Thank u, I was having a hard time trying to find it. It wouldn't come up in the android market. I even went through the trouble of digging through some old Titanium back ups of my Nexus S to no avail. Thanks again.

it synced for me... hmmm slow internet slows? to maybe apps running in the background maybe? I'm not sure.
Crackle is by Sony I believe. There may be something on their support forums that might help. I also noticed getjar had the app available but didn't see what version, that is if there is more then one version of the app.
I have it on my blueray for streaming and the selections are limited but occasionally there is something good to watch. Can't beat free.

There is a sight I use called "1channel.ch" and they have a VERY HUGE selection of movies and TV shows for FREE. Its freaking AMAZING. Just thought I'd share.. thanks for the crackle app btw : )

I just sideloaded it. I couldn't even get it to open. Force Closed as soon as I tried. I rebooted and got a Netflix Force Close as soon as the phone started
Dang it I'm so looking forward to having netflix on this phone. I love me some netflix! Hope the drm lib was compiled into the hardware. I have heard yay and nay on if it is or not. No hard evidence though.

I am rooted and installed it this am. Works as a que manager, but no streaming.

Sadly it doesn't work, at least not yet. I was able to install, launch, and sign in to my account successfully. I am able to manage my instant que, but that's about it. I am not experiencing any force close errors, but maybe it's because I am rooted and run Gingerbread.
From what I've read in the other forums, it sounds like there is a lot more to it than just dropping in the apk.
ya i get the same message (finaly got home and sideloaded. The Netflix service could not be reached. kinda expected this however i can now surf the netflix movies on my phone and play on ipod via wifi teathering lol kinda defeting the purpose but hey.. who cares HAHA
Guys, if you go on Market, you can download MOVIE STREAM....its just as good or even BETTER than Netflix....you have everything 2009 and below.....2010 movies are being uploaded to it and will be up soon....

Inspired from my Inspire 4G using XDA Premium App
Hi guys i just wanted to share this awesome app. its called tv shows hd. for some reason they removed it from the market, but i just recently found it. the link is http://www.mobileboxs.info/android-apps/tv-shows-hd-v2-9-android/ just click on the megashare mirror and close all popups. click on where it says free download and close popups. then just wait for the countdown and download the apk. install it by either putting it on your sd card or going directly on your phone and downloading it and installing it like any other apk. Enjoy!!!!
UPDATE: I just found the newest version of this app which fixes the full screen problem...http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?647650-TV-Shows-HD-v3.0-(free) you have to register to get the app, but hey 10 seconds is a small price to pay for such an awesome app. And the show quality is AWESOME

I use "TV Shows Stream". The free version only allows a few shows, but if you just dish out a couple bucks for the paid app, it's well worth it. Tons of shows that update frequently.

i use this too and its awesome!! anybody know of a live tv app? the last one was taken over by the FBI and other legal stuff anybody find a new one?
To make it fullscreen, just long press near the top somewhere until you see the full screen icon on the top left corner
Tv shows stream is like 8 dollars now...too expensive if u ask me. Tv shows Hd is free and the quality is amazing
Whenever I do full screen like 10 seconds later it goes back to un-full screen. Anyone else experiencing this?

Cant get this damn app to work. It searches for servers and then gives me an ad and then black screen. Tried force stoppping, and retarting. Even rebooted my phone. Any advice? Do I need to be on Wifi or is 3G fine? On a rooted Droid X running 2.3.3.

I can confirm the app working perfectly on my Droid X running 2.3.3 on 3G. Don't know what would be giving you issues.
Anyone have an issue where you can't connect to the Google Music Beta through your Infuse? I can access it through my Xoom and my Atrix but I don't get the option to sync with my Infuse. Just when I thought I'd found the perfect phone.
what do you mean you can "connect"? I downloaded off market, but I fail to see how its different from the standard music player.... Am I missing something?

That's correct. I can connect to my music that I uploaded to the "cloud" through Google Music Beta.
All of a sudden it's working for me now. I guess I just needed to wait for a bit. Funny though since for the Xoom it was almost instant.
Problem fixed, I guess. Mod you can close this thread.

It's by invite only for the "cloud" version unfortunately. Registered Xoom owners got first dibs for some reason.

Ah! My bad Thanks for clearing that up. Time to hit the Thanks button.
I had a xoom for a week and took it back.
I got into the beta because of that.
The program auto updated and when hitting the menu button it now allows you to add your account information in and then everything works like a charm!!

reason that Xoom owners got it first is because of 3.0
i had an HD2 running 2.3 and it had the option to sync the music online. in the accounts setting. never really tried it.
since we have 2.2.X we dont have that option in this version of android.

We do though. If you are in the beta just sign in. I am listening to my music on my infuse as I type this.
It's in the music app settings to be able to do it. However, I didn't have the option to sign in until after I got into the beta.

Different phone but this is the only thread I've seen on this issue. Got my invite this morning & uploaded my jamz but no option or pop up to sync. Uninstalled/reinstalled, & even flashed new CM still nothing. This is not awesome sahz.

Working for me, pretty sure I didn't install any apk separate from the default one.
How long have you been in beta?
I think it took me a day or two for the actual app to start working.

Just this morning. I wish I hadn't cleared my SD card so soon!

Strange thing is that I just installed it on my HD2/AmericanAndroid 0529 and I don't have the "settings tab" to select my gmail/music account.

It does however work ok on my Asus Transformer... weird.

Force close the Music app then open it again and it'll find your account. Same thing happened to me.
Got mine yesterday too. I signed in and uploaded my library. It just seems to suggest a bunch of music. Oddly enough it was some stuff that I had loved anf forgotten about. As for the phone app, if it doesn't show your music just reboot. The media scan starts up every reboot.

On MIUI - had it pushed to me last week. At first I thought it was a pita to use.
But... after I played with it a bit I think I like it a lot better than the old market.
The only thing I don't like is that it is painful if your not on wireless and have a slow connection.
I am not liking the update at all....

Everyone was so excited when this was first announced.
They took out the option to disable the "updates available" notification.
Also youtube and flash player don't show up under "my apps" in the market anymore. If I search them, they say installed and allow updating that way

Wrong again. I got the market update yesterday, checked My Apps and it shows Flash Player and You Tube.
Edited: Not all phones play nice, I apologize.

Your flaming/personal attacks have been reported to the moderator
Normally bugs don't affect every user/configuration. They would be quickly/easily fixed if they did. Just because the bug doesn't affect you doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
