final Verdict
If you work in a harsh environment and your sole purpose of a case is protection of the phone, this case is definitely for you. But if you hands are short or you like keeping your phone in your jeans pocket or you want to show off how cool is that edge display of your phone, this case isn't for you! I received Poetic Revolution case one week ago and I decided to test it for a while before I write a review.
At the first sight I was astonished by a quality of a case, I have never seen case with more details before. I really like its millitary look. I love how all holes are precisely cut out. They are covered with a dust protectors which is really nice. When you hold your phone in this case you are completely sure iz will not slip out of your hands.
I found metal stand really useful especially when I watch movies, have video conversation with my girlfriend or when I cook lunch and cannot hold my phone.
When It comes to protection I am sure it will prevent my phone of taking damage. My son dropped phone on the floor two times and phone survived just very well without cracking.
Cons:
- It is a little bit too bulky (but it is ok as protection is its main role)
- There should be screen protector intergrated in this case
- Every time I insert charger I am afraid to scratch bottom of my phone.
Overall I am keen on this case because it gives best protection to my phone. I love how nice it looks on my phone.

I received the Poetic Revolution case as well about a week ago. I wanted to give it a weeks worth of use before giving a review.
Pros
(1) Very well built. This thing is rock solid and the tolerances are super tight. This keeps out the dust and offers great protection from falls.
(2) Great Design... The overall aesthetics of this case are great. You can tell a lot of detail went into designing this case. It's funny to mention but I found the integrated backplate (blue plate) on the inside of the case to be impressive how it's molded into the rest of the case.
(3) It's awesome that they included a kickstand. I miss the days of old when phones had kickstands built into them, but this is a great alternative option since the newer phones don't have the kickstands anymore.
As far as CONS go.... there really aren't any that I could find. I did have a couple annoyances that I'll list below but these are subjective of my own opinion and shouldn't be viewed as a flaw in the design or a need to change it in any way, just a couple suggestions that would make "myself" like the case even more...
(1) Not a fan of the caribeaner loop... I get why it's there, and could be useful to some, but I feel like I'd just want to get some snips and cut it off... I wear baggy pants and can still fit this big case/phone in my pocket, however that caribeaner loop would catch on my jeans and just constantly annoy me. A minor hindrance, but I'd prefer it without the loop.
(2) I noticed the kickstand would "tap" against the backside of the case. This would be a little annoying were there any vibrations going on. For instance when my phone is in my car dock stand, the vibrations from the car/road would make this rattle ever so slightly. My suggestion, integrate some sort of rubber/silicon surface just under where the kickstand meets the backside of the case.
Final thoughts....
This is a great case that would definitely protect your phone had you dropped it, or are in a harsh environment. The design is eye-catching and worthy of the newer era of smartphone cases. The kickstand feature is a definite plus, and even though I am not a fan of it, I could see how the caribeaner loop would be useful for the outdoorsman or a construction worker.

The first thing that I noticed was the build quality!! It's amazing guys. You won't be banging up your phone with this case protecting it!!
All of the cut outs are very precise. The case has dust flaps to cover the charger and ear phones sockets. The case is a two part case that you take the rubber inner out and after fitting the phone into it then you put the outer tougher part on. It does add a little size to the phone but it's going to protect it from and mishaps. After all...protecting a phone that costs more than most gadgets out there is the main thing. I have used it now for a couple of weeks and I must say that when you buy a Poetic Case you're buying the best.
I am a proud owner of two different cases from Poetic and I promise you that one you try you will always buy from them.
I only found one slight hindrance and that's the kickstand. After a day or two it seems have become a little loose and taps and rattles. I just placed a tiny piece of blue tac under it to keep it closed.
Please try these cases from Poetic guys...I really speak highly enough!!!

I have been using the Poetic Revolution case on my gold Galaxy S6 Edge+ for about a week and a half
now. Here are my thoughts.
When looking for a rugged case, the Poetic Revolution marks off every box, and then some. This is one
of the best, and toughest cases I have ever seen. When not at work, I need a case like this for my phone.
Hiking, camping, car shows, at the lake, my kids and I are always outside. I have 2 young sons, with this
case on, I am not concerned if they grab my phone and throw it around. I have an 85 pound puppy that likes to chew. Thankfully he has never gotten a hold of my phone, but I feel confident this case would protect it.
When receiving this case, I thought it was going to be all black, but it was not. It is black with very dark
brown accents. I personally liked this as it makes the case stand out more, but in a subtle way. I also
think it makes the case look really good with my gold phone. I also really like having the port covers.
While out on the sand rails and quads out in the desert, they keep the dirt out. When you are at home
with your phone on the counter, they can keep them covered long enough for you to save your phone
should something get spilled.
I have seen where some people have said that this case is very difficult to take on and off, however, I
do not feel that way. Is it more difficult than just a thin snap on case? Of course, but I have no concern
that this case is coming off my phone if it gets dropped. I have used cases that go on and off in the same
way in the past, and I prefer them. The way it’s made, it is thinner than an Otterbox type case, but in my
opinion stronger because you don’t have 2 plastic pieces snapping together.
The kickstand on this case is also among the best I've seen. In my experience, most kick stands are
made from a cheap material, or even if they aren’t, they pop out of the case so easily the little nubs that
are used to snap it into place break. Not here, where it is very tactile in extending it to use it, but it will not pop out of the case on you. One other benefit is that I have been able use it both horizontally and vertically.
When it comes to the loop at the top, I could go either way. I would be happy with a case that did not have it, but I think it could also be more useful with some minor improvements. If I am just hiking, I feel confident when hooking it to my backpack. However, when out riding in the desert, I do not feel that it is strong enough to hook on to my keys or someplace similar. If it kept the loop, I would use it more if it were reinforced with a harder material. Either way, I think this was a good idea to separate their case from others.
Though I was pretty sure they would not work, I did test both wireless charging and Android Pay (NFC) with this case on, and neither worked. This was not a big deal for me as I do not use Android Pay much, and I only wirelessly charge at work, where I can just take the phone out of the case if need be.
This case was provided to me by Poetic for my honest opinions. For the price of this case (currently $19.95 on Amazon), it is superior to cases costing twice as much. Though this is my first Poetic case, it will not be my last. I was so impressed with this case that I recently purchased a Poetic case for my Galaxy Tab A after the old case was chewed by above mentioned puppy.
Looking great will definitely try it soon.
