I like to set messaging per SMS and like to send vCards to mobile phones. Is this technical possible to store manually store inside Android phone all contacts.

Android currently does not have a native application to send and receive vCards/Business Cards/Contacts through SMS as seen in most non-smartphones.
Sometimes you are required to send contacts details of a contact on your phone, but the person who you wish to send it to has a regular feature phone. Hence this application sends Nokia standard vCards which can be detected on any compatible phone or is received in a human readable format in non-compatible phones.
At times your friend may send a vCard of a contact, but your android phone does not seem to receive that vCard which your friend sent, as it would most probably been sent as a DATA SMS which is not detected by Android.
