My G1 can't boot.....
I already try Hard,soft,snd factory reset but still don't working.......
I buy 2 batteries but still don't work.....
Please Help Me......
Have you tried booting into recovery mode and flashing the RC29 NBH? How did you manage to get it to this state?

Follow the instructions for downgrading from RC30/RC8 or higher. After your phone is reset, it will be on RC29 (or RC7 if you have UK phone) with all previous data wiped.
But i don't know latest RC in my G1.....
I plug my G1 to my comp but nothing happen....
it look like already totally dead.....
Would you mind telling us what you were doing on the phone before this happened? It might help us help you better.

It doesn't matter what the latest RC in your phone is. Just follow the instructions for downgrading from RC30/RC7 and your phone will be RC29 (they will actually work for any RC) and hopefully recovered.

It could be a hardware failure if you didn't make any software changes and the device died.
I actually had the same issue with my first G1, went to bed and everything was fine, when i woke up the phone was dead, would not turn on, only blue blinking led on top, tried another battery and nothing. wasn't even rooted. I ended up sending it back to tmo for a new one.
Yeah, if you're getting no response from anything it sounds like a hardware issue. Send it in for a replacement.

I just tried to use this method on my Inspire today and there was an error when flashing back to the stock AT&T ROM after gaining S-OFF and root. When I try to start up the phone normally, it gets stuck on the HTC screen. When I try to boot into recovery, it just shows a black screen while the LED is green.
Anybody know what I can do to fix my phone?

which root method did you use?
I used the one click root method.

Sorry your link doesn't seem to work.
If you press the down volume and hold power can you get to hboot?
Try using bubby's tool to fix the CWM black screen. Its under the fixes link.
I can't seem to access any sort of recovery or hboot. Holding down both volume buttons and turning the phone on will result in the black screen with green LED. Holding the down volume button and turning the phone on does nothing.

Sorry go to Bubbys super one step and search for CWM black screen....
If it helps, the phone vibrates 5 times then shows a black screen.
Well I was able to get into HBOOT but when I tried to go into recovery, the screen would just turn black.
You need to get the stock rooted PD98IMG.zip into the root of your sd card. Then go to hboot and let the phone find it. Follow on screen instructions. Note the progress bar will be vertical on upper right. I bet that fixes you up on getting the phone working. Black screen on cwm is a whole nother issue. One that I share. I think I'm going to revert to stock unrooted and then our attn1 hack kit.
There is a solution you can eng s-off, but I would not advise this there is no need to eng s-off your phone.
The simplest way though it may take longer is to, revert to stock and reroot and s-off with the hack kit.
This is a very common problem with the one click. To be honest there is a thread made just like this twice a day.
Thanks for all the help everyone. I managed to fix everything on my phone. I just flashed the rooted AT&T stock ROM with HBOOT and then used the one-click ENG S-OFF method to fix the black screen on CWM. Now running CM7 perfectly. I'm glad I no longer have to send it back to AT&T.

Ok I don't mean to thread jack, I just didn't want to start a new thread for this. I've been running the Coredroid Rom since I first rooted my phone. I have never had any problems with my phone even when trying out other roms. Today I tried installing the new Coredroid 5.0. It all went well as usual except this time on the last step of the setup wizard, it said something like "setup has stopped working unexpectedly and will notify HTC" and only let me press ok to force close.
After that happened all I couldn't even go to my home screen. I then tried restarting my phone but got stuck on the Coredroid rotating logo. Only way out of that was to pull the battery cover. Tried going into recovery mode but the screen would just be black and I would have the orange light flashing. That didn't work so I tried restarting again. Again just got stuck on the spinning logo.....This is where **** gets weird. I began to receive a call while on the logo and that allowed me to answer thus leaving the spinning logo. I still could not go to my home screen. I could only use the drop down notifications menu. I restarted my phone again so I could call myself while on the logo and again it got me unstuck from the logo. Only way to fix every thing was to use the search option and run Rom Manager and recover from my previous back up.
So I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I always fallow instructions and hardly ever have any problems but this was just odd. I felt like I had to solve riddles in order to get my phone working again.
See if you can boot to bootloader by means of ADB (adb reboot bootloader). If so reflash the stock rooted rom then reload CWM. You might need to Eng-S off if you have a corrupt file / bootloader? When done reflash CorDroid 5.0 (What I am running by the way)....
black htc screen
I tried to root my phone like an idiot because I dont know anything about this stuff and I got a black htc screen and i cant do anything. HELP!!
I see a lot of motivation in this and other threads to leave well-enough alone. Going to leave mine unrooted-stock.
I just had an excellent session of Google Nav where it performed exemplary. My phone does all I need and remains within the rules as the OEM wants it.

So what I did was install teamwin's recovery. I installed a custom rom on it before and all... then I wiped it when I was trying to give it to my friend. Now it doesn't wanna work.
I always press the up, down power and even just up and power or down and power and it always goes to the Samsung S 4G screen and blacks out and restarts. I have no idea why or what its doing... but I need help getting it working again please!

It sounds like you've wiped it so there is no data of value on it, correct? If so, one of the Heimdal one-clicks should get you back to a bootable state.
I installed just the recovery. It was working fine before though. When I got a rom it stopped working... maybe a button is broken?
It was RemixICS or something. I tried to install it again... and it always failed. Then I got another downlooad and now it doesn't even want to go to the recovery.

I haven't had much luck "injecting" TWRP. If the ROM you want to use doesn't come with TWRP, another approach would be to flash Hefe Kernel which has TWRP over the ROM.
I think the recovery is gone. I will have to reflash it with ODIN.
I only get a spinning icon whenever I try to plug it in for Download/Odin and I have no idea what to do! It doesn't move either, it just stays there.

My transform ultra is bricked. i can go into download, and recovery mode. but whenever i turn it on, it goes to the 'Samsung Transform Ultra' screen, then freezes. after a while it goes to RAMDUMP MODE. i tryed moving a stock rom into the sd card because i read that will fix it, but it isnt detected by my computer. it wont do anything. what do i do!? Your lucky, mine doesnt even want to turn on. It just shows the purple light and the screen doesnt turn on. :crying::crying::crying:

Have you tried returning it back to stock via odin?
Whoa sorry to hear that, I never got that problem because I never flashed a different ROM on it, I was too sacred at first, I hope you'll get it back up and running! Wish you the best of luck!

I have the same issue with one of my TU's. Have you found a solution yet?
I was trying to root my Galaxy Tab 2 for the first time. The process started, but failed. Now I'm stuck on the "firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen. The device will turn off and back on, but remains on error screen. Seems to be trapped in download mode (as I can still see the download progress bar). Go Mobile and Odin say the device has connected to PC.
Anyone know of anything to fix this? Should I just revert to stock ROM and try again later?

can you actually boot in to download mode? power and vol down after power off? I know you say it seems to trapped in download mode but they're different! If you can, flash a stock rom from sammobile.com

I cannot boot into download mode. When I turn it off, it simply flashes off for a few secs then goes back to the error screen on its own. Does the same thing when I turn it back on myself. No logo screen. No droid. Nothing.
EDIT: Unplugged device entirely and retried the stock ROM in Odin. Finally worked! Looks like it might be fixed now.

Phew, glad to hear it. I've been there myself with the P3110 - take a step back, breath and relax. compose and BOOM! make backups! and backup some more!

One can never have too many backups. I back-up EVERYTHING, even software and drivers I know will become outdated eventually.

I think my cord might have an issue (or they're just testy in general). I was noticing the battery wasn't fully charging for a while before all this. After the whole brick issue, I plugged it in to charge and it started flashing the "loading charge (empty battery + loading circle)" screen on and off until I unplugged and re-plugged it. I suspect that this is why the rooting failed in the first place.

I also bricked my tablet. Searched wide and low for ideas on how to fix. But I can't find a thing. I cannot get into Odin mode or recovery. Just hangs on the battery charging screen. My windows 7 computer can't even recognize it in Kies or odin. Yes the tablet is rooted.
