Performance governor makes the CPU go absolutely full throttle even when not needed. Basically, it's the same as setting the maximum frequency and the minimum frequency at the same level.
So to answer you vaguely: It uses a lot of battery
Yea I understand that, I was just curious to see if there is a way to see the exact amount its using.
Thank you for your answer though!

I haven't hit higher than 1.9Mpbs Down and 0.34Mbps Up. I average 0.9 Down and .10 Up. Don't feel bad.
rcmix 5.9.7 stock radio
I just 6.32 down and 1.62 up.....they literally must have just lit up 4g in my area because yesterday I couldn't hit faster then 3 down

Speedtest.net app
An also trying to upload a screen about of it thru the xda app but am getting an error message that it's not a valid image format I was uploading before just fine.
Am thinking it's my fault but I don't remember changing anything I can still upload the same pics I uploaded earlier

I would have thought download would be faster. It is in my download programs. But every speed test program I ran, showed an upload rate almost double what the download rate was.

I just spoke to a rep over the phone and he says it's a good thing

Just what the title says.
Why the heck is my Music app using so much power? Is it Voodoo Sound tweaks? The phone shouldn't be spiking CPU-wise while the screen is off; I'm using the smartass governor which is not supposed to let the CPU spike when the screen is off.
More detail:
Why is smartass not allowing spiking?
Also music app was running 1/3 of the time reporting data to the cloud. Looks alright especially since you got no other huge battery hogs.

Because smartass governor has a screen off profile built in that sets the maximum clockspeed low.
Anyway this is ridiculous. My previous phone could play music for two hours without dropping below 70% battery. The NS4G isn't that much more powerful than the HTC Glacier...

What kind of lock screen mods are you referring to/looking for? Emancipation already comes with 8 lockscreens...
